直流電(dian)壓漏洞可靠性試驗(yan)操作使用階段特別注(zhu)意相關事(shi)宜

(1)疲勞廠房實驗員應干好責任心職責,控制好疲勞廠房實驗廠房的很安會路程,精心診斷好被試品及疲勞廠房實驗變電器的一定接地問題,并不設人員監護人很安會及仔細觀察被試品階段本職工作。
(2)被試品做耐壓實驗室檢測前,應拆遷全部境外連線,并有效充分的擊穿,一般部件應清理工作干凈徹底,提高良好率非常干燥,否則破損被試品及創造耐壓實驗室檢測數字的計算誤差。
(3)而言大存儲量試品(電阻器、加長電線電纜等)檢驗時,要很快升壓,防范被試品的蓄電工作電流過大而損壞微安表,必要條件時,要分級管理加氧分開 導入各交流電壓下微安表的穩固讀數。
(4)沖擊應力(li)測(ce)試(shi)時中(zhong),應嚴謹侵入被試(shi)品、微(wei)安表及(ji)沖擊應力(li)測(ce)試(shi)設備等(deng),已經出現閃動、熱擊穿等(deng)的現象應完畢減(jian)壓,打斷主(zhu)機電源(yuan),并(bing)查證(zheng)主(zhu)觀原因。

被試品電容器量Cx可(ke)由聯(lian)席(xi)會電橋測出。使(shi)用的(de)被試品電解電容量按表1選出。

2、調壓設配

(1)自(zi)藕(ou)調壓器。其調壓范圍圖廣、公率材(cai)料耗費小(xiao)、弧形突變(bian)小(xiao)、選澤(ze)這樣的(de)(de)(de)調壓形式為*好。自(zi)藕(ou)調壓器的(de)(de)(de)發熱量(liang)按0.75 ~ 1倍(bei)的(de)(de)(de)現場實(shi)驗配電(dian)變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)(de)容(rong)積(ji)選定 ,支持于容(rong)積(ji)為100KVA以內的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)驗室(shi)檢(jian)測(ce)電(dian)抗器的(de)(de)(de)調壓。

(2)感測器(qi)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)。其調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)條件(jian)大,波型畸(ji)形兒(er)小、但構成多樣化、多少(shao)錢較貴,當現場實驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的電(dian)容量過大時(如(ru)100KVA上述(shu))適用。

3、限流阻值

限流電容的用途是,當被試品擊穿直流電壓時,被限斷路直流電壓,進而保護措施試驗裝置報告配電變壓器,放置常見故障的發展。其均值以*高試驗裝置報告直流電壓時以,按0.5 ~ 1 Ω / V(有效性值)考慮,限流阻值功率適用水阻值功率。注意事項水是不能具有破璃管,應擁有空間,可以預防崩裂。
4、蓄電池放電球隙
