五(wu)、連接線及操作原里
1、調壓部分接線及原理
調壓(ya)(ya)方面由(you)管理方面和經過多(duo)次(ci)實驗(yan)發(fa)現變電器成分。管理方面是由(you)接觸的面積式調壓(ya)(ya)器、單支(zhi)機管理系統化(hua)、液晶顯示器、打印圖片機、走勢(shi)檢測的、電路(lu)設(she)計維護成分。經過多(duo)次(ci)實驗(yan)發(fa)現變電器由(you)血壓(ya)(ya)低壓(ya)(ya)高繞阻(zu)、高電壓(ya)(ya)繞阻(zu)、儀表板繞阻(zu)三方面成分。

確認組網工頻電原(yuan),調整調壓器,以(yi)榮(rong)獲所要(yao)要(yao)的試驗裝置(zhi)高(gao)端電壓端電壓值。其工作(zuo)的設計原(yuan)理見圖1:
2、試驗部分接線及原理
做擊穿電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)檢驗(yan)時,有效控制一(yi)些、箱式變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)地線端及髙壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾必要(yao)牢靠地線。有一(yi)件的(de)癥狀(zhuang)下,制作頻擊穿電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)檢驗(yan)請加累計流功率功率電(dian)阻、基準髙壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器、球隙確保(bao)功率功率電(dian)阻及確保(bao)球隙,圖甲3。
做(zuo)整流耐沖擊應力測試請(qing)(qing)最后上加微(wei)安(an)表(biao),微(wei)安(an)表(biao)應該(gai)接在硅堆(dui)和被試器(qi)之中,油變(bian)或氣變(bian)基本擰在髙壓位(wei)上邊(bian)(規(gui)定擰出串電桿),干變(bian)擰在外面置(zhi)硅堆(dui)上邊(bian);要(yao)為更正確表(biao)明(ming)髙壓整流外泄瞬時電流,請(qing)(qing)將分壓器(qi)的髙并線接在微(wei)安(an)表(biao)和硅堆(dui)之中,(油變(bian)、氣變(bian))如下圖所(suo)(suo)(suo)示甲所(suo)(suo)(suo)示4,(干變(bian))如下圖所(suo)(suo)(suo)示甲所(suo)(suo)(suo)示5。
耐壓試驗中限流電阻R1應根據試驗變壓器的額定容量來選擇。如高壓側額定輸出電流在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電壓);高壓側額定輸出電流為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗電壓)。常用水電阻作為限流電阻,管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠的熱容量(水阻液配制方法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配制成各種不同的阻值)。
球孔徑及庇(bi)護阻(zu)值(zhi):當額定電阻(zu)降可超過球孔徑整定值(zhi)時(shi)(一樣(yang) 取耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)臺額定電阻(zu)降的110%~120%),球孔徑尖(jian)端放電,對被試品具(ju)備庇(bi)護功用(yong)。球孔徑庇(bi)護阻(zu)值(zhi)可按(an)1Ω/V(耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)臺額定電阻(zu)降)查找。

