如電(dian)抗器(qi)油田側(ce)(ce)的(de)(de)每(mei)級(ji)分壓(ya)比率除不絕時,依(yi)依(yi)為(wei)往前(qian)擴檔(dang)(dang)(dang)。如3檔(dang)(dang)(dang)位電(dian)抗器(qi)油田側(ce)(ce)分辨為(wei)6600、6300、6000(V),低線(xian)電(dian)壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)為(wei)400V,變比值6300/400=15.75,而且該(gai)電(dian)抗器(qi)的(de)(de)固定(ding)(ding)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)為(wei)6300V,每(mei)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)當中的(de)(de)壓(ya)力為(wei)300V,而每(mei)級(ji)調壓(ya)的(de)(de)比例(li)例(li)值300/6300=4.761904….%,如按6000配上(shang)每(mei)級(ji)調壓(ya)±4.761%算(suan),很水平線(xian)電(dian)壓(ya)固定(ding)(ding)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)變比即是15.7497,與出廠檢驗報告(gao)值有誤差。在此(ci)依(yi)依(yi)為(wei)往前(qian)擴兩檔(dang)(dang)(dang)成5檔(dang)(dang)(dang)位電(dian)抗器(qi),很油田側(ce)(ce)線(xian)電(dian)壓(ya)就為(wei)6600、6300、6000、5700、5400,固定(ding)(ding)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)取間檔(dang)(dang)(dang)位6000,此(ci)刻每(mei)級(ji)調壓(ya)比例(li)例(li)就變身了±5.0%,軟(ruan)件(jian)測試時只用測*檔(dang)(dang)(dang)到三、檔(dang)(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)數據統計可以了。

(二)、單相測試
2.1.測試線連接:

高度壓檢查儀(yi)線(xian)分為接(jie)電(dian)壓器的(de)(de)(de)高、舒張壓側相端子(zi)排(pai)上(shang),藍色(se)夾子(zi)為A/a相,草(cao)綠色(se)夾子(zi)為B/b相。都要的(de)(de)(de)檢查儀(yi)線(xian)夾浮空引路(lu)。點擊供電(dian)打開,在主工(gong)具欄,可能(neng)使用技術指(zhi)標表,或上(shang)文次(ci)默認頁的(de)(de)(de)記憶的(de)(de)(de)技術指(zhi)標表之間檢查儀(yi)。接(jie)線(xian)方法(fa)的(de)(de)(de)方法(fa)如圖一(yi)樣。

性能(neng)設置達成后把光標(biao)移到“開始檢(jian)查(cha)”地段上(shang),按“要確(que)(que)認(ren)”鍵(jian)開始檢(jian)查(cha)。檢(jian)查(cha)達成后,設備會(hui)自(zi)己(ji)核算出(chu)(chu)固定變比,及精確(que)(que)測量變比與固定變比的測量誤差百分比計算。按“永(yong)久保管(guan)”鍵(jian)永(yong)久保管(guan)檢(jian)查(cha)的資(zi)料。重啟關閉電源后仍可永(yong)久保管(guan)檢(jian)查(cha)后果,僅作觀察。按“打印出(chu)(chu)機(ji)”鍵(jian)打印出(chu)(chu)機(ji)檢(jian)查(cha)的資(zi)料。

2、在自(zi)(zi)測(ce)英(ying)(ying)文(wen)時,若自(zi)(zi)測(ce)分析(xi)檢(jian)測(ce)儀(yi)器固定直(zhi)流電(dian)壓電(dian)流值(zhi)設為0.0000,則(ze)自(zi)(zi)測(ce)分析(xi)檢(jian)測(ce)儀(yi)器不計算出的(de)隨機出現偏差(cha)的(de)原因值(zhi),自(zi)(zi)測(ce)分析(xi)檢(jian)測(ce)儀(yi)器不判分接檔位和分接值(zhi)。若固定直(zhi)流電(dian)壓電(dian)流鍵入不給0.0000,則(ze)自(zi)(zi)測(ce)英(ying)(ying)文(wen)時候中自(zi)(zi)動的(de)計算出的(de)隨機出現偏差(cha)的(de)原因值(zhi)、分接檔位和分接值(zhi)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗檢測試(shi)驗檢測實操特別注意情況說明

1)疲勞試(shi)(shi)驗人員管(guan)理應(ying)制(zhi)作好分(fen)工負責,明晰互相(xiang)間方式。并有特別人陪護當場穩定(ding)及通過觀察試(shi)(shi)品睡眠狀態。

