1)實(shi)驗設計人(ren)員管(guan)理(li)應作(zuo)好(hao)安排,明顯充分間方案。并有專業書籍人(ren)監測(ce)現場(chang)報道穩定(ding)及觀察分析試品工(gong)作(zuo)狀態(tai)。

2)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品先掃除整潔,并(bing)吹干,立即受損(sun)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品和疲勞試(shi)(shi)驗創造的出現偏差(cha)的原(yuan)因。

3)相對(dui)超大做實(shi)驗(yan)的(de)(de)時候裝置(zhi),般都(dou)應該通過空(kong)升做實(shi)驗(yan)的(de)(de)時候裝置(zhi)。即不接試品時升壓至做實(shi)驗(yan)的(de)(de)時候裝置(zhi)電壓降,校對(dui)各種各樣的(de)(de)表(biao)計,進行調節球油隙。

4)升壓速率(lv)不是太快,并需要杜絕太過(guo)(guo)太過(guo)(guo)猛然間增壓。舉例調(diao)壓器不再零位時太過(guo)(guo)太過(guo)(guo)猛然間分閘。都(dou)不是太過(guo)(guo)太過(guo)(guo)猛然間截(jie)斷24v電源,正常應在調(diao)壓器高于零位時拉閘。

5)當工(gong)作線電壓降增至(zhi)檢(jian)驗工(gong)作線電壓降時,現(xian)在開(kai)始倒計時,到1min后(hou),更快(kuai)減壓到1/3檢(jian)驗工(gong)作線電壓降以內時,就能夠翻開(kai)電源(yuan)適配器。

7)耐壓性(xing)(xing)現場(chang)實驗左右側應(ying)測量絕緣層性(xing)(xing)功率電阻(zu),進(jin)行(xing)檢(jian)查(cha)絕緣層性(xing)(xing)情(qing)況報(bao)告。

外露耐(nai)壓現場實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong)(zhong)限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)R1選在額定(ding)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)導出(chu)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)值時,導出(chu)端(duan)不(bu)導通功(gong)(gong)率(lv)不(bu)多于超(chao)高(gao)壓硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)(de)大整(zheng)流。如電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)值硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)(de)大整(zheng)流功(gong)(gong)率(lv)為100mA時廣泛用于60kV的(de)(de)(de)耐(nai)壓現場實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置中(zhong)(zhong),限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選。限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)還應兼具滿足(zu)的(de)(de)(de)體積和沿(yan)面釋放的(de)(de)(de)距離(li)。

低壓濾波濾波電(dian)阻(zu)C1尋常決定在(zai)0.01~0.1&mu;F,當被試品(pin)的濾波電(dian)阻(zu)量挺(ting)大時,C1可(ke)省略不需要(yao) 。

泄密耐壓的(de)操作步驟及(ji)還要(yao)注(zhu)意事宜

1)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)檢(jian)測應(ying)先先進行檢(jian)查被試(shi)品有無停氣,跨接擊穿,一起對(dui)外部連(lian)線(xian)有無擦(ca)拭凈(jing)。要杜(du)絕(jue)將試(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)檢(jian)測電流(liu)電壓(ya)加到有很(hen)多人運作的內臟(zang)器官起來。

2)接(jie)好(hao)現(xian)場實(shi)驗報(bao)(bao)告傳(chuan)動裝置(zhi)的(de)接(jie)電源后,應再查正(zheng)確性后才(cai)要(yao)加壓。應非(fei)常(chang)還要(yao)注意(yi)常(chang)規(gui)檢(jian)查油田機器設(she)備及引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作使用人的(de)很安(an)全防(fang)護相應,被(bei)試品(pin)的(de)金屬外殼(ke)有(you)沒有(you)是真的(de)嗎接(jie)地系統(tong),要(yao)按很安(an)全防(fang)護技術規(gui)范什么和什么設(she)定的(de)東西(xi)來現(xian)場實(shi)驗報(bao)(bao)告。

3)在大電(dian)解電(dian)容量機(ji)應極慢升壓(ya),解決(jue)辦法被試(shi)品的充(chong)值電(dian)流量燒斷微(wei)安表。有必要(yao)中(zhong)應分級制度高層供水,各讀出各級政府電(dian)阻值下(xia)微(wei)安表的不穩讀數。

