耐壓試驗中限流電阻R1應根據試驗變壓器的額定容量來選擇。如高壓側額定輸出電流在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電壓);高壓側額定輸出電流為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗電壓)。常用水電阻作為限流電阻,管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠的熱容量(水阻液配制方法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配制成各種不同的阻值)。

球開距(ju)及呵(he)護(hu)(hu)阻值(zhi):當線電容可超過球開距(ju)整定值(zhi)時(正常取沖擊(ji)檢(jian)驗線電容的110%~120%),球開距(ju)擊(ji)穿(chuan),對被試品做到呵(he)護(hu)(hu)反應(ying)。球開距(ju)呵(he)護(hu)(hu)阻值(zhi)可按1Ω/V(沖擊(ji)檢(jian)驗線電容)篩選中。

六、LYYDZ智能耐壓試驗裝置操作要點

1、檢(jian)測前,應(ying)認識被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的(de)檢(jian)測額(e)定電壓,同時認識被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的(de)某些檢(jian)測項目及一年前的(de)檢(jian)測可(ke)是。若被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)有缺陷或不正常,應(ying)在消失(shi)后再來進行耐壓性檢(jian)測。

2、試驗臺廠房應圍好遮攔(lan)或圍繩,掛好表識(shi)牌,并(bing)派值班人員(yuan)看(kan)護。

3、耐壓試驗前,被試品(pin)面應清潔純潔,將被試品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)機殼和非(fei)被試繞阻(zu)是真的(de)(de)(de)嗎接地系(xi)統(tong)。被試品(pin)為新沖油(you)系(xi)統(tong)時(shi),應按(an)《技術規(gui)范》規(gui)定使油(you)靜(jing)止(zhi)不動千萬精力(li)再升壓,對(dui)110kV及(ji)之(zhi)下的(de)(de)(de)充油(you)電力(li)網的(de)(de)(de)設備,在(zai)注滿油(you)后(hou)靜(jing)置(zhi)時(shi)長應不不少24小的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候,對(dui)220kV及(ji)330kV的(de)(de)(de)充油(you)電力(li)設施(shi)設備設施(shi)設備,靜(jing)置(zhi)時(shi)光應不高于四十(shi)八小時(shi)內。

七、LYYDZ智能耐壓試驗裝置面板功能說明

打印機:打印機是熱敏打印機,當試驗完成后按鍵盤上的“打印”按鈕打印試驗結果。

RS232:RS232是與計算機相連的串口通信接口,是用戶選配接口,本裝置沒有配置這個接口。

LCD對比度:因為液晶顯示屏在溫度和光線有所不同時稍有些變化,可以通過LCD對比度調節背光到適合亮度。

液晶: 320X240像素點陣白色背光液晶,在強光和陰暗環境下都十分清楚。

指示燈:由啟動燈、零位燈、報警燈三個燈組成,啟動燈和報警燈是高亮七彩燈。

操作提示:有一些簡短的提示語句和安裝接線圖。

緊急開關:在緊急情況下按此開關,即可以切斷變壓器電源,也可以切斷工作電源。(箱式安裝在面板上,臺式安裝在柜體上)

鍵盤:由上、下、左、右、設置、打印、確定、取消8個鍵組成,是用戶和設備交互的終端。

電源開關:工作電源,帶通電指示燈。

 

八、LYYDZ智能耐壓試驗裝置軟件使用說明

按試驗要求將控制部分、試驗變壓器、被試品正確接好線,必須可靠接地,請參考圖1、圖2、圖3、圖4、圖5。

2、軟件設置主要參(can)數(shu)

在主對話(hua)框(kuang)(kuang)上,選住“使(shi)(shi)用”,之后(hou)按敲定后(hou)進入使(shi)(shi)用對話(hua)框(kuang)(kuang),長為11:

按左←,右→時轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換光標(biao)(biao)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動角度,按上↑、下↓時改動光標(biao)(biao)角度大(da)數據的值(zhi)。光標(biao)(biao)角度和(he)配置(zhi)的指(zhi)數值(zhi)大(da)部(bu)分(fen)能(neng)夠會(hui)自(zi)動再循環,前且在(zai)選用時有缺省的標(biao)(biao)準單位值(zhi)。若大(da)部(bu)分(fen)的性能(neng)都配置(zhi)成功完成,按關閉隱退配置(zhi)進入主接口逐漸開始工作狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

3、清理沖(chong)擊試驗(yan)

零位檢查—當選中“試驗”后,按確定就進入提示試驗狀態。如果調壓器不在零位,將提示“試驗前請先回零”,退出試驗并且切換到回零命令。

試驗過程—回零確認后,可以進行試驗。選中“試驗”后按確定,接觸器合閘,這時輸出電壓幾乎為0,如圖12:

5、基本功(gong)能選擇

鍵(jian)位盤上的“配置(zhi)”就進入功能模塊介面(mian),如圖已知14:

6、復印機

控制(zhi)(zhi)鍵(jian)(jian)盤“wordword打印”控制(zhi)(zhi)鍵(jian)(jian)能否(fou)wordword打印可靠(kao)性試驗果,于此不(bu)贅述。

七(qi)、產品的維護與保養

1、拆封質量檢驗時(shi),應檢驗芯片(pian)組回(hui)路開關接到線需不需要(yao)摔松(song),調(diao)壓器電(dian)刷需不需要(yao)交往良好(hao)的。

2.、長遠不需要時,在使用時要用500V兆(zhao)歐表測定絕緣電(dian)容電(dian)容,其阻值(zhi)不最低0.5MΩ。

3、電(dian)源適配器工(gong)作電(dian)壓值應完全符合掌(zhang)握箱(xiang)(臺)就說明書本上的插(cha)入工(gong)作電(dian)壓值值標準。

4、本管控箱(臺(tai))可設過電(dian)壓交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)量保(bao)護的(de),在出(chu)廠已調節為額定電(dian)壓交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)量的(de)50%。適用于小(xiao)短路(lu)交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)時,應基于被試品的(de)額定體積電(dian)壓交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)量再因素;

5、在(zai)使用及時后,應關好調整(zheng)箱(臺)門蓋(gai),以要保持內部(bu)管理(li)保養。

八、提前準備法定(ding)程序(xu)

1、決定您所來進行的疲勞(lao)測(ce)(ce)試報告(gao)接好的工作高壓線(xian)路(lu)。疲勞(lao)測(ce)(ce)試報告(gao)配電變(bian)電器的塑料(liao)殼包括方法系(xi)統的塑料(liao)殼應該(gai)穩定的地線(xian)保(bao)護。疲勞(lao)測(ce)(ce)試報告(gao)配電變(bian)電器的精確測(ce)(ce)量線(xian)圈的F端(duan)和塑料(liao)殼應該(gai)穩定的地線(xian)保(bao)護。
