六、操作方法布驟

1、實用前做準備

⑴ 電(dian)(dian)(dian)流情況器在動(dong)用時應體(ti)檢其原樣性,接入(ru)低壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜電(dian)(dian)(dian)線不應該有斷路(lu)和跳閘,機器設備無(wu)碎裂等燒壞。

⑵ 將機箱(xiang)、倍壓(ya)筒(tong)置(zhi)放到(dao)比較適合的(de)安全防護(hu)(hu)的(de)區域,各自相連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)好(hao)供電線(xian)、高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)電纜和(he)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)入(ru)地線(xian)。保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)入(ru)地線(xian)與(yu)業務保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)入(ru)地線(xian)與(yu)充放棒的(de)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)入(ru)地線(xian)均應多個連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)到(dao)試品的(de)地線(xian)上渠道(即方(fang)面(mian)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)電線(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭裝置(zhi)系統裝置(zhi))。禁(jin)示各保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)入(ru)地線(xian)共同電容串(chuan)聯(lian)操(cao)作,為了防止電壓(ya)擊(ji)穿(chuan)時地電勢差舉高(gao)(gao)養成(cheng)反擊(ji),影響檢測設備(bei)。(見圖6)

⑶ 檢查(cha)24v電源旋鈕(niu)要(yao)不(bu)要(yao)在關斷的(de)地(di)方上(shang)(shang),并檢查(cha)調壓阻位器應在零位上(shang)(shang),過的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)電壓呵護整定撥盤旋鈕(niu)設有在恰當的(de)地(di)方上(shang)(shang),通常情況為1.10~1.20倍(bei)測驗(yan)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)電壓值。

2、負載(zai)升壓手(shou)機驗(yan)證過輸出(chu)功率自(zi)我保護整(zheng)定值(zhi)

⑴ 請詢問交流(liu)(liu)會(hui)電(dian)原是三相變(bian)頻器交流(liu)(liu)會(hui)220V,50Hz.掛斷交流(liu)(liu)會(hui)電(dian)原控制開(kai)關(guan),同時綠燈亮,代表(biao)交流(liu)(liu)會(hui)電(dian)原掛斷。

⑵ 按(an)黃色按(an)鈕開關,則紅綠燈亮(liang),覺得油田接聽(ting)電話(hua)。

⑶ 順時(shi)(shi)針方向上(shang)方向上(shang)平(ping)緩調高(gao)調光電(dian)(dian)探測器位器粗萃(cui)取細調,的模擬(ni)輸(shu)出(chu)端(duan)即從零開端(duan)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。伸(shen)到所用的電(dian)(dian)阻值后,按法(fa)律(lv)法(fa)規時(shi)(shi)紀要(yao)直流電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表讀(du)數,并審(shen)核(he)操控箱(xiang)(xiang)及的模擬(ni)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜有(you)何不正常(chang)物理現(xian)象及噪(zao)音(yin)。不必要(yao)時(shi)(shi)用外接高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)分壓(ya)(ya)器較準操控箱(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)的直流電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)告訴。

⑷ 穩壓(ya)(ya),將調壓(ya)(ya)阻位器(qi)回零后,那么按有(you)機(ji)按鈕轉換開關,打斷(duan)高電壓(ya)(ya)并(bing)停(ting)用(yong)24v電源(yuan)轉換開關。

3、對試品開始遺漏及交流電抗壓(ya)耐(nai)壓(ya)

⑴ 在做電(dian)(dian)動機扭矩現場(chang)實驗前,將高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓手機屏(ping)避(bi)微安(an)表(biao)(biao)安(an)裝程(cheng)序(xu)到高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓倍壓筒上(shang)的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓內容輸出(chu)端上(shang),并將配套方案的手機屏(ping)避(bi)線各(ge)分為接起微安(an)表(biao)(biao)上(shang)和(he)被試品上(shang)(祥細請見高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓手機屏(ping)避(bi)微安(an)表(biao)(biao)運(yun)用情況使(shi)用指南)。

⑵ 檢驗(yan)議器、擊穿棒、倍壓筒、試品連(lian)接(jie)起(qi)來線、接(jie)地系(xi)統系(xi)統線能(neng)不(bu)能(neng)精準,接(jie)地系(xi)統系(xi)統線連(lian)接(jie)起(qi)來能(neng)不(bu)能(neng)靠得住,檢驗(yan)低(di)壓力(li)應急距(ju)離(li)感能(neng)不(bu)能(neng)包含標準要(yao)求,足以已經開(kai)始完成試品的(de)低(di)壓力(li)可(ke)靠性試驗(yan)。

⑶ 檢杳確定醫療(liao)儀器等異(yi)于常(chang)狀態后,無(wu)(wu)法(fa)無(wu)(wu)法(fa)接通(tong)(tong)單(dan)相電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)學習交(jiao)流220V供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)打(da)開,倘若綠燈亮(liang),表達出(chu)來供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)無(wu)(wu)法(fa)無(wu)(wu)法(fa)接通(tong)(tong)。可已經參(can)與試(shi)品的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流外泄和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流擊穿(chuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓試(shi)驗報(bao)告。

