四、用做法及特別留意地方    

1、LYYD低(di)壓(ya)實驗(yan)臺(tai)配電(dian)(dian)變壓(ya)器干活兒頻(pin)耐沖擊實驗(yan)臺(tai)實用布線(xian)的方(fang)式(shi)見(jian)圖5。品(pin)質頻(pin)抗(kang)壓(ya)做(zuo)實驗(yan)的時候(hou)(hou)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)前,先不同做(zuo)實驗(yan)的時候(hou)(hou)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)電(dian)(dian)抗(kang)器的額定負載功率確(que)定好(hao)限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值,(水阻(zu)值)的阻(zu)值,再基于被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)要加的低(di)壓(ya)的相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值調(diao)整好(hao)自放電(dian)(dian)球隙的球間隙,為了能讓(rang)上(shang)升對被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)增加的相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的衡量定位精度,應在低(di)壓(ya)側(ce)是接入(ru)FRC阻(zu)容分壓(ya)器來檢測相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。

依照規定圖4、結合實際圖2所開始的工頻耐壓性耐壓實驗設計接好的工作錢路,耐壓實驗設計干式變壓器的油田繞阻的X端(直流電尾)、汽車儀表盤精確測量電機繞線的F端、可靠的性試驗變電器的護殼或電壓把握箱(臺)的護殼必需可靠的接地線。
用三臺可靠性疲勞沖擊試驗電壓器串激作工頻擊穿電壓可靠性疲勞沖擊試驗時、第2、三級分銷可靠性疲勞沖擊試驗電壓器的初級職稱繞阻X端,汽車儀表盤校正電機繞線的F端,或者直流電電機繞線的X端(高電壓尾)均接本級實驗設計電抗器的外層,二、、四級實驗設計電抗器的主都要置于在隔絕支馬路上。除**級除外、二、、四級實驗設計電抗器的主盡量不要一定接地裝置。其接線兩端方式英文見圖3所顯示。
接外接主機供電模塊前,外接主機供電模塊操作箱(臺)的調壓器肯定調到零位。接起外接主機供電模塊后,草綠色標示燈亮,按一點再啟動調節鍵,粉紅色標示燈亮,指出實驗室檢測箱式變壓器已接起操作外接主機供電模塊,已經升壓。

3、限流阻值

限流功率電阻的用是,當被試品擊穿電阻時,影響斷路電阻,關鍵在于保護好可靠性試驗報告箱式變壓器,處理出現問題的的變大。其參考值以*高可靠性試驗報告電阻應寫,按0.5 ~ 1 Ω / V(有效性值)挑選,限流電阻值值常用水電阻值值。主意水是不能充好窗戶玻璃管,應留著的余地,盡可能的防止發動機組升溫破裂。
