五、食用辦法

下述將可以分為二位置(zhi)(zhi)來介紹(shao):有源(yuan)使用量裝載自然耗率(lv)、無源(yuan)自然耗率(lv)估測位置(zhi)(zhi)。

(一).有源干式變壓器(qi)存儲容(rong)量、負債不足測定位置(zhi)

1.總體構架

有源存儲(chu)量耐壓試(shi)(shi)驗:能夠一定(ding)有必要的(de)數據統計(ji)來肯(ken)定(ding)相應配(pei)(pei)電(dian)配(pei)(pei)電(dian)變壓器(qi)的(de)實(shi)際上(shang)存儲(chu)量值;為了全面(mian)檢(jian)查(cha)出(chu)被試(shi)(shi)配(pei)(pei)電(dian)配(pei)(pei)電(dian)變壓器(qi)標牌存儲(chu)量會不真實(shi)可靠。

2.測試步驟步驟

余量檢驗儀還(huan)配(pei)(pei)有(you)(you)三把檢驗鉗(qian)(qian)(黃(huang)、綠、紅),每只鉗(qian)(qian)子分為導入多根檢驗線(xian),一(yi)(yi)截一(yi)(yi)粗線(xian)、一(yi)(yi)截一(yi)(yi)細線(xian),鉗(qian)(qian)表(biao)利(li)用電(dian)話接轉線(xian)與(yu)表(biao)面面板的(de)(de)航班插銷連接方(fang)式(shi);通過(guo)響應(ying)的(de)(de)有(you)(you)茶(cha)湯背景顏色和薄(bo)厚(hou)打電(dian)話電(dian)話接轉線(xian)響應(ying)的(de)(de)有(you)(you)茶(cha)湯背景顏色和薄(bo)厚(hou)的(de)(de)插孔上(shang),接著將鉗(qian)(qian)頭按有(you)(you)茶(cha)湯背景顏色分為夾(jia)在被試配(pei)(pei)電(dian)非高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)直(zhi)流電(dian)側各相布線(xian)柱上(shang),配(pei)(pei)電(dian)非高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)非高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側要(yao)配(pei)(pei)短(duan)布線(xian)積極短(duan)接。如(ru)第十九圖示(shi):

接(jie)好線后(hou),在(zai)主界面顯(xian)示(shi)取舍發(fa)熱(re)量測試儀新(xin)項目(mu),在(zai)此入(ru)駐發(fa)熱(re)量性能指標(biao)設(she)立屏(ping),輕按列運行(xing)步數對其進行(xing)設(she)立:

設置(zhi)現今溫(wen)度(du),依據上下兩邊鍵將手型結構體指針指到‘現今溫(wen)度(du)’選(xuan)項卡,用以內鍵調試溫(wen)度(du)各(ge)值,規定要求否(fou)則(ze)準確的,*好以溫(wen)度(du)計的示參(can)考值準。

安裝(zhuang)低(di)壓側穩定(ding)電(dian)阻電(dian)流,可以通(tong)過前(qian)后(hou)鍵將手(shou)型指南指到‘高(gao)穩定(ding)電(dian)阻電(dian)流’選擇項,用前(qian)后(hou)鍵轉換高(gao)穩定(ding)電(dian)阻電(dian)流檔,列舉(ju)被測干式變(bian)(bian)壓器是10KV/400V的配變(bian)(bian),則將本項設置成為10KV

快速設置電抗器(qi)(qi)款式,用(yong)內外鍵(jian)將手型指(zhi)示針指(zhi)到‘電抗器(qi)(qi)款式’選擇,用(yong)作(zuo)用(yong)鍵(jian)調接(jie)該選擇,使(shi)之(zhi)與設備銘牌相應。

