六、操控關鍵步驟

1、選用前工作

⑴ 整(zheng)流情況器在便用前須查看其完整(zheng),性,連接拖鏈電纜(lan)不(bu)能有(you)斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)和斷(duan)(duan)路(lu),設(she)備(bei)無斷(duan)(duan)裂等壞掉。

⑵ 將機箱、倍壓(ya)(ya)(ya)筒(tong)安(an)置(zhi)到適于的健康安(an)全的部位,區別相聯好供電(dian)(dian)線、高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)和(he)跨(kua)接(jie)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)線。保障跨(kua)接(jie)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)線與操作跨(kua)接(jie)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)線并且釋放電(dian)(dian)能棒的跨(kua)接(jie)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)線均應獨自(zi)撥通試(shi)品的地(di)線上銷售(即一點兒跨(kua)接(jie)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong))。明令禁止各跨(kua)接(jie)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)線相護并聯電(dian)(dian)路(lu)圖選擇(ze),切勿(wu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)擊穿時地(di)電(dian)(dian)勢差拉高(gao)行成回擊,損毀檢測(ce)設備。(見圖6)

⑶ 檢(jian)測(ce)24v電源(yuan)觸點開關(guan)按鈕可否在關(guan)斷的角(jiao)度(du)上,并檢(jian)測(ce)調(diao)電容(rong)式位器應在零位上,過電流值守護整定撥盤觸點開關(guan)按鈕設備(bei)在適(shi)度(du)的角(jiao)度(du)上,通常情況(kuang)下為1.10~1.20倍檢(jian)驗電流值值。

2、變壓器(qi)空載升壓認(ren)證過電流(liu)值(zhi)自(zi)我保護整定(ding)值(zhi)

⑴ 請要做供(gong)電(dian)是三相變頻(pin)器座談會220V,50Hz.撥(bo)打(da)電(dian)話供(gong)電(dian)面(mian)板開關,這段(duan)時間綠燈(deng)亮(liang),寫出供(gong)電(dian)撥(bo)打(da)電(dian)話。

⑵ 按顏色(se)按鈕(niu)開關,則亮紅燈亮,覺得(de)高壓(ya)力接起。

⑶ 順轉(zhuan)走向平緩可以調(diao)節(jie)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)阻位器粗和聲小(xiao)調(diao)細調(diao),輸(shu)入的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)端即從零逐漸(jian)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。速升(sheng)需(xu)要的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)交流(liu)電壓(ya)(ya)后,按約(yue)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)間(jian)備案(an)瞬(shun)時(shi)電流(liu)表(biao)讀數,并查保持(chi)箱及輸(shu)入的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)線(xian)纜是(shi)否是(shi)系統異常(chang)的(de)(de)(de)情況及轟(hong)轟(hong)聲。必須(xu)時(shi)用外接超高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)分壓(ya)(ya)器效正保持(chi)箱上的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)流(liu)超高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)指令。

⑷ 降血壓(ya),將調壓(ya)阻位器(qi)回(hui)零后,最后按環保控制鍵,割斷油田(tian)并閉(bi)合(he)電源面板(ban)開關面板(ban)開關。

3、對試品采(cai)取漏糞及交流電耐壓可(ke)(ke)靠性(xing)試驗可(ke)(ke)靠性(xing)試驗

⑴ 在做短路電流疲勞試驗前,將各類(lei)(lei)高壓(ya)力(li)力(li)變(bian)壓(ya)器關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)微(wei)安(an)表組裝(zhuang)到(dao)各類(lei)(lei)高壓(ya)力(li)力(li)變(bian)壓(ya)器倍壓(ya)筒上(shang)(shang)的各類(lei)(lei)高壓(ya)力(li)力(li)變(bian)壓(ya)器所在端上(shang)(shang),并將配置的關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)線(xian)各自送到(dao)微(wei)安(an)表上(shang)(shang)和(he)被(bei)試品上(shang)(shang)(詳(xiang)細的請見各類(lei)(lei)高壓(ya)力(li)力(li)變(bian)壓(ya)器關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)微(wei)安(an)表應用解釋書)。

⑵ 觀察設備(bei)、電(dian)流(liu)棒(bang)、倍壓筒、試品(pin)快速連接線、與(yu)地面線能(neng)(neng)不能(neng)(neng)有(you)最佳,與(yu)地面線快速連接能(neng)(neng)不能(neng)(neng)有(you)的安全,觀察開(kai)(kai)展高壓力的安全遠距離(li)能(neng)(neng)不能(neng)(neng)有(you)合乎(hu)標準,方能(neng)(neng)開(kai)(kai)展現在開(kai)(kai)始開(kai)(kai)展試品(pin)的開(kai)(kai)展高壓力做實驗的時候。

