1)疲(pi)勞(lao)試驗考生應搞(gao)好明(ming)確的分工(gong),明(ming)確的充(chong)分間的方(fang)式。并(bing)有專(zhuan)業書籍(ji)人監管現場報道(dao)安全性高(gao)及(ji)觀測(ce)試品程(cheng)序。

3)而對于中大型耐(nai)壓應力測(ce)(ce)試,基本(ben)都前先(xian)對其進(jin)行空(kong)升耐(nai)壓應力測(ce)(ce)試。即不接試品時升壓至耐(nai)壓應力測(ce)(ce)試端電壓,校對很(hen)多表計,更改球厚度。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)快速不要太快,并必需以防忽然(ran)(ran)后加壓(ya)(ya)。隨后調壓(ya)(ya)器沒有在零位(wei)時忽然(ran)(ran)分閘。我不要忽然(ran)(ran)截斷(duan)電(dian)源模塊,通常情況(kuang)下(xia)應在調壓(ya)(ya)器降低零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)阻升為現(xian)場實驗(yan)檢測(ce)(ce)電(dian)阻時,展開手表,到(dao)1min后,飛速穩壓到(dao)1/3現(xian)場實驗(yan)檢測(ce)(ce)電(dian)阻以內時,才(cai)可以往上拉開關(guan)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓或抗壓實(shi)驗全(quan)過程中(zhong),如出現(xian) 下類一(yi)(yi)高(gao)一(yi)(yi)低常情況發生時,應隨(sui)時降血壓,立即切斷電(dian)。關閉實(shi)驗并核實(shi)原由:①電(dian)阻表表針搖動太大;②出現(xian) 絕緣帶燒(shao)掉(diao)或燒(shao)焦;③被試(shi)品內有一(yi)(yi)高(gao)一(yi)(yi)低常的(de)手機聲音。

7)耐壓校(xiao)正(zheng)校(xiao)正(zheng)前后輪應測試隔絕電容,檢杳隔絕問題。

散(san)失試驗裝置(zhi)的運營及關注地方

1)可靠性(xing)測(ce)試時要先檢驗被試品(pin)能(neng)不(bu)斷電(dian),接地裝置電(dian)池充電(dian),這(zhe)個世界一(yi)般連線能(neng)不(bu)瀝干(gan)凈。要防控將可靠性(xing)測(ce)試直流電(dian)壓(ya)加(jia)到夢(meng)見過(guo)世的人工作上的地方起來。

2)接(jie)好現(xian)(xian)場實驗提升裝(zhuang)置的(de)接(jie)線兩(liang)端后(hou),應再查正確性(xing)(xing)后(hou)才要加壓。應有(you)點注意事項(xiang)檢查報告油田設(she)施設(she)備(bei)及(ji)引線與地、與工作工作人員的(de)平安性(xing)(xing)高距離,被試(shi)品的(de)的(de)外殼能不能穩(wen)定可靠與地面,要按平安性(xing)(xing)高標準規范時所的(de)規定的(de)內部做現(xian)(xian)場實驗。

3)就大電感(gan)量(liang)機(ji)應極慢(man)升(sheng)壓,杜絕被試(shi)品(pin)的筆記本充(chong)電感(gan)應電流燒掉微安表(biao)(biao)。這個(ge)必要(yao)的時候要(yao)級(ji)別劃分供壓,分別收錄(lu)派出機(ji)關電流值下微安表(biao)(biao)的平穩讀(du)數。

4)檢測(ce)(ce)歷程中,應密切(qie)合作跟蹤被試品、檢測(ce)(ce)裝(zhuang)備、微安(an)表(biao),可能(neng)發(fa)生了擊穿電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)、閃亮等(deng)異(yi)常情(qing)況表(biao)現應立刻(ke)降血壓(ya)(ya),截斷電(dian),并追查(cha)因素(su),具體計錄。

5)可靠(kao)性(xing)可靠(kao)性(xing)試驗(yan)重新,穩(wen)壓,割斷(duan)電壓后應(ying)將(jiang)被試品(pin)及可靠(kao)性(xing)可靠(kao)性(xing)試驗(yan)裝制原本多(duo)方面尖(jian)端放電。

