工(gong)頻耐壓實驗設(she)計實驗設(she)計運作需要注(zhu)意(yi)項目

1)試驗報告(gao)工人(ren)應準備(bei)好安(an)排,清楚相互間間的(de)方(fang)法。并有專門針(zhen)對人(ren)撫養實地健康及(ji)觀測試品的(de)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

2)被試品前(qian)應傳統(tong)清(qing)掃整潔,并低溫干燥,一旦受損(sun)被試品和經(jing)過多(duo)次(ci)實驗發現引來的測(ce)量誤差。

3)對(dui)於玄幻測試(shi),尋常都應(ying)從開始空(kong)升測試(shi)。即不接試(shi)品時升壓(ya)至測試(shi)端(duan)電壓(ya),校對(dui)不同(tong)的表計,調準球空(kong)隙。

4)升壓運(yun)行速度不(bu)能夠太快,并應該杜絕忽然(ran)施壓。舉個例子(zi)調(diao)壓器(qi)不(bu)是(shi)零位(wei)時(shi)(shi)忽然(ran)分閘(zha)。并不(bu)能夠忽然(ran)打斷外接電源,一(yi)半應在調(diao)壓器(qi)減至零位(wei)時(shi)(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)降為可靠性試(shi)(shi)驗裝置(zhi)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)時,著手手表,到1min后,較快降血(xue)壓到1/3可靠性試(shi)(shi)驗裝置(zhi)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)有以(yi)下時,就(jiu)能夠拉到外接電(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升壓或耐壓做實驗(yan)(yan)的時(shi)候(hou)(hou)做實驗(yan)(yan)的時(shi)候(hou)(hou)階段中,如看到(dao)以下(xia)不(bu)穩(wen)常事(shi)情時(shi),應會減壓,斷(duan)掉電(dian)阻(zu)。暫停做實驗(yan)(yan)的時(shi)候(hou)(hou)并(bing)查實主要原因:①電(dian)阻(zu)表指南(nan)扭動好(hao)大;②看到(dao)隔絕燒化或冒火;③被試品(pin)內(nei)有不(bu)穩(wen)常的聲。

7)抗壓(ya)(ya)檢測先后(hou)應自動測量(liang)耐壓(ya)(ya)性熱敏電阻,查耐壓(ya)(ya)性的情況。

丟(diu)失試驗檢測報(bao)告中(zhong)(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)功(gong)率(lv)R1選購(gou)在載荷(he)系數打(da)出交流(liu)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),打(da)出端(duan)串電(dian)(dian)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)不不低于進行高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)(dui)的大整流(liu)。如交流(liu)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)(dui)的大整流(liu)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)100mA時(shi)應用于60kV的試驗檢測報(bao)告試驗裝(zhuang)置中(zhong)(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)功(gong)率(lv)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選購(gou)。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)功(gong)率(lv)還應有足夠(gou)的容(rong)(rong)積和沿(yan)面蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池放電(dian)(dian)空距(ju)。

高壓變壓器(qi)濾(lv)波電(dian)解(jie)濾(lv)波電(dian)容C1大部(bu)分選(xuan)定 在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試(shi)品的電(dian)解(jie)濾(lv)波電(dian)容量大時,C1可省略不(bu)要。

走漏耐壓的操作使用及關注特別注意(yi)

1)現場實驗(yan)前該先排查被試品(pin)能不能需要(yao)停水通知(zhi),跨(kua)接蓄電池充電,一(yi)切的更好地連線(xian)能不能需要(yao)晾干凈。要(yao)警惕將現場實驗(yan)線(xian)電壓加到人(ren)業(ye)務的連接不上。

2)接好應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)報(bao)告設(she)配的插頭接線(xian)處后(hou),應(ying)(ying)(ying)復診情(qing)況屬實(shi)后(hou)才(cai)要加壓。應(ying)(ying)(ying)十分主(zhu)要排查低壓設(she)配及(ji)引線(xian)與地、與作業工作人員(yuan)的健(jian)康距(ju)離,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的表殼需不(bu)需要牢靠接地線(xian),要按健(jian)康規(gui)范相應(ying)(ying)(ying)歸定的東西實(shi)施應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)報(bao)告。

3)這對大電(dian)容(電(dian)容器)量機應遲緩升壓,避免 被試品(pin)的能充(chong)電(dian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓電(dian)流短路微(wei)安(an)表。必要條件該分等級(ji)增壓,各(ge)用載入各(ge)個等級(ji)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓下微(wei)安(an)表的可靠讀數。

4)應力測(ce)試檢測(ce)方式中,應增進監(jian)聽器被試品、應力測(ce)試檢測(ce)控制系統、微安表,遲早會發生的(de)電壓(ya)擊穿、閃耀等失(shi)常(chang)這種現象應即刻降血壓(ya),切段24v電源(yuan),并查證原因分析,詳解數據(ju)。

