工(gong)頻抗壓耐壓試驗進行小(xiao)心應當(dang)

1)耐壓(ya)試驗專(zhuan)業人(ren)員應開(kai)展制定分(fen)工(gong),制定互相間最簡單的方法。并有主要(yao)人(ren)撫(fu)養環境安會及觀看試品(pin)階段。

2)被(bei)試品時要掃(sao)除乾凈,并空氣干(gan)燥,為了避免故障被(bei)試品和實驗設(she)計介紹(shao)的誤差(cha)值。

3)這對于大中(zhong)型應(ying)力測(ce)(ce)試臺,普遍都前應(ying)展開空升(sheng)應(ying)力測(ce)(ce)試臺。即不接試品時升(sheng)壓至應(ying)力測(ce)(ce)試臺直流電壓,校對各(ge)式各(ge)樣表計(ji),懂得調整球齒隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度(du)慢(man)不可太快,并必需放到無故補壓(ya)(ya)。舉(ju)個(ge)例子調壓(ya)(ya)器不會在零位時無故分閘(zha)。也(ye)可無故鋸斷電源線,一樣應(ying)在調壓(ya)(ya)器降(jiang)落到零位時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)(dian)(dian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)流上升校正電(dian)(dian)(dian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)流時,現在開(kai)始(shi)計分,到1min后,飛速穩壓到1/3校正電(dian)(dian)(dian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)流下例時,才華拉開(kai)了序幕電(dian)(dian)(dian)源適配器。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)現(xian)場(chang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗現(xian)場(chang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗過程(cheng)中 中,如發掘下面不當常(chang)癥狀時(shi),應(ying)實(shi)(shi)(shi)時(shi)降血(xue)壓(ya),中斷電。關閉程(cheng)序現(xian)場(chang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗并確定現(xian)象(xiang):①輸出功率表指南晃動非常(chang)大;②發掘絕緣帶(dai)燒化或(huo)冒火;③被(bei)試品內有不當常(chang)的聲。

7)抗壓(ya)沖擊試(shi)驗前后輪(lun)應測(ce)量(liang)方法接地熱敏電阻,檢查報告接地情況(kuang)發生(sheng)。

耐沖(chong)擊(ji)做實驗的時候(hou)電力變壓器在做被試品的電流耐沖(chong)擊(ji)或外露(lu)耐沖(chong)擊(ji)做實驗的時候(hou)時接線頭作用圖(tu)下圖(tu)6。

注:此(ci)實(shi)驗應當先(xian)空出虛接桿“D”,圖6中均示。

走(zou)漏(lou)經過多(duo)次(ci)實(shi)驗發(fa)(fa)現中(zhong)(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)阻值功(gong)率(lv)(lv)器(qi)R1選澤在額定存儲量傳輸(shu)(shu)直流(liu)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)時,傳輸(shu)(shu)端發(fa)(fa)生故障功(gong)率(lv)(lv)不超越(yue)高壓(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)硅堆的大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)。如(ru)直流(liu)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)硅堆的大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)為100mA時用到60kV的經過多(duo)次(ci)實(shi)驗發(fa)(fa)現配置中(zhong)(zhong),限(xian)流(liu)阻值功(gong)率(lv)(lv)器(qi)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選澤。限(xian)流(liu)阻值功(gong)率(lv)(lv)器(qi)還應有滿足的存儲量和沿面(mian)充放距離。

直流高壓濾波電容器器C1似的(de)挑選在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的(de)電容器器量(liang)很大的(de)時,C1可省(sheng)略還(huan)要。

竊取(qu)可靠性試驗(yan)的實操及要注意(yi)注意(yi)的問題

1)檢驗(yan)需要(yao)先檢驗(yan)被試品是不(bu)是也停氣,地線電池充(chong)電,一切都外呼連(lian)(lian)線是不(bu)是也吹干凈。要(yao)防范(fan)措施將檢驗(yan)電壓降加到還有人操(cao)作的連(lian)(lian)接進行。

