在傳(chuan)統核(he)相基本模式下,按HOLD鍵(jian)更改同存(cun)(cun)貯器(qi)參數,更改參數時HOLD標符指示器(qi),并自動(dong)的偏號存(cun)(cun)貯器(qi)參數,可(ke)存(cun)(cun)貯器(qi)3999組參數。

在尋(xun)常(chang)核相(xiang)策略(lve)下,按ENTER鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)入駐存貯統(tong)(tong)計資料(liao)(liao)檢索策略(lve),RD標(biao)記(ji)表示,再按ENTER鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)按步進(jin)(jin)電(dian)機驅(qu)動器(qi)值(zhi)查證。按以上下箭(jian)頭鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的選擇步進(jin)(jin)電(dian)機驅(qu)動器(qi)值(zhi)+1、-1、+10、-10、+100,-100或的選擇全部(bu)刪除統(tong)(tong)計資料(liao)(liao),按ENTER鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查證檢索所存統(tong)(tong)計資料(liao)(liao)。

在普通的(de)核相形式 參數(shu)統計查詢下,按前后下箭頭鍵運動光標(biao)到清(qing)空位(wei),按ENTER鍵走進(jin)決定“是”或“否”清(qing)空,按ENTER鍵核驗并返還,參數(shu)統計清(qing)空后將沒(mei)能完全恢復,請積(ji)極(ji)主動工作。

觸碰核(he)相:當(dang)裸高壓電(dian)線(xian)(xian)工作相電(dian)壓底于35kV時,或110kV下列含有安全衛生電(dian)絕(jue)緣外皮的高壓電(dian)線(xian)(xian),可能將遙(yao)測器(qi)(qi)檢測器(qi)(qi)或探鉤觸碰高壓電(dian)線(xian)(xian)核(he)相。超低(di)工作相電(dian)壓時,舉列底于60V,就必須(xu)觸碰核(he)相。核(he)相時,遙(yao)測器(qi)(qi)智(zhi)能自主調節交變(bian)電(dian)場(chang)線(xian)(xian)紅外感應承載力(li),基于交變(bian)電(dian)場(chang)線(xian)(xian)高低(di)智(zhi)能強化和(he)減(jian)小預警調小7的倍(bei)數,有助(zhu)各線(xian)(xian)路稠(chou)密的的場(chang)所核(he)相。

非(fei)接處核(he)相:當裸輸電線電阻高與35kV時,檢(jian)測(ce)器(qi)日漸挨近輸電線(無需(xu)接處輸電線),檢(jian)測(ce)器(qi)感應開(kai)關到(dao)電場強(qiang)度時聽(ting)到(dao)“嘟--嘟--嘟”蜂鳴(ming)聲,就行了完(wan)畢核(he)相。

自(zi)檢(jian)驗核相(xiang)(xiang):去現(xian)場(chang)核相(xiang)(xiang)前可(ke)先在實驗英文(wen)室(shi)或(huo)會議(yi)室(shi)室(shi)做(zuo)自(zi)檢(jian)驗,以認可(ke)儀器(qi)(qi)能(neng)常規工作上。先將自(zi)校線外(wai)接電(dian)源線電(dian)源插(cha)頭添(tian)加圖片220V外(wai)接電(dian)源插(cha)座(zuo)就(jiu)多留幾個(ge),再將自(zi)校線的(de)(de)兩只夾(jia)子分開 碰觸XY監測(ce)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)檢(jian)測(ce)器(qi)(qi)或(huo)探鉤(gou),在同條火線下取電(dian)自(zi)檢(jian)驗核相(xiang)(xiang),接受到器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)信(xin)號燈(deng)為同相(xiang)(xiang),若遇的(de)(de)信(xin)號,可(ke)能(neng)性自(zi)校線外(wai)接電(dian)源線電(dian)源插(cha)頭插(cha)反,拔出來直接反插(cha)就(jiu)好。

低(di)壓低(di)核相:若接(jie)地裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)線交流(liu)額(e)定電(dian)壓不(bu)超100V或太低(di)時,利(li)于用手游(you)輔助制作各種(zhong)測試圖(tu)(tu)片(pian)線,圓形端插入圖(tu)(tu)終端采集器筆記本(ben)充電(dian)孔,鄂魚夾端接(jie)地裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi);接(jie)地裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)線交流(liu)額(e)定電(dian)壓遠(yuan)超100V禁便用手游(you)輔助制作各種(zhong)測試圖(tu)(tu)片(pian)線。

一、簡介

是專為高壓線路核相而精心設計制造的,突破傳統核相器電壓等級限制問題,可以在極低電壓線路中核相,*實現從200V~220kV電壓自動核相(如400V、10kV、35kV、66kV、110kV、220kV),無需根據電壓等級購置多套核相儀,節省成本,減少攜帶,省時快捷。對于高壓線路核相(電壓超過400V時),可將探測器的金屬探鉤逐漸靠近導線,當感應到電場信號即可完成核相,無需直接接觸高壓導線!當裸導線電壓超過35kV,必須使用非接觸核相。本核相儀還具有測試相位、頻率、相序、驗電、變壓器組別判斷等功能。