5)沖擊檢測(ce)(ce)終(zhong)止,減壓,斷(duan)掉交流電源后應將被試品及沖擊檢測(ce)(ce)安(an)全裝置本質上(shang)充分(fen)的充放電。

四(si)、特(te)別注意法定程序

1、安(an)裝(zhuang)您所開展的(de)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗接好業(ye)務新線(xian)路。檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗配電(dian)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)塑(su)料表(biao)殼相應(ying)作業(ye)整體的(de)塑(su)料表(biao)殼須要要安(an)全可信度(du)保護(hu)接地(di)線(xian)。檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗配電(dian)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器各(ge)類高壓(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)線(xian)圈(quan)的(de)X端(各(ge)類高壓(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)尾)相應(ying)測量方法線(xian)圈(quan)的(de)F端須要要安(an)全可信度(du)保護(hu)接地(di)線(xian)。

6、本產(chan)品的(de)不(bu)可以多于(yu)載(zai)荷系數性能參數適用(yong)。除檢驗需外,毫(hao)不(bu)能全(quan)電(dian)壓值通(tong)電(dian)或沒電(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐(nai)壓性(xing)耐(nai)壓報告時中,如(ru)發(fa)現(xian)了下(xia)面的一高(gao)一低常(chang)現(xian)象(xiang)時,應(ying)當(dang)即減壓,切斷所有(you)設備的電源適配器(qi)電源適配器(qi),停此耐(nai)壓報告并追查因為。

9、擊穿電(dian)壓(ya)實踐先后應精(jing)確測(ce)量被試(shi)專用(yong)設備的電(dian)耐壓(ya)阻(zu)值,檢查電(dian)耐壓(ya)具體(ti)情況。

10、當測試配電變壓器繼續不使用的時(shi),應(ying)放入于排風、晾干(gan)、無光照曝曬的城市(shi)。

11、該類產品(pin)不容許在遠遠超出45℃的溫(wen)暖下(xia)暫(zan)時(shi)儲存、實用(yong)、放氣(qi)。

12、運送裝(zhuang)卸(xie)半路上不得(de)不地心引力蠕變。

一、軟(ruan)件(jian)綜述

變壓器和互感器的感應耐壓試驗是保證變壓器質量符合國家標準的一項重要試驗。變壓器繞組的匝間、層間、段間及相間絕緣的縱絕緣感應耐壓試驗,則是變壓器絕緣試驗中的重要項目。基于縱絕緣試驗中的特殊性,需要通過施加倍頻電源裝置,以提高繞組間絕緣的試驗電壓,從而達到耐壓試驗的目的。
是為滿足上述要求而設計制造,經過廣大用戶使用證明:其操作簡單、性能可靠、能較好地滿足變壓器、互感器感應耐壓試驗的需要。

二、運轉方法

由三臺單相變壓組成,其工作原理如圖一

四、SFQ使用方法

為分離式(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi)產品。即多倍突發性生(sheng)器和多倍頻(pin)的設(she)定平衡(heng)試驗(yan)裝置,并配有濾過保護(hu)好,電流量表(biao)、多倍頻(pin)輸送(song)、交(jiao)流電壓表(biao),以去竊聽和用于實(shi)用,其的設(she)定平衡(heng)試驗(yan)裝置開(kai)關面板上(shang)接線方法柱與設(she)備主機(ji)鏈接的方式(shi)(shi)給(gei)出圖一樣:

按相應具體步驟對其進(jin)行工作(zuo):

1、接通電源,合上空氣開關,則控制裝置綠色指示燈亮。
2、將調壓器回零,啟動紅色按鈕,則三倍頻發生器通電運行,調壓器等待升壓。
3、將調壓器調壓至試驗所需電壓值且嚴密監視控制裝置中的電流和電壓值,并作好詳細記錄。

4、假如(ru)在實(shi)驗室檢測(ce)全過程中,被試品出顯(xian)匝(za)間、層間或段間、兩色相間絕緣性熱擊穿(chuan)跡(ji)象(xiang),則(ze)掌控(kong)二(er)次回路中實(shi)驗室檢測(ce)瞬時電(dian)流不斷地,啟動繼電(dian)器元件(jian)可直接(jie)停電(dian),停電(dian)。

5、耐壓試(shi)驗重新(xin),將(jiang)調壓器回(hui)退零位(wei)。

五、外接補償問題:
對容性負載如高壓試驗變壓器、電容式電壓互感器可不外接補償,或外接感性補償。對感性負載,一般外接容性補償,其補償值為感性負載容量的50%。

六、維修及保養:
本設備請置于通風干燥處保存。本產品免費保修壹年。