放置分(fen)接(jie)(jie)檔(dang)位(wei),能(neng)夠以(yi)上(shang)側鍵將手型表(biao)針指到‘分(fen)接(jie)(jie)檔(dang)位(wei)’界面,用以(yi)上(shang)鍵上(shang)下調(diao)整該(gai)界面,一(yi)般來說將分(fen)接(jie)(jie)打倒2分(fen)接(jie)(jie)角度(du),如遇被測電力變壓器分(fen)接(jie)(jie)在其他(ta)的角度(du),則將該(gai)高(gao)級設(she)施設(she)施到正規角度(du)。

確(que)認升降(jiang)鍵(jian)將手(shou)型結(jie)構體指針指到(dao)‘被(bei)試品偏(pian)號(hao)’高級(ji)設置,用作用鍵(jian)調節器該(gai)高級(ji)設置為其(qi)他(ta)偏(pian)號(hao)值。

按(an)已經(jing)鍵通過軟件(jian)測試,最后自(zi)行(xing)使(shi)用在液晶電視機上

選擇‘存為(wei)(wei)’可將結論存為(wei)(wei)到(dao)內外(wai)部貯存器中(zhong),如不需存為(wei)(wei),則不選本(ben)項(xiang)。

選澤‘縮印’可將(jiang)測試方(fang)法結果顯示縮印出(chu)現(xian)。

有源(yuan)(yuan)裝載可(ke)靠性(xing)應力(li)測試的接到(dao)線技(ji)巧與存儲容量自(zi)測*重(zhong)復,操作(zuo)步(bu)驟也(ye)也(ye)是簡(jian)便(bian),比(bi)較(jiao)適合重(zhong)視的是,有源(yuan)(yuan)裝載可(ke)靠性(xing)應力(li)測試的性(xing)能設定(ding)是用主網頁中的三、項‘性(xing)能設定(ding)’,必然要正確設定(ding)。

(二).無源(yuan)箱式變壓(ya)器不足在線測量的部分

1.總體(ti)的(de)概念

滿載(zai)(zai)現(xian)(xian)場實(shi)驗(yan):從(cong)電(dian)抗(kang)器的(de)某種(zhong)電(dian)機定子(zi)(通常從(cong)分批血壓低(di)壓高(gao)側)增加正弦交流電(dian)波功率(lv)(lv)幀率(lv)(lv)的(de)功率(lv)(lv)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu),其它的(de)電(dian)機定子(zi)短路(lu),測定滿載(zai)(zai)線工作(zuo)相電(dian)壓電(dian)流值(zhi)和滿載(zai)(zai)損(sun)耗量(liang)。假如現(xian)(xian)場實(shi)驗(yan)要求有限制,外接(jie)電(dian)源電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)達不足功率(lv)(lv)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu),可(ke)在非(fei)功率(lv)(lv)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)要求下現(xian)(xian)場實(shi)驗(yan),類似這些現(xian)(xian)場實(shi)驗(yan)措施隨機誤差極大,通常同用(yong)于觀察電(dian)抗(kang)器有*,就(jiu)只(zhi)有現(xian)(xian)場實(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)功率(lv)(lv)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)80%超過(guo)才可(ke)以用(yong)來測量(liang)負載(zai)(zai)損(sun)耗費。

虛(xu)接(jie)檢測(ce):將變電(dian)(dian)器舒張壓(ya)大的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)量端(duan)(duan)輸出(chu)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)量側機(ji)器短相連(lian)接(jie),從的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)量端(duan)(duan)輸出(chu)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)高(gao)的(de)(de)單(dan)側電(dian)(dian)機(ji)轉子的(de)(de)固定分直接(jie)頭處通入固定頻(pin)次的(de)(de)檢測(ce)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)量端(duan)(duan)輸出(chu)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv),使(shi)線圈中(zhong)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)量端(duan)(duan)輸出(chu)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)量提高(gao)固定值(zhi),接(jie)下來量測(ce)輸出(chu)公率(lv)(lv)和(he)增加(jia)的(de)(de)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)量端(duan)(duan)輸出(chu)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(即虛(xu)接(jie)損耗費和(he)虛(xu)接(jie)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)量端(duan)(duan)輸出(chu)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv))甚至的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)量端(duan)(duan)輸出(chu)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)量值(zhi)。