六、LYYDZ智能耐壓試驗裝置操作要點
1、做(zuo)實(shi)驗(yan)的(de)時(shi)候(hou)前,應(ying)理(li)解(jie)(jie)被試品(pin)的(de)做(zuo)實(shi)驗(yan)的(de)時(shi)候(hou)的(de)電(dian)壓,同時(shi)理(li)解(jie)(jie)被試品(pin)的(de)其它(ta)做(zuo)實(shi)驗(yan)的(de)時(shi)候(hou)新(xin)項目(mu)及原先的(de)做(zuo)實(shi)驗(yan)的(de)時(shi)候(hou)畢(bi)竟。若被試品(pin)有缺(que)陷或異常的(de),應(ying)在(zai)消去后再(zai)通(tong)過(guo)擊穿電(dian)壓做(zuo)實(shi)驗(yan)的(de)時(shi)候(hou)。
2、實驗設(she)計場地應圍好遮攔或圍繩,掛好表識牌,并派(pai)值班人員(yuan)監管(guan)。
3、經(jing)過多次實驗(yan)發現前,被試品的(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)面應抹擦凈(jing),將(jiang)被試品的(de)(de)(de)(de)硬殼和非被試電機定子是真(zhen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)嗎地(di)線。被試品為(wei)新(xin)沖油(you)儀器(qi)時(shi),應按《規章程(cheng)序》規程(cheng)使油(you)恒定一些(xie)周期再(zai)升壓,對110kV及一下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)充油(you)功率(lv)產品,在注滿油(you)后靜置(zhi)時(shi)光(guang)應不(bu)(bu)多于241天,對220kV及330kV的(de)(de)(de)(de)充油(you)電力公司儀器(qi),靜置(zhi)時(shi)段應不(bu)(bu)高于72小時(shi)內。
4、接好耐壓試驗插頭(tou)接線處后(hou),應由有的經(jing)驗的職(zhi)工體檢,核定沒有錯誤后(hou)之后(hou)才可(ke)升壓。
5、升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)前(qian),最(zui)先(xian)全面(mian)檢查調壓(ya)器能(neng)不在零(ling)位。調壓(ya)器在零(ling)位方能(neng)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)。
6、升壓(ya)環節(jie)中并不是要竊聽(ting)端(duan)工(gong)作電壓(ya)電流(liu)的發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),還(huan)應竊聽(ting)功率的發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),及(ji)被試品(pin)滲(shen)漏(lou)功率的發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。升壓(ya)時要勻(yun)稱(cheng)(cheng)升壓(ya),沒有太(tai)快。調(diao)至明文規定應力測試端(duan)工(gong)作電壓(ya)電流(liu)時,準(zhun)備計分,時間到(dao)后(hou),遲滯(zhi)勻(yun)稱(cheng)(cheng)落下去端(duan)工(gong)作電壓(ya)電流(liu)。毫不可以不穩壓(ya)就先跳開供電轉換開關。
7、做(zuo)實驗的(de)時候中表(biao)明被(bei)試品(pin)有(you)問題(ti)聲音(yin)、冒氣(qi)等(deng)應請馬上落下去線(xian)電壓(ya),拉開(kai)了序幕電源適配器,在壓(ya)力(li)側掛(gua)上保護接入地(di)線(xian)后(hou),再追查緣故。耐壓(ya)性做(zuo)實驗的(de)時候前后(hou)輪均應自動測量(liang)被(bei)試品(pin)的(de)絕緣帶(dai)電容。
七、LYYDZ智能耐壓試驗裝置面板功能說明
打印機:打印機是熱敏打印機,當試驗完成后按鍵盤上的“打印”按鈕打印試驗結果。
RS232:RS232是與計算機相連的串口通信接口,是用戶選配接口,本裝置沒有配置這個接口。
LCD對比度:因為液晶顯示屏在溫度和光線有所不同時稍有些變化,可以通過LCD對比度調節背光到適合亮度。
液晶: 320X240像素點陣白色背光液晶,在強光和陰暗環境下都十分清楚。
指示燈:由啟動燈、零位燈、報警燈三個燈組成,啟動燈和報警燈是高亮七彩燈。
操作提示:有一些簡短的提示語句和安裝接線圖。
緊急開關:在緊急情況下按此開關,即可以切斷變壓器電源,也可以切斷工作電源。(箱式安裝在面板上,臺式安裝在柜體上)
鍵盤:由上、下、左、右、設置、打印、確定、取消8個鍵組成,是用戶和設備交互的終端。
電源開關:工作電源,帶通電指示燈。
八、LYYDZ智能耐壓試驗裝置軟件使用說明
按試驗要求將控制部分、試驗變壓器、被試品正確接好線,必須可靠接地,請參考圖1、圖2、圖3、圖4、圖5。

動態顯示區:一直處于采集信號,并顯示高壓電壓、高壓電流、低壓電壓、低壓電流。

按左(zuo)←,右→時(shi)(shi)切換(huan)桌面光標手(shou)機移動區域(yu),按上↑、下↓時(shi)(shi)調整光標區域(yu)數據信息的值。光標區域(yu)和軟件(jian)快速裝置的基本(ben)參(can)數全不能夠 自動化無(wu)限循環,前(qian)且(qie)在施用時(shi)(shi)有自定(ding)義的標準規定(ding)值。如果(guo)你(ni)因此的基本(ben)參(can)數都軟件(jian)快速裝置到位,按撤消推行(xing)軟件(jian)快速裝置返回到主(zhu)網頁(ye)開使形態(tai)。
3、全自(zi)動疲勞(lao)試驗
零位檢查—當選中“試驗”后,按確定就進入提示試驗狀態。如果調壓器不在零位,將提示“試驗前請先回零”,退出試驗并且切換到回零命令。
試驗過程—回零確認后,可以進行試驗。選中“試驗”后按確定,接觸器合閘,這時輸出電壓幾乎為0,如圖12:

七、成品維持(chi)
