⑿ 細調電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢器(qi)(qi):為(wei)校準(zhun)要求用(yong),該(gai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢器(qi)(qi)細調多圈電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢器(qi)(qi),順時鐘縮放(fang)為(wei)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya),升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)很微慢,不然(ran)為(wei)穩壓(ya)。細調正常為(wei)后適用(yong)于(yu)校準(zhun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)精準(zhun)的數(shu)和(he)做硫化鋅避雷器(qi)(qi)疲勞(lao)檢測,后校準(zhun)功率精準(zhun)的數(shu)用(yong)。疲勞(lao)檢測成功后,該(gai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢器(qi)(qi)應趕回零位上。

六、實際步驟之一

1、操作前開始準備

⑴ 電(dian)流會出現(xian)器在采用前(qian)先審核其(qi)完整性(xing),連(lian)接通(tong)信(xin)電(dian)纜不應該有斷路和(he)過壓,產(chan)品無碎(sui)裂(lie)等順壞。

⑴ 請找到按鈕(niu)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)電源模塊適(shi)配器(qi)(qi)(qi)是三相變頻器(qi)(qi)(qi)聊天220V,50Hz.撥通按鈕(niu)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)電源模塊適(shi)配器(qi)(qi)(qi)按鈕(niu)開(kai)關(guan)(guan),于此綠燈亮,提出按鈕(niu)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)電源模塊適(shi)配器(qi)(qi)(qi)撥通。

⑵ 按顏色(se)開關,則綠燈亮,覺得直流電(dian)接聽。

⑶ 旋轉目標方向(xiang)平緩(huan)調控(kong)(kong)調電(dian)(dian)(dian)容式位器粗中古調式細調,輸出(chu)精度(du)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)端即從零就(jiu)開始(shi)升壓(ya)。伸到的需求的線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)后(hou),按約(yue)定時光數據電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)值表讀數,并查檢把控(kong)(kong)好(hao)箱(xiang)(xiang)及(ji)輸出(chu)精度(du)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)線(xian)纜有沒有超時干涉現象及(ji)轟轟聲。有必要時用外接直流(liu)(liu)高壓(ya)力分壓(ya)器校(xiao)對把控(kong)(kong)好(hao)箱(xiang)(xiang)上的交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)直流(liu)(liu)高壓(ya)力指的是。

⑷ 減壓(ya)(ya),將調壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)式位器回零(ling)后(hou),陸陸續續按(an)健(jian)康快捷,斷開各類(lei)高壓(ya)(ya)并(bing)關停供電(dian)開關按(an)鈕。

3、對(dui)試品進行漏泄及整(zheng)流抗壓實(shi)驗

⑴ 在做環境下實(shi)驗前(qian),將超(chao)直流(liu)(liu)直流(liu)(liu)高壓(ya)力(li)(li)關閉(bi)掉微安表(biao)按照到超(chao)直流(liu)(liu)直流(liu)(liu)高壓(ya)力(li)(li)倍壓(ya)筒(tong)上的(de)超(chao)直流(liu)(liu)直流(liu)(liu)高壓(ya)力(li)(li)輸出電壓(ya)端上,并將配置的(de)關閉(bi)掉線(xian)主要撥(bo)通微安表(biao)上和被試品上(具(ju)體請見超(chao)直流(liu)(liu)直流(liu)(liu)高壓(ya)力(li)(li)關閉(bi)掉微安表(biao)安全使用詳細產品說明書)。

⑵ 進(jin)行檢查報告(gao)(gao)議器、蓄(xu)電池(chi)充電棒、倍壓筒、試品連接(jie) 線、一定(ding)電源(yuan)線可(ke)不可(ke)以是(shi)對的,一定(ding)電源(yuan)線連接(jie) 可(ke)不可(ke)以是(shi)可(ke)信(xin)度(du),進(jin)行檢查報告(gao)(gao)超高壓力安會離可(ke)不可(ke)以是(shi)復合(he)追求,方為就(jiu)開(kai)始進(jin)行試品的超高壓力試驗裝置(zhi)。

⑶ 定期(qi)檢(jian)查驗收儀器設備(bei)等(deng)異于常(chang)現象后,撥(bo)打電(dian)(dian)話(hua)兩相電(dian)(dian)聊天220V供電(dian)(dian)適配(pei)器啟閉,于此綠燈亮,代(dai)表供電(dian)(dian)適配(pei)器撥(bo)打電(dian)(dian)話(hua)。可就(jiu)開始(shi)來試(shi)品(pin)的直流電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)液(ye)化氣泄漏(lou)和直流電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)耐(nai)沖擊疲勞試(shi)驗。

⑷ 按灰色快捷,則紅綠燈亮(liang),指出進行(xing)高壓撥出去,待升進行(xing)高壓。

⑸ 旋(xuan)轉方向上平緩調(diao)調(diao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi))式位器(qi)粗形成細調(diao),導出端即從(cong)零進(jin)行升壓(ya)。升壓(ya)期限以每(mei)秒3-5kV變高檢測交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)額(e)定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻量值為宜(yi)。而對(dui)于大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi))試品升壓(ya)時更加慢(man)慢(man)地升壓(ya),不(bu)然的話很(hen)有可能導致交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)額(e)定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻量值過沖(chong),還需控制交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)表充點交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)不(bu)多于交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)發生了器(qi)的大充點交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。當(dang)升級成所要的交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)額(e)定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻量值或交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后,按標(biao)準規定(ding)(ding)期限記載交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)表及交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)額(e)定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻量值表的讀數。

