巡查步驟

開關柜局部放電檢測流程如下:
1) 按照5.1節中步驟,新建試驗檔案。
2) 按照5.4節中打開“系統設置”對話框,如果不接外同步模塊,則“觸發方式”設置成軟件同步,若接外同步模塊,則設置成外部觸發;記錄采用手動方式記錄;增益調節選中自動調節,其他增益相關默認;對CH1傳感器配置成TEV模式,供電—開(通道指示燈點亮),CH2配置成UA-A模式,供電—開(通道指示燈點亮);對其它采用系統默認設置。點擊確定,回到主界面。
3) 點擊主界面“運行”按鈕,將顯示模式調成波形模式,進行檢測。首先對環境進行檢測,記錄環境空氣和金屬部件的背景噪聲。然后按順序對開關柜逐個進行檢測,并手動記錄相應數值及波形,同時也可以記錄統計波形供后期分析。詳細步驟如下:
a) 首先將測試儀的TEV傳感器指向空氣中,測量開關室內大氣背景噪聲,記錄數據和波形;
b) 將TEV傳感器與開關室內金屬物件緊密接觸,測試開關室金屬物體的背景噪聲,記錄數據和波形;

d) 將超聲傳感器沿著開關柜上的縫隙進行掃描檢測,監聽異常聲音信號,并測試開關柜超聲波局放幅值和波形,分別測試開關柜正面及背面的縫隙部位,記錄測試結果。
4) 試驗完畢后,將SD卡中的數據用讀卡器拷貝到PC機,用報告生成軟件將報告導出,并對數據庫數據進行橫向縱向分析,對開關柜進行評估。
注意事項:

程中,TEV傳感器應垂直于開關柜表面,并且與柜體緊密接觸
b) 盡量靠近觀察窗等局部放電信號等易泄漏部位的金屬面板上
c) 側面無法檢測時可以跳過
d) 禁止使用無線通信設備
e) 試中應減少走動,停止其他工作,減少噪聲產生
f) 常設備的檢測結果應與背景噪聲及在同等條件下同類設備無明顯差異
g) 次讀數時,為確保數值穩定,先按下停止按鈕,再進行數據和波形記錄

超超聲波探測(ce)工作任(ren)務原(yuan)里(li)

處置做法:
