五、PC機(ji)聯機(ji)動用最簡單的方法

1. 測試儀器與PC機聯(lian)機

議器與PC機(ji)直接(jie)實現RS232線(xian)連到(dao)。若PC機(ji)不(bu)用串口,要選配USB-RS232接(jie)到(dao)線(xian)。

PC機(ji)聯機(ji)在使用比單個(ge)實(shi)驗(yan)室設備實(shi)際(ji)操作方(fang)(fang)法更便宜(yi),實(shi)際(ji)操作方(fang)(fang)法方(fang)(fang)法大概構成:

設為(wei)參數指標——起實驗室檢(jian)測——加入統(tong)計資料(liao)——保護信(xin)息——導出(chu)表報。

2. PC機PC軟件配備

將(jiang)碟片瀏覽器打開后,應該知道(dao)有一個“串口(kou)通(tong)信”文(wen)件格式夾,將(jiang)其副本到PC機的根(gen)子目錄中(zhong),使用 該文(wen)件夾,如(ru)下(xia)圖11:

這其中“ZUC.exe”是本(ben)系統(tong)性的主強制(zhi)執行壓縮文(wen)件(jian)(jian),“DATA”文(wen)本(ben)資(zi)料(liao)夾為(wei)沖擊(ji)應力(li)測(ce)試數劇文(wen)本(ben)總目錄(lu),沖擊(ji)應力(li)測(ce)試數劇文(wen)本(ben)以時刻為(wei)文(wen)本(ben)資(zi)料(liao)名存放。導進的EXCEL文(wen)件(jian)(jian)后綴的數據文(wen)件(jian)(jian)也擺在此貼件(jian)(jian)夾。雙擊(ji)“ZUC.exe”強制(zhi)執行系統(tong)文(wen)件(jian)(jian),打開主游戲界面,如(ru)下圖12:

3.平臺安全使用

(1)點(dian)開(kai)文(wen)(wen)檔zip文(wen)(wen)件目錄(lu):點(dian)開(kai)文(wen)(wen)檔已前的數(shu)值zip文(wen)(wen)件目錄(lu),可增(zeng)添檢驗統計,或(huo)做(zuo)出復印(yin)。

(2)留(liu)存(cun)文本(ben):留(liu)存(cun)疲勞試驗統計資料(liao)為統計資料(liao)文本(ben),需要在PC機(ji)數據存(cun)儲。

(3)導出來EXCEL:需要另存當下(xia)的信息為EXCEL文(wen)(wen)(wen)檔(dang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)件,文(wen)(wen)(wen)檔(dang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)件東西如圖已(yi)知13:

(4)打印圖片閱(yue)讀:就(jiu)可(ke)以(yi)看到在當下(xia)耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)數據資料的表(biao)報,如下(xia)圖14:

(5)做(zuo)實(shi)驗的(de)時(shi)(shi)候(hou)(hou)(hou)頁面:確定(ding)與機器設(she)備聯(lian)機,確定(ding)做(zuo)實(shi)驗的(de)時(shi)(shi)候(hou)(hou)(hou)方(fang)法,并把手機通訊錄做(zuo)實(shi)驗的(de)時(shi)(shi)候(hou)(hou)(hou)數據信息。

(6)撤(che)銷模式:應該撤(che)銷本模式電腦軟件。

(7)點(dian)開(kai)“能(neng)否協(xie)助”下拉菜單(dan),挑選“能(neng)否協(xie)助word文件文件”能(neng)否點(dian)開(kai)能(neng)否協(xie)助word文件文件的(de)光電子檔。

4. 應力測試具體方(fang)法

六、要注意特別注意

裝(zhuang)置在運載路上不(bu)采用木箱(xiang)時,不(bu)不(bu)可以堆碼污染物。采用本(ben)機構機器設(she)備標(biao)簽印刷(shua)箱(xiang)時不(bu)可以堆碼總層的數量為兩(liang)層。

■貯藏