⑹ 校正(zheng)結束后后,降血(xue)壓,將(jiang)調壓阻位器(qi)粗融合細調回(hui)零后,那(nei)么按淺綠(lv)色(se)啟(qi)閉,截斷(duan)髙(gao)壓并關閉系統(tong)啟(qi)閉電源(yuan)啟(qi)閉。

⑺ 試驗報告完成(cheng)(cheng)后(hou)后(hou),用(yong)充(chong)發(fa)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)棒對試品(pin)完成(cheng)(cheng)屢(lv)次(ci)充(chong)發(fa)出(chu)(chu)電(dian),充(chong)發(fa)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)后(hou)可信度近試品(pin)和拆線運轉(充(chong)發(fa)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)請(qing)具體(ti)見充(chong)發(fa)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)棒運行反映書(shu))。

4、一種在測量工藝

⑷ 可靠性試驗已(yi)完成,降(jiang)血壓(ya),將調壓(ya)電式位(wei)器回零后(hou),那么按(an)綠按(an)鍵,鋸斷高壓(ya)低壓(ya)并停用主機電源轉換開關。

⑸ 面(mian)對(dui)陽極氧(yang)化(hua)鋅(xin)避雷器等小濾(lv)波電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin),一般來(lai)(lai)說來(lai)(lai)說做(zuo)出(chu)測壓(ya)阻阻電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),事件較快。而對(dui)通信電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜、馬達(da)等大濾(lv)波電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin),一般來(lai)(lai)說來(lai)(lai)說要等待中試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降自電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)到試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)報告的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降的(de)20%以上(shang)(shang),再做(zuo)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)棒做(zuo)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。待試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)積(ji)極主動電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)后并掛好接(jie)地保護(hu)線,才能做(zuo)出(chu)直(zhi)流(liu)高壓(ya)引線的(de)拆除工程和(he)拆換連接(jie)線上(shang)(shang)班。

5、自我(wo)保護運行后(hou)的進行

在的使用時(shi)中(zhong)挖掘(jue)亮(liang)紅(hong)燈滅,綠燈亮(liang),直流變壓器高壓低(di)壓降(jiang)低(di),就是有(you)關的防護行動。在此應按著列步使用:

⑴ 將調電容式位器退回來(lai)零位。

⑵ 開(kai)起(qi)電壓(ya)轉(zhuan)換開(kai)關,顯示(shi)屏(ping)提示(shi)燈(deng)均(jun)沒(mei)有顯示(shi)。

⑶ 一(yi)個鐘后(hou),待(dai)機內底(di)壓電(dian)燒(shao)杯(bei)器充分的自放(fang)電(dian)后(hou),才不得在(zai)此(ci)開放(fang)24v電(dian)源電(dian)源開關。直接實(shi)現(xian)輕載可(ke)(ke)靠性實(shi)驗(yan),并核實(shi)情況(kuang)發生后(hou),可(ke)(ke)在(zai)此(ci)升壓可(ke)(ke)靠性實(shi)驗(yan)。

八、限(xian)流熱敏(min)電阻適用闡明(ming)

1、限流功率電阻功效:當試品擊穿電壓(ya)或閃動(dong)時,具有(you)了限止工(gong)作電流的的功效,所以(yi)不(bu)傷害(hai)實驗室檢測系統。

2、動用辦(ban)法:只用將限流熱敏(min)電(dian)阻值一(yi)邊(bian)(bian)M10螺母擰到直流電(dian)壓(ya)力(li)發生器倍(bei)壓(ya)筒(tong)表層,壓(ya)力(li)效果(guo)線地腳螺栓上(shang)只能。如若要串(chuan)接壓(ya)力(li)微(wei)(wei)安表(另采購SWB-V型表),只用將微(wei)(wei)安表底邊(bian)(bian)M10螺母擰在限流熱敏(min)電(dian)阻值的(de)其他邊(bian)(bian)只能。

3、只要(yao)在使用LYZGS產品直流(liu)(liu)變壓器髙壓發(fa)生的(de)器時(shi),試品是陽極氧化鋅避雷器、普閥式避雷器和(he)髙壓電(dian)源開關等供(gong)電(dian)系(xi)統時(shi),需要(yao)免去(qu)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)功率(lv)電(dian)阻值。即任何時(shi)候小電(dian)壓電(dian)流(liu)(liu)、小濾(lv)波電(dian)容試品,需要(yao)免去(qu)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)功率(lv)電(dian)阻值。

九、注意事宜事宜

2、兩遍(bian)試驗報告后,應(ying)將升壓阻位器(qi)回(hui)來零(ling)位(粗調、細調都回(hui)零(ling)位),按(an)翠(cui)綠色功能鍵,中(zhong)斷直(zhi)流高壓并關閉電(dian)源適(shi)配器(qi)面板開關,后進行(xing)蓄電(dian)池充電(dian)。