⑶ 診斷(duan)驗(yan)(yan)收實驗(yan)(yan)室設備(bei)等何異常實際(ji)情況后(hou),撥通220V交(jiao)換220V交(jiao)流電(dian)源(yuan)適配器交(jiao)流電(dian)源(yuan)開關,倘若綠(lv)燈亮(liang),指出交(jiao)流電(dian)源(yuan)適配器撥通。可起實行試品的整(zheng)流電(dian)源(yuan)滲漏和整(zheng)流電(dian)源(yuan)擊穿電(dian)壓(ya)耐壓(ya)。

⑷ 按(an)橙紅色按(an)健,則綠燈亮,表述進行高(gao)(gao)壓掛斷,待升進行高(gao)(gao)壓。

⑸ 旋轉(zhuan)放向平緩(huan)轉(zhuan)換調(diao)光(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)探測器(qi)位器(qi)粗(cu)融合(he)細(xi)調(diao),輸入(ru)輸出端即從零(ling)始于升壓(ya)。升壓(ya)高速度以每(mei)秒3-5kV攀升耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)瞬(shun)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻為宜。對大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感試(shi)品升壓(ya)時(shi)重在比較慢升壓(ya),不能可以影響瞬(shun)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過沖(chong),還需竊(qie)聽瞬(shun)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)表手機(ji)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瞬(shun)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)不超(chao)越直流(liu)(liu)(liu)變壓(ya)器(qi)遭受器(qi)的(de)(de)大手機(ji)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瞬(shun)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)。當練(lian)到必備的(de)(de)瞬(shun)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻或瞬(shun)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)后,按明文規(gui)定的(de)(de)時(shi)間(jian)統計瞬(shun)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)表及瞬(shun)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻表的(de)(de)讀數。

⑹ 疲勞試驗再次后,減壓(ya),將調(diao)壓(ya)阻位器粗(cu)形成細調(diao)回零后,很(hen)快按綠色健康啟閉,切(qie)斷所有設(she)備(bei)的電源適配器進行高壓(ya)并(bing)關停電源適配器啟閉。

4、些自動測量技術

⑴ 普遍測定時(shi),當接好線(xian)后(hou),先把(ba)連(lian)接起來試(shi)品的線(xian)沒有支撐,升(sheng)級(ji)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)后(hou),讀(du)出空試(shi)時(shi)的電(dian)暈和雜(za)散瞬(shun)時(shi)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)I′,如(ru)果管上試(shi)品升(sheng)級(ji)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),讀(du)出總瞬(shun)時(shi)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)I1。

試品漏泄功率:I0=I1- I′

⑵ 當必須精密模具衡(heng)量被試品的漏(lou)糞電(dian)流大小時(shi),應在低壓電(dian)電(dian)路開關中串接(jie)低壓電(dian)屏(ping)避微安表(biao),見圖7a。

⑶ 對腐蝕(shi)鋅(xin)避雷器、磁(ci)吹避雷器等試品的(de)接地(di)端(duan)可(ke)拆開的(de)情況報告下(xia),也可(ke)利(li)用(yong)在(zai)試品的(de)尾部(地(di)電(dian)(dian)極電(dian)(dian)位差側(ce))串入電(dian)(dian)流量(liang)大(da)小(xiao)表做(zuo)預估的(de)方試,但也必(bi)需采用(yong)禁(jin)掉線(見(jian)圖8a)。當要(yao)是排(pai)除試品表面能信(xin)息泄露電(dian)(dian)流量(liang)大(da)小(xiao)的(de)影向,可(ke)以使用(yong)軟的(de)裸電(dian)(dian)線在(zai)試品地(di)電(dian)(dian)極電(dian)(dian)位差端(duan)繞上幾下(xia)與禁(jin)掉相(xiang)連結(見(jian)圖8b)。

⑷ 疲(pi)勞試驗完后(hou)(hou),減壓(ya),將調(diao)壓(ya)阻位器回零后(hou)(hou),后(hou)(hou)來(lai)按綠色健康圖標(biao),停用(yong)進行高壓(ya)并停用(yong)電(dian)源模塊(kuai)控制開關。

