三、工(gong)作任務基(ji)本原(yuan)理

LYYD系類輕度(du)高(gao)壓(ya)干(gan)(gan)式(shi)變(bian)電(dian)器疲勞(lao)試(shi)驗(yan)干(gan)(gan)式(shi)變(bian)電(dian)器為(wei)220V干(gan)(gan)式(shi)變(bian)電(dian)器,構筑組編號II。單臺(tai)(tai)直流高(gao)壓(ya)可靠性試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)業務的(de)(de)過(guo)程 ,用聯席會220V(10KVA上(shang)文為(wei)380V)相電(dian)壓(ya)連(lian)結(jie)電(dian)原(yuan)把握箱(xiang)(xiang)(臺(tai)(tai)),經(jing)電(dian)原(yuan)把握箱(xiang)(xiang)(臺(tai)(tai))內自藕調壓(ya)器(50KVA以內調壓(ya)器外附)緩解0~200V(10KVA超(chao)過(guo)0~400V)電(dian)阻值至做實(shi)驗(yan)的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)候臺(tai)(tai)箱(xiang)(xiang)式(shi)干(gan)(gan)式(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)技師考試(shi)線圈,隨(sui)著磁(ci)感受(shou)到感受(shou)到原(yuan)里,在(zai)做實(shi)驗(yan)的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)候臺(tai)(tai)箱(xiang)(xiang)式(shi)干(gan)(gan)式(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)器油田線圈可獲取做實(shi)驗(yan)的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)候臺(tai)(tai)營養的(de)(de)高(gao)電(dian)阻值。其操(cao)作原(yuan)里圖(tu)(tu)見圖(tu)(tu)2圖(tu)(tu)甲中。

2、單臺交直流電源電多用型低壓實驗室檢測低壓變壓器工作中目的見圖3。圖例如圖:進行油田低壓低壓線管內放有進行油田低壓低壓硅堆,串接在進行油田低壓低壓電路中作進行油田低壓低壓整流,以擁有直流變壓器電源高工作電壓降。當用一擊穿桿將進行油田低壓低壓硅堆短接時,可擁有交換高工作電壓降,其狀況為交換輸送;但是在空出擊穿桿時,其狀況為直流變壓器電源輸送。

四、采(cai)用方式方法及準備(bei)作(zuo)用    

1、LYYD油田(tian)實(shi)驗室檢測干式變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)品控頻抗(kang)壓實(shi)驗室檢測采用接線柱做法見圖5。工(gong)藝(yi)頻擊穿(chuan)電(dian)壓現場實(shi)驗前,先利用現場實(shi)驗變(bian)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)額(e)定的(de)(de)(de)發熱量(liang)首選好限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)功率,(水電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值)的(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)值,再結(jie)合(he)被試品要加的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值設定好擊穿(chuan)球隙的(de)(de)(de)球間隙,成了改(gai)善對被試品給(gei)予電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)測定高(gao)精準度,應在高(gao)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)側是接入(ru)FRC阻(zu)(zu)容分(fen)壓器(qi)(qi)來估測電(dian)流值。

按圖4、依照圖2所采取的工頻擊穿電壓沖擊試驗裝置接好崗位配電線路,沖擊試驗裝置變電器的高壓電繞阻的X端(高壓力尾)、電子儀表檢測線圈的F端、試驗裝置低壓變壓器的塑料硬殼及電源模塊調節箱(臺)的塑料硬殼必需可靠的地線。
用三臺做實驗的時候檢測裝置變電器串激制作頻抗壓做實驗的時候檢測裝置時、第2、三類做實驗的時候檢測裝置變電器的中級考試線圈X端,智能儀表側量線圈的F端,與高壓低壓線圈的X端(進行高壓尾)均接本級校正電抗器的塑料殼,第2、三類視頻校正電抗器的主導結構都要放上在絕緣層支墻上。除**級意外、第2、三類視頻校正電抗器的主導結構避免保護等電位連接電源。其接電源方案見圖3圖甲中。
接電壓前,電壓保持箱(臺)的調壓器可以調到零位。接聽電壓后,深綠提示燈亮,按一些再啟動功能鍵,橘紅色提示燈亮,說校正箱式變壓器已接聽保持電壓,慢慢升壓。
從零(ling)位(wei)剛剛開始(shi)按(an)拖動(dong)大(da)方向保持(chi)拖動(dong)調壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。(升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式方法(fa)有:飛速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20S逐(zhu)步升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60S逐(zhu)一升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),極慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選(xuan)擇)工(gong)(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零(ling)著手按(an)指定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)加(jia)速度練到(dao)您所(suo)需要的(de)(de)(de)(de)固(gu)定(ding)(ding)可靠性試(shi)(shi)驗工(gong)(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)75%后,再以(yi)每秒(miao)(miao)2%額(e)定(ding)(ding)應(ying)力測(ce)試(shi)(shi)報告的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)速度伸到(dao)您必(bi)備應(ying)力測(ce)試(shi)(shi)報告的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),并相互之間主要衡量儀器儀表的(de)(de)(de)(de)信號燈甚至被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)狀況,被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)加(jia)入的(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)時間間隔到(dao)后。應(ying)在數秒(miao)(miao)內保持(chi)將調壓(ya)(ya)器退回,進行高壓(ya)(ya)高于1/3應(ying)力測(ce)試(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)值以(yi)上,按(an)以(yi)下關閉程(cheng)序(xu)工(gong)(gong)作旋(xuan)鈕(niu),直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、非高壓(ya)(ya)傷害關閉程(cheng)序(xu)工(gong)(gong)作,那么(me)打斷(duan)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線,應(ying)力測(ce)試(shi)(shi)重新(xin)。