2)被(bei)試品前先大掃除徹底,并干澡,盡量(liang)影響被(bei)試品和試驗檢(jian)測(ce)引來的精度。

3)談(tan)談(tan)大規模現(xian)場實(shi)驗(yan)報告,似(si)的都應(ying)當先去空升(sheng)現(xian)場實(shi)驗(yan)報告。即不(bu)接試品時升(sheng)壓(ya)至(zhi)現(xian)場實(shi)驗(yan)報告直流電(dian)壓(ya),校對一些(xie)表計,調控球縫隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度(du)慢沒(mei)有太快,并(bing)就(jiu)必須放置顯(xian)(xian)得突然之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)充壓(ya)。隨后調壓(ya)器(qi)不見零位時顯(xian)(xian)得突然之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)重合閘。也沒(mei)有顯(xian)(xian)得突然之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)截斷電壓(ya),正常應在調壓(ya)器(qi)降為零位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)阻調(diao)至試驗報(bao)告電(dian)阻時,著手計分,到(dao)1min后,迅猛(meng)降血(xue)壓(ya)(ya)到(dao)1/3檢測交流電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)下時,才能夠收攏電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

6)在(zai)升壓或擊穿(chuan)電(dian)壓電(dian)流(liu)沖擊檢測環節(jie)中,如感覺(jue)敘述不當常(chang)現狀時,應再次穩壓,切段電(dian)源線(xian)。止(zhi)住沖擊檢測并查出病因:①電(dian)壓電(dian)流(liu)表(biao)游標偏(pian)移很高(gao);②感覺(jue)接地燒化或冒火;③被試品內有不當常(chang)的噪音。

7)耐(nai)壓(ya)性耐(nai)壓(ya)左(zuo)右應(ying)測量隔(ge)絕電阻功率(lv),查檢(jian)隔(ge)絕問題。

可(ke)靠性(xing)做實(shi)(shi)驗的時候變電(dian)(dian)器在做被試品的直流電(dian)(dian)耐沖擊或(huo)散(san)失(shi)可(ke)靠性(xing)做實(shi)(shi)驗的時候時連接線的工作原理圖圖甲(jia)6。

流(liu)(liu)露實(shi)驗設(she)計中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)R1決定(ding)(ding)在穩定(ding)(ding)模(mo)擬工(gong)作輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)時,模(mo)擬工(gong)作輸(shu)出(chu)端短(duan)路故障功率不突破(po)各類高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)大(da)整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)硅(gui)堆的(de)大(da)整流(liu)(liu)功率為(wei)100mA時用以60kV的(de)校正配置(zhi)中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選定(ding)(ding) 。限流(liu)(liu)阻(zu)值(zhi)還應(ying)包括大(da)量的(de)存儲(chu)量和沿面(mian)充放電(dian)(dian)相應(ying)。

高壓電濾波電容器(qi)C1通常選定在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的(de)電感量過大時,C1可省略不要。

透漏檢(jian)驗的作業(ye)及主要(yao)情(qing)況說明

1)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)前(qian)應該先(xian)檢修(xiu)被(bei)試(shi)品能不停機,接(jie)地系統發出電,所有(you)一(yi)切(qie)對外經濟(ji)連線(xian)能不擦拭凈。要(yao)警惕將可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)電流加到(dao)會有(you)人事(shi)情的身體(ti)部位上(shang)來。

2)接(jie)好(hao)正規(gui)(gui)(gui)性疲勞(lao)試驗設(she)施的(de)(de)(de)連接(jie)線后,應復查工(gong)作沒問題后才需加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)。應尤為小心檢測(ce)直流(liu)高壓(ya)(ya)設(she)配及引線與地、與使(shi)用操作員工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)安會距離(li)感,被試品的(de)(de)(de)硬殼是否是正規(gui)(gui)(gui)地線,要按安會技術規(gui)(gui)(gui)程中(zhong)均明文規(gui)(gui)(gui)定的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)容使(shi)用正規(gui)(gui)(gui)性疲勞(lao)試驗。

3)對大濾波電(dian)容量(liang)機 應(ying)過慢升壓,放(fang)到被試品的(de)續(xu)航交流電(dian)燒(shao)毀微(wei)安(an)表(biao)。一定(ding)要時先分類施壓,各是載入(ru)各部額定(ding)電(dian)壓下(xia)微(wei)安(an)表(biao)的(de)不穩讀數。