四、要注意事由

9、耐沖擊(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)前(qian)后輪(lun)應檢(jian)測被試生產設備的耐壓阻值,體檢(jian)耐壓原因。

10、當檢(jian)驗電抗器長久不動用時,應安置于透氣、晾(liang)干、無日光直接照射的地兒。

11、該貨品不限制在不低于(yu)45℃的的溫度下(xia)長期(qi)性(xing)保(bao)存、運用、放氣。

一、的產品概要

變壓器和互感器的感應耐壓試驗是保證變壓器質量符合國家標準的一項重要試驗。變壓器繞組的匝間、層間、段間及相間絕緣的縱絕緣感應耐壓試驗,則是變壓器絕緣試驗中的重要項目。基于縱絕緣試驗中的特殊性,需要通過施加倍頻電源裝置,以提高繞組間絕緣的試驗電壓,從而達到耐壓試驗的目的。
是為滿足上述要求而設計制造,經過廣大用戶使用證明:其操作簡單、性能可靠、能較好地滿足變壓器、互感器感應耐壓試驗的需要。

二、上班的原理

由三臺單相變壓組成,其工作原理如圖一

三(san)(san)臺220V干(gan)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)抗(kang)(kang)器(qi)(qi)的次(ci)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)繞(rao)(rao)線接(jie)成(cheng)星形(xing),再(zai)次(ci)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)繞(rao)(rao)線接(jie)成(cheng)縮(suo)口半圓型(xing)(xing)形(xing),所(suo)以加在次(ci)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)繞(rao)(rao)線上的端電(dian)流值(zhi)降(jiang)較高(gao),鐵芯(xin)過(guo)剩,三(san)(san)臺220V干(gan)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)抗(kang)(kang)器(qi)(qi)磁通(tong)上都有基(ji)頻重(zhong)量和(he)多(duo)倍(bei)頻重(zhong)量,三(san)(san)臺220V干(gan)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)抗(kang)(kang)器(qi)(qi)再(zai)次(ci)縮(suo)口半圓型(xing)(xing)形(xing)銜(xian)接(jie)使基(ji)頻重(zhong)量相抵銷,而采取(qu)縮(suo)口半圓型(xing)(xing)的倍(bei)頻端電(dian)流值(zhi)降(jiang)所(suo)在,并能夠電(dian)機(ji)(ji)繞(rao)(rao)線外接(jie)220V調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi),就能實現目標多(duo)倍(bei)頻端電(dian)流值(zhi)降(jiang)的調理(li)。

四、SFQ使用方法

為分體式式儀器(qi)。即幾倍比較嚴重生(sheng)器(qi)和(he)幾倍頻控住(zhu)(zhu)設(she)備,并(bing)包括濾過呵護,交流電表(biao)、幾倍頻導出、線電壓表(biao),以(yi)(yi)開始(shi)跟蹤和(he)有利于運行(xing),其控住(zhu)(zhu)設(she)備的面版上接線兩端柱(zhu)與(yu)服務器(qi)拼(pin)接手(shou)段以(yi)(yi)下圖圖甲中:

按下列步驟(zou)去操作的:

1、接通電源,合上空氣開關,則控制裝置綠色指示燈亮。
2、將調壓器回零,啟動紅色按鈕,則三倍頻發生器通電運行,調壓器等待升壓。
3、將調壓器調壓至試驗所需電壓值且嚴密監視控制裝置中的電流和電壓值,并作好詳細記錄。

4、需在實驗室(shi)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)環(huan)節中,被試(shi)品造成匝間(jian)、層間(jian)或(huo)段(duan)間(jian)、兩色相間(jian)接地(di)電(dian)壓(ya)擊(ji)穿(chuan)跡(ji)象,則控住漏電(dian)開關(guan)中實驗室(shi)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)交流電(dian)加大,接觸器設備可即(ji)時脫(tuo)扣,關(guan)機。

5、耐壓再次,將調壓器退回(hui)去零(ling)位(wei)。

五、外接補償問題:
對容性負載如高壓試驗變壓器、電容式電壓互感器可不外接補償,或外接感性補償。對感性負載,一般外接容性補償,其補償值為感性負載容量的50%。

六、維修及保養:
本設備請置于通風干燥處保存。本產品免費保修壹年。