工(gong)頻耐壓現場實驗(yan)現場實驗(yan)操(cao)作方法過程(cheng)中 注重法定程(cheng)序

1、耐壓師應完成總責組織架構,修改好檢測實地的穩定距離,慎重查好被試品及試驗裝置干式變壓器的接地裝置情況下,并設置相關部門監測健康及關察被試品情況的工作。
2、被試品首要關鍵部位應清潔清潔,增加美麗干澀,容易磨損被試品和引來應力測試最低值的不確定度。
3、對大規模設施的現場實驗,通常情況都應當先做出現場實驗電抗器的空升現場實驗,即不接試品時升壓至現場實驗交流電壓,若要校對好多功能儀表的指示標志精密度,懂得調整好電流球隙的球跨距。
4、做耐沖擊試驗檢測時升壓速率不許過快,并處理無緣無故高層供水,假如調壓器不是零位的無緣無故送電,也沒有許無緣無故無電可用,一半應在調壓器降到零位入暮閘。
5、在升壓或耐壓校正校正過程中 中,如發覺下面歪斜常情況,1 端電壓、直流電壓表指示針擺動旋轉不小,2 被試品發出信號不對常聲音,3 發掘絕緣帶有燒糊或燒焦不良現象,應完畢穩壓,切割交流電源,暫停耐壓試驗并確定問題。
6、食用本(ben)物料做(zuo)髙壓校正時,除掌握本(ben)說明(ming)怎么寫書外,還(huan)一定規(gui)(gui)范執行力(li)我國相關的英文規(gui)(gui)范和操(cao)作使(shi)用規(gui)(gui)章(zhang)程序(xu)。

直流變壓器漏洞檢驗運(yun)作全過(guo)程要(yao)注意(yi)地方

(1)檢驗工做員應寫好承擔職責,選用好檢驗現場的健康平安路程,認真仔細查看好被試品及檢驗低壓變壓器的一定接地事情,并還擁有責任人監護權健康平安及考察被試品動態工做。
(2)被試品做經過多次實驗發現前,應整修所以外呼連線,并有效充分的釋放電能,重要的位置應快速清理純凈,保持著高品質太干,以防故障被試品及引來經過多次實驗發現標值的不確定度。

2、調壓設配

(1)自藕(ou)調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓器(qi)(qi)。其調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓規模廣、馬(ma)力(li)損耗費小(xiao)、波(bo)型變異小(xiao)、選(xuan)取一些調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓措施為*好(hao)。自藕(ou)調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)存(cun)儲(chu)容(rong)量(liang)按0.75 ~ 1倍的(de)(de)(de)(de)應(ying)力(li)測試電抗器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)儲(chu)存(cun)量(liang)選(xuan),適用人群于儲(chu)存(cun)量(liang)為100KVA這的(de)(de)(de)(de)實驗室檢測電力(li)變壓器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓。

(2)傳(chuan)器(qi)調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)。其調(diao)壓(ya)比(bi)率大,正(zheng)弦(xian)波(bo)形形變小、但設計僵化、定價較(jiao)貴,當經過(guo)多(duo)次實(shi)驗發現(xian)電壓(ya)器(qi)的出水量很大的時(如100KVA上文)選擇。

3、限流電容

限流電阻值的用是,當被試品的電壓擊穿時,減少斷路的電壓,而使保證疲勞可靠性試驗配電變壓器,阻止機械故障的范疇。其數字以*高疲勞可靠性試驗的電壓為標準,按0.5 ~ 1 Ω / V(可以有效值)抉擇,限流阻值器用于水阻值器。小心水沒有散發波璃管,應留著留余地,提防爆炸。
4、擊穿球隙

充放電球(qiu)隙的(de)(de)布置準備模式有垂直線(xian)和的(de)(de)水平每種,球(qiu)隙間隔距離S和球(qiu)的(de)(de)直徑D的(de)(de)的(de)(de)聯系應養護在0.05D ≤S ≤0.5D規模內,球(qiu)隙上(shang)的(de)(de)水內阻(zu)阻(zu)值一(yi)樣按0.1 ~ 1Ω/V選擇,布置充放電球(qiu)隙的(de)(de)需求(qiu)是(shi)想要對(dui)核心的(de)(de)被試(shi)品(pin)起保護的(de)(de)做用,能夠將因此誤運作或被試(shi)品(pin)穿(chuan)透(tou)進而引發的(de)(de)過輸出功率限(xian)定(ding)在禁止的(de)(de)的(de)(de)范圍內。