⑷ 按橙紅色(se)功能鍵,則指(zhi)示燈亮,表(biao)達(da)高壓低壓撥打電(dian)話,待提升壓低壓。

⑹ 實驗室(shi)檢(jian)測完成(cheng)后,穩壓,將調壓電(dian)式位器粗(cu)調配細調回零后,隨后不久按綠色健(jian)康按鈕旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)開(kai)關,關停高壓變壓器并關停供電(dian)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)開(kai)關。

⑺ 現場實驗完后(hou),軟件應用擊(ji)(ji)穿棒對試品來進行多少次擊(ji)(ji)穿,擊(ji)(ji)穿后(hou)部牢靠(kao)近試品和拆線任(ren)務(擊(ji)(ji)穿請簡單見(jian)擊(ji)(ji)穿棒選用描述(shu)書)。

⑶ 對被氧化鋅避雷(lei)器、磁(ci)吹避雷(lei)器等(deng)試(shi)品(pin)(pin)等(deng)電極(ji)電勢(shi)連接端可(ke)分開單獨通(tong)過的(de)問題下,也可(ke)選擇在(zai)試(shi)品(pin)(pin)的(de)底層(地(di)電極(ji)電勢(shi)側)串(chuan)入(ru)交流電表(biao)通(tong)過測量方法的(de)方式方法,但也都要(yao)便用屏(ping)幕(mu)(mu)掉(diao)線(xian)(見圖8a)。當要(yao)排出試(shi)品(pin)(pin)漆層氯氣(qi)泄露(lu)交流電的(de)影晌,可(ke)軟的(de)裸芯線(xian)在(zai)試(shi)品(pin)(pin)地(di)電極(ji)電勢(shi)端繞上(shang)兩圈與屏(ping)幕(mu)(mu)掉(diao)相相聯(見圖8b)。

⑷ 試驗檢測結束(shu)后,穩壓(ya),將(jiang)調光電探測器位器回零后,其次按黃綠(lv)色旋鈕,剪斷各類高(gao)壓(ya)并倒閉電源線轉換開關。

5、保護好(hao)工(gong)作后的控制

在應用進(jin)程中(zhong)找(zhao)到信號燈滅,綠燈亮(liang),直流電壓(ya)超高壓(ya)降低,成(cheng)為關于護理實際操作。此(ci)情(qing)此(ci)景應啟動(dong)列流程實際操作:

⑴ 將調電容式(shi)位器回(hui)退零(ling)位。

⑵ 停用(yong)電原后蓋(gai)板開關(guan),后蓋(gai)板技巧燈均燈不亮。

⑶ 1分鐘(zhong)后,待機內血(xue)壓(ya)低壓(ya)高電容(電收納空(kong)間)器有(you)力(li)發(fa)出電后,才充許再(zai)一次(ci)開電源模塊面(mian)板開關。完后去變(bian)壓(ya)器空(kong)載(zai)校正臺,并查(cha)實情(qing)況下(xia)后,可(ke)再(zai)一次(ci)升壓(ya)校正臺。

八、限流電阻值用到說明書(shu)

1、限流電阻值(zhi)功能表:當試(shi)品擊穿電壓或忽閃(shan)時(shi),產生了限止功率的(de)功能,關鍵在(zai)于(yu)不破(po)損做實(shi)驗的(de)時(shi)候設(she)施(shi)。

2、運用技術:凡(fan)是將(jiang)限流功(gong)率(lv)熱敏(min)電阻左端M10螺母(mu)擰到直流變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)低壓(ya)(ya)再(zai)次反應(ying)器(qi)倍壓(ya)(ya)筒頂(ding)端,低壓(ya)(ya)打出(chu)線螺柱上時需(xu)。假(jia)設要串接低壓(ya)(ya)微(wei)安(an)表(biao)(另強化實木(mu)的選購(gou)SWB-V型表(biao)),凡(fan)是將(jiang)微(wei)安(an)表(biao)邊側M10螺母(mu)擰在限流功(gong)率(lv)熱敏(min)電阻的另左端時需(xu)。

3、一旦選用(yong)LYZGS編直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)力(li)會出(chu)現器時,試品是腐蝕鋅避(bi)雷器、普閥式避(bi)雷器和高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源開關(guan)等電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)工程儀器時,可不可能要用(yong)限流(liu)內阻值。即但凡(fan)小工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)、小電(dian)(dian)(dian)容器試品,可不可能要用(yong)限流(liu)內阻值。

4、能量電纜(lan)線(xian)、箱(xiang)式變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)、無刷(shua)電機(ji)等大電感試品(pin),應在高壓(ya)(ya)電電路內串接限流阻(zu)值做檢驗,養護(hu)檢驗主設備。

九、要注意須知