3)我(wo)們對大濾波電容量(liang)機器應極慢(man)升(sheng)壓,可(ke)以(yi)防止(zhi)被(bei)試品的續航感(gan)應電流(liu)短路微安(an)表。必需(xu)的時候等級分類補壓,各(ge)分為讀出(chu)各(ge)級政府線電壓下微安(an)表的穩定性高讀數。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)工(gong)作中,應重視視頻(pin)監控被試(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)驗安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)、微安(an)表,一經的(de)發生損壞(huai)、忽(hu)明忽(hu)暗等非(fei)常毛(mao)細現象應及時降血(xue)壓,中斷主機電源,并查出的(de)原(yuan)因,全面收錄。

5)實驗立即,穩壓(ya),斷掉主機電源后(hou)應(ying)將被試(shi)品及實驗傳動裝置本(ben)就有(you)效(xiao)充分的擊穿。

四、特別留意應當

5、實驗室檢測正在后,應在數秒內保(bao)持的將調壓器加載(zai)至(zhi)零位,再關(guan)閉交流電(dian)源。

6、本食品不得不可超過(guo)穩定(ding)參數表的使用。除經過(guo)多次實(shi)驗發現(xian)須要外,毫不能接(jie)受全電(dian)阻通電(dian)或停電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或擊穿電壓(ya)可(ke)靠性耐壓(ya)期間中,如看見(jian)有(you)以下不(bu)當常時候時,應當即減壓(ya),鋸(ju)斷電源適配器(qi),停掉(diao)可(ke)靠性耐壓(ya)并查實因為。

一、軟件概(gai)括

變壓器和互感器的感應耐壓試驗是保證變壓器質量符合國家標準的一項重要試驗。變壓器繞組的匝間、層間、段間及相間絕緣的縱絕緣感應耐壓試驗,則是變壓器絕緣試驗中的重要項目。基于縱絕緣試驗中的特殊性,需要通過施加倍頻電源裝置,以提高繞組間絕緣的試驗電壓,從而達到耐壓試驗的目的。
是為滿足上述要求而設計制造,經過廣大用戶使用證明:其操作簡單、性能可靠、能較好地滿足變壓器、互感器感應耐壓試驗的需要。

二、運作的原理

由三臺單相變壓組成,其工作原理如圖一

四、SFQ使用方法

為分體式式專用設備。即兩(liang)倍(bei)(bei)頻(pin)頻(pin)發生生器和兩(liang)倍(bei)(bei)頻(pin)調節部件,并還擁有脫水(shui)保護(hu)區,交流電表、兩(liang)倍(bei)(bei)頻(pin)所在、電阻表,以做侵入和利(li)于選擇,其調節部件蓋板上接(jie)線方法柱與(yu)電腦主機接(jie)入的方式如(ru)下圖(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)圖(tu)如(ru)圖(tu):

按(an)以(yi)下幾(ji)點方法(fa)流(liu)程進行的操作:

1、接通電源,合上空氣開關,則控制裝置綠色指示燈亮。
2、將調壓器回零,啟動紅色按鈕,則三倍頻發生器通電運行,調壓器等待升壓。
3、將調壓器調壓至試驗所需電壓值且嚴密監視控制裝置中的電流和電壓值,并作好詳細記錄。

4、若(ruo)在測(ce)(ce)試(shi)檢測(ce)(ce)時候中,被試(shi)品經常出現匝間(jian)、層間(jian)或段(duan)間(jian)、黃灰絕(jue)緣帶擊穿電壓干涉現象,則操縱(zong)雙回路中測(ce)(ce)試(shi)檢測(ce)(ce)感(gan)應電流擴增,繼電子產品可實時跳(tiao)閘推(tui)不上去,斷掉電源。

5、做(zuo)實驗的時候用完,將調(diao)壓器退(tui)回(hui)去零(ling)位(wei)。

五、外接補償問題:
對容性負載如高壓試驗變壓器、電容式電壓互感器可不外接補償,或外接感性補償。對感性負載,一般外接容性補償,其補償值為感性負載容量的50%。

六、維修及保養:
本設備請置于通風干燥處保存。本產品免費保修壹年。