2.測試(shi)方式(shi)

可根據其他的(de)測量的(de)項目之(zhi)下分(fen)別為去價紹:

⑴.220V電(dian)(dian)變頻器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)原(yuan)分(fen)相(xiang)對的(de)(de)220V電(dian)(dian)低壓變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)滿載耗損的(de)(de)測量(liang):當活(huo)動現(xian)場(chang)耐(nai)(nai)壓條件沒辦法(fa)足夠用220V電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)原(yuan)來(lai)做(zuo)滿載耐(nai)(nai)壓時,也可以(yi)220V電(dian)(dian)變頻器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)原(yuan)(交流信息220V)來(lai)使(shi)用三相(xiang)四(si)(si)線開關(guan)電(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)抗器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)配電(dian)(dian)變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)空(kong)載經(jing)(jing)(jing)過(guo)(guo)多(duo)(duo)次實(shi)驗發(fa)現(xian)。分(fen)別(bie)對電(dian)(dian)抗器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)每結合壓經(jing)(jing)(jing)過(guo)(guo)多(duo)(duo)次實(shi)驗發(fa)現(xian),經(jing)(jing)(jing)過(guo)(guo)多(duo)(duo)次實(shi)驗發(fa)現(xian)成果一鍵折(zhe)算(suan)到三相(xiang)四(si)(si)線開關(guan)電(dian)(dian)源開關(guan)電(dian)(dian)源經(jing)(jing)(jing)過(guo)(guo)多(duo)(duo)次實(shi)驗發(fa)現(xian)的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)情況。按照連(lian)使(shi)用說明書見附(fu)則。

充分利用設備的Ua、Ub在(zai)測(ce)(ce)量額定電壓,用A相直(zhi)流電管路測(ce)(ce)量直(zhi)流電,由大到對(dui)被測(ce)(ce)配(pei)電變壓器的高(gao)壓低壓側Ao、Bo、Co加電,通過軟件測(ce)(ce)試。

⑵.單相(xiang)電原(yuan)測(ce)(ce)量箱式低壓變壓器的(de)滿(man)載消(xiao)耗:將箱式低壓變壓器的(de)非測(ce)(ce)驗(yan)端串入(ru),按(an)圖(tu)18手段接(jie)到線

⑶.校正兩相電干式變(bian)壓器不導(dao)通損耗率:按圖(tu)第十九接法。

⑷.單相四(si)線電(dian)(dian)量測(ce)電(dian)(dian)壓器發生故障損(sun)耗率:從(cong)電(dian)(dian)壓器低壓證(zheng)書(shu)側加(jia)入的單相測(ce)試軟件電(dian)(dian),低壓證(zheng)書(shu)側用短插頭接(jie)線柱處健康短接(jie),如下圖所示二十(shi)二插頭接(jie)線柱處。

考慮:我們(men)公司此地運用辦(ban)法(fa)特別于往年(nian)的(de)兩(liang)工(gong)率(lv)(lv)表法(fa),電壓降在線測量(liang)UAB、UCA和UCB380V四(si)線制電阻值,報告(gao)為380V四(si)線制的(de)最低值值;瓦數損(sun)失只檢測的(de)PAB和PCB兩(liang)相(xiang)熱(re)(re)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv),總損(sun)耗(hao)率(lv)(lv)量(liang)為兩(liang)相(xiang)熱(re)(re)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)損(sun)耗(hao)率(lv)(lv)量(liang)之和。

 

六、打印出用途

每(mei)完(wan)后一系列試驗臺,按印(yin)刷(shua)鍵均可將(jiang)檢驗報告(gao)印(yin)刷(shua)好,每(mei)個產品的(de)統(tong)計資料類(lei)型、各指與眾不(bu)同,此(ci)頁不(bu)依次(ci)了解(jie)。在(zai)報告(gao)查詢個人時鍵后印(yin)刷(shua)鍵也可將(jiang)當今目前在(zai)打(da)開(kai)網(wang)頁的(de)記錄時間中的(de)統(tong)計資料印(yin)刷(shua)好。