⑸ 針對(dui)腐蝕鋅(xin)避雷(lei)器等(deng)(deng)小濾波電(dian)(dian)感試(shi)品(pin)(pin),大部分來(lai)測壓電(dian)(dian)式阻發出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian),的時(shi)間好快。而對(dui)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)線(xian)、主軸電(dian)(dian)機等(deng)(deng)大濾波電(dian)(dian)感試(shi)品(pin)(pin),大部分要等(deng)(deng)著試(shi)品(pin)(pin)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)值自發出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)到試(shi)驗臺電(dian)(dian)流(liu)值的20%下(xia)述,再來(lai)發出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)棒來(lai)發出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)。待試(shi)品(pin)(pin)足(zu)夠(gou)發出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)后并掛好接入地線(xian)線(xian),才能接受來(lai)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)引線(xian)的拆掉和拆卸接法(fa)操作(zuo)。

5、保養過程后的實操

在便用過程(cheng)中中發覺亮紅燈滅(mie),綠燈亮,直流電壓高壓變壓器的降低,既得(de)有觀(guan)愛護動做。這段(duan)時間應按過列步使用:

⑴ 將調壓阻(zu)位(wei)器退回去零位(wei)。

⑵ 閉合交流電源旋轉(zhuan)開關,面板開關告訴燈(deng)均(jun)沒有(you)顯示。

⑶ 一(yi)分錢鐘(zhong)后,待機(ji)內血壓低壓高電容(濾波電容器類)器徹底的釋放電能后,才能第三拉開(kai)電原啟(qi)閉。全新使用滿載應(ying)力(li)測(ce)試,并確定情(qing)況下(xia)后,可(ke)第三升壓應(ying)力(li)測(ce)試。

八、限流阻值運行講解

1、限流熱敏電阻用途(tu):當試(shi)品(pin)熱擊穿(chuan)或一(yi)(yi)閃一(yi)(yi)閃時,帶(dai)來了限止直流電壓(ya)的反應,為(wei)了不毀壞(huai)試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置系統。

2、用(yong)技術:只有(you)將限流內(nei)阻那端M10螺(luo)母(mu)擰(ning)到電流進(jin)行各(ge)類(lei)壓(ya)(ya)力造(zao)成器倍壓(ya)(ya)筒頂(ding)部(bu),進(jin)行各(ge)類(lei)壓(ya)(ya)力模擬輸出(chu)線地(di)腳螺(luo)栓上就(jiu)好(hao)。如果要(yao)串接(jie)進(jin)行各(ge)類(lei)壓(ya)(ya)力微(wei)安表(另挑選SWB-V型表),只有(you)將微(wei)安表底M10螺(luo)母(mu)擰(ning)在(zai)限流內(nei)阻的另那端就(jiu)好(hao)。

3、假設(she)采用LYZGS全系列直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源壓力發(fa)生器(qi)時,試品(pin)是陽極氧化鋅避雷器(qi)、普閥式避雷器(qi)和壓力觸點開(kai)關(guan)等(deng)供用電(dian)(dian)設(she)備時,還需要還要限(xian)流(liu)(liu)功率(lv)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值。即所有(you)小交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)、小電(dian)(dian)容器(qi)試品(pin),還需要還要限(xian)流(liu)(liu)功率(lv)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值。

4、輸(shu)配電(dian)線纜、電(dian)壓器(qi)、同步電(dian)機等大(da)電(dian)容(電(dian)容器(qi))試(shi)品,應在油田管路內(nei)串接限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻功率做(zuo)做(zuo)實驗的時候,保護(hu)性做(zuo)實驗的時候環保設備(bei)。

九、小心注意的問題

1、請(qing)心須不斷檢查(cha)快速(su)連接線(xian)、等電位連接線(xian)能(neng)否(fou)正(zheng)確,各口位等電位連接要好(hao)的,堅決杜絕等電位連接線(xian)關聯。主(zhu)要健(jian)康安全防護相應,抓好(hao)人(ren)身健(jian)康安全健(jian)康安全防護。

2、只(zhi)要一試(shi)驗(yan)檢測后(hou),應將(jiang)升壓(ya)電式位器進入零位(粗調(diao)、細(xi)調(diao)都回零位),按(an)黃(huang)綠色快捷(jie),立即切斷(duan)高壓(ya)電并關電壓(ya)打開,后(hou)進行擊(ji)穿(chuan)。

3、擅(shan)自不能,溫(wen)馨提(ti)示(shi)啟(qi)閉設備,這會的影響成品的質(zhi)保。立刻(ke)拆(chai)卸的廠商不許擔任。

4、儀器(qi)設備(bei)車輛(liang)運(yun)輸(shu)的(de)時候避開地面(mian)水(shui)浸蝕,預(yu)防沖撞和跌落(luo)。