由主機、探測器、伸縮絕緣桿、監測軟件、USB通訊線等組成,無線信號直線傳輸距離約30米,主機采用3.5寸真彩液晶屏,可以同屏顯示相位、頻率、相序及核相結果;向量圖指示、相位指示,清晰直觀;具有“X信號正常、Y信號正常、同相、異相”等語音提示功能,使測試更簡單輕松。

監測軟件具有在線實時監控、歷史數據查詢、向量圖指示、相位指示功能;具有歷史數據讀取、查閱、保存、打印等功能。

五.操作

1.主機開關機

按POWER鍵開機,LCD顯示測量頁面,再按POWER鍵關機,若開機后LCD持續黑屏閃爍,可能電池電壓不足,請更換電池。儀表開機5分鐘后LCD 持續閃爍,提示儀表將自動關機,LCD 持續閃爍30秒后自動關機,以降低電池消耗。若 LCD 持續閃爍時,按POWER 鍵儀表能繼續工作。

2.探測器開關機

按POWER鍵開機,POWER指示燈亮,探測器進入測試模式,再按POWER鍵關機,若開機后POWER指示燈快速閃爍或變暗,可能電池電壓不足,請更換電池。探測器開機5分鐘后POWER指示燈持續閃爍,提示探測器將自動關機,POWER指示燈持續閃爍30秒后自動關機,以降低電池消耗。若POWER指示燈持續閃爍時,按 POWER 鍵探測器能繼續工作。

3.數據保持

在測試模式下,按向左箭頭鍵,可以保持LCD顯示,“HOLD”符號指示。 再按向左箭頭 鍵解除數據鎖定,返回測試模式,“HOLD”符號消失。

4.數據存儲

在測試模式下,按向左箭頭鍵保持數據的同時,儀表自動編號并存儲當前保持的數據。本儀表能存儲9999組數據,若存儲已滿,不再存儲數據,必須清理內存后才能再存儲。

5.數據查閱

在測試模式下,按向右箭頭鍵進入數據查閱模式,“RD”符號指示,同時自動顯示存儲的第0001組數據,按向左、向右箭頭鍵移動光標“ 1、-1、 10、-10、 100、-100”選擇相應的步進量,按MEM鍵進行翻閱。按向左、向右箭頭鍵移動光標到“退出”位,按MEM鍵退出查閱模式,返回測試模式。

6.數據刪除

在數據查閱模式下,按向左、向右箭頭鍵移動光標到“刪除”位,按MEM鍵進入數據刪除模式,按向左、向右箭頭鍵移動光標到“是”或“否”,按MEM鍵進行相關操作并返回測試模式。

7.背光亮度

在任何模式下,按向上、向下箭頭鍵可以改變液晶背光亮度,液晶背光亮度值自動存儲,儀表上電開機自動恢復儲存亮度值。

8.數據上傳

連接好電腦與主機的USB通訊線,開機,運行軟件,即可以讀取儀表所存儲的歷史數據,上傳電腦并管理數據。

軟件需Windows XP/2000系統安裝,具有在線實時數據、歷史查詢、數據保存,向量圖指示、相位指示功能;具有歷史數據讀取、查閱、保存、打印等功能。

9.自校驗

現場核相前請先做自校驗,以確認儀表能正常工作。即將自校線的兩個夾子分別連接到兩個探測器的探針上,再將自校線插頭插入交流220V電源插座,在同一條火線上自校驗,主機指示同相,若沒電可能插了零線,將自校線插頭反插即可。

10.核相、相位、驗電、頻率、相序測試

連接好絕緣桿,開機,若主機與探測器通訊正常,對應指示燈亮,通訊不正常,指示燈不亮,同時主機會語音提示“X信號正常”、“Y信號正常”。

核相時先將X探測器靠近或接觸任一相線,再將Y探測器靠近或接觸要核的其它相線。高壓核相時,探測器無需直接接觸高壓導線,將探測器探鉤逐漸靠近導線,當感應到電場后探測器會發出“嘟--嘟--嘟”提示音及指示燈持續閃爍,完成驗電功能。低壓核相(400V及以下),特別是對配電箱的低壓進行核相,請將金屬探鉤換成金屬探針。

非接觸核相時,若各相線相互比較近,應選遠離其它導線的位置進行測試。

核相是以X探測器為基準,固定顯示A相,若兩探測器相角差在-25°~25°范圍內(335°~360°即是-25°~0°),Y探測器檢測結果為A相,定性為同相;若兩探測器相角差在95°~145°或215°~265°范圍內,定性為異相。同時主機語音提示“同相”或“異相”。

相角差在95°~145°時,Y探測器檢測結果為B相,即順相序;相角差在215°~265°Y探測器檢測結果為C相,即逆相序。

 

六.電池更換

1) 當電池電壓降到7.2V±0.1V時,主機顯示電池電壓低符號,探測器電源指示燈快速閃爍,表示其電池電量不足,請更換電池。

2) 按POWER鍵關機,確認儀表處于關機狀態,打開電池蓋板,換上全新合格的電池,特別注意電池規格極性,蓋好電池蓋板,再開機確認是否完成更換。