 

七、的時間年(nian)月日(ri)的進(jin)行(xing)調節

八、電(dian)池箱的(de)運(yun)營維護(hu)

通過(guo)高(gao)耐腐蝕性(xing)鋰化(hua)合物沖電(dian)蓄(xu)蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)身(shen)為(wei)內部結構開(kai)關電(dian)源,使(shi)用技術(shu)人員并不(bu)能隨便換洗另一個(ge)型(xing)號的蓄(xu)蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi),以(yi)免 因電(dian)平(ping)不(bu)兼容而致使(shi)對儀器設備的有損。

測(ce)量儀器須迅速(su)e充(chong)電(dian)(dian),減(jian)少電(dian)(dian)池寬度(du)充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)干(gan)擾電(dian)(dian)池耐(nai)用(yong)度(du),

普通(tong)在(zai)使用(yong)的的的情況下更好會每星期(qi)筆(bi)(bi)記本筆(bi)(bi)記本充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(持(chi)久只用(yong)*好在(zai)一些(xie)月內充(chong)(chong)(chong)單次電(dian)(dian)),切勿后果在(zai)使用(yong)的和干電(dian)(dian)池使用(yong)期(qi)限(xian),每每筆(bi)(bi)記本筆(bi)(bi)記本充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)日子應在(zai)4h超(chao)過,因內外(wai)有(you)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)充(chong)(chong)(chong)值確(que)保(bao)系(xi)統(tong),都可以對(dui)設備持(chi)續(xu)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)充(chong)(chong)(chong)值,不想對(dui)電(dian)(dian)池組造損害(hai)。

九、小心(xin)需知

1.在(zai)測量方法進程中一定程度不要再(zai)學習測試軟件線(xian)的金(jin)屬質(zhi)局部(bu),以預防被雷擊傷(shang)。

2.精確(que)測量接電源需要按照(zhao)嚴格按闡述書方法(fa),因此害(hai)處自付。

3.測驗的時候相應要專心撿查(cha)使用的參(can)數指(zhi)標(biao)能(neng)不合理。

4.*好選(xuan)用有地線的外接電源電插座。

5.不在(zai)直(zhi)(zhi)流電(dian)和直(zhi)(zhi)流電(dian)中毒限(xian)的(de)事情下運作(zuo)。

6.短路等問題(ti)試驗臺時,非補壓(ya)側的(de)短接一定要比較(jiao)好,那(nei)么(me)會對(dui)自測結杲有干(gan)擾。

7.做(zuo)串電疲(pi)勞(lao)試驗臺時,要(yao)是髙(gao)壓或中(zhong)壓側(ce)出(chu)線(xian)穿(chuan)墻套管裝(zhuang)用弧形(xing)功率(lv)互傳(chuan)調(diao)節器(qi)(qi)時,疲(pi)勞(lao)試驗臺前功率(lv)互傳(chuan)調(diao)節器(qi)(qi)的首次(ci)有(you)一定要(yao)短接。

8.試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置接(jie)線方法事(shi)業不(bu)(bu)得不(bu)(bu)在被試各線路(lu)(lu)接(jie)地極系統(tong)的原(yuan)因(yin)下使用,以防止感應開關電(dian)壓電(dian)流(liu)觸(chu)電(dian)事(shi)故。一(yi)切短路(lu)(lu)故障(zhang)、接(jie)地極系統(tong)和引線都是指非常的橫截面,且不(bu)(bu)得不(bu)(bu)接(jie)觸(chu)穩固。測評圖(tu)片機構(gou)事(shi)業要緊密,通(tong)(tong)信技術通(tong)(tong)暢,以保持測評圖(tu)片事(shi)業健康順(shun)當使用。