4)實(shi)驗(yan)進程中,應(ying)(ying)頻(pin)繁侵入(ru)被(bei)試品(pin)、實(shi)驗(yan)保護裝置、微安表,要(yao)是會出(chu)現穿(chuan)透、閃耀等特(te)別表現應(ying)(ying)直接降血壓,斷掉電源(yuan)線(xian),并(bing)查實(shi)理(li)由,具體記載。

5)試(shi)驗檢測(ce)檢測(ce)終止,減壓,切斷所有設(she)備的電電后應將被試(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)驗檢測(ce)檢測(ce)裝(zhuang)置本(ben)就足夠尖端放電。

四、小心應當

1、都按照您(nin)所確定的(de)(de)檢測(ce)(ce)接(jie)(jie)(jie)好任務火車(che)線(xian)路。檢測(ce)(ce)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)護(hu)(hu)殼(ke)、運(yun)行設計(ji)的(de)(de)護(hu)(hu)殼(ke)都要要耐用跨接(jie)(jie)(jie)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。檢測(ce)(ce)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力變壓(ya)器(qi)油田(tian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)機定子的(de)(de)X端(duan)(油田(tian)力尾)、在(zai)測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)機定子的(de)(de)F端(duan)都要要耐用跨接(jie)(jie)(jie)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)測試(shi)時(shi),第3級(ji)(ji)、第3級(ji)(ji)測試(shi)電(dian)(dian)力(li)箱式配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)變壓器(qi)的(de)非直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)線圈的(de)X端(duan),估(gu)測線圈的(de)F端(duan)或是直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)線圈的(de)X端(duan)(直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)尾)均接(jie)(jie)本級(ji)(ji)測試(shi)電(dian)(dian)力(li)箱式配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)變壓器(qi)的(de)塑料機殼(ke)。第3級(ji)(ji)、第3級(ji)(ji)測試(shi)電(dian)(dian)力(li)箱式配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)變壓器(qi)的(de)塑料機殼(ke)肯定經由隔(ge)絕支(zhi)撐(cheng)架(jia)接(jie)(jie)地保護。

3、連(lian)接電原適(shi)(shi)配器前,操作使用程(cheng)序的調(diao)壓器須得調(diao)到零位后可連(lian)接電原適(shi)(shi)配器,重合閘,開端(duan)升壓。

5、實驗(yan)設計結束(shu)以(yi)后(hou)后(hou),應(ying)在數秒內勻速(su)運動的將調壓器(qi)取到至零位,然后(hou)呢關閉外接電源。

6、本(ben)的產品不(bu)應(ying)突破固定因(yin)素動用。除(chu)耐壓試驗(yan)可以外,絕不(bu)能(neng)(neng)能(neng)(neng)夠全電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值通電(dian)(dian)或停電(dian)(dian)。

7、再(zai)升壓或耐沖(chong)擊實(shi)驗室檢(jian)(jian)測時(shi)(shi)中,如(ru)會發現下面不穩常癥狀時(shi)(shi),應再(zai)次(ci)降血(xue)壓,立(li)即(ji)切斷(duan)供電(dian),關閉程序實(shi)驗室檢(jian)(jian)測并(bing)確定原因。

被試品內(nei)有不穩常的音頻

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系壓(ya)閥(fa)及壓(ya)表,為長年封(feng)方式。每(mei)6個月(yue)時間開閥(fa)每(mei)次,以查(cha)驗SF6壓(ya),應不少于0.2MPa(查(cha)驗壓(ya)后及時封(feng)管(guan)道閥(fa)門),不超0.2MPa時應該加SF6有機(ji)廢氣(qi)氣(qi)體(ti),以加大氣(qi)絕(jue)緣層。

9、耐壓性(xing)科學實驗上下(xia)應(ying)測定(ding)被(bei)試(shi)設(she)施的絕(jue)緣(yuan)層帶功率電阻(zu),查驗絕(jue)緣(yuan)層帶前提。

10、當應(ying)力測試箱式變壓器長年不用時,應(ying)儲放于透風、變干、無太陽光日曬的(de)平臺。

11、該商品不(bu)能接受在不(bu)低于45℃的(de)溫下(xia)長期性(xing)的(de)我(wo)們要存(cun)放在、使用(yong)的(de)、放氣(qi)。

12、車輛裝卸(xie)貨物路上不(bu)得(de)不(bu)地心(xin)引力沖擊(ji)力。

13、新(xin)產品鎖緊螺(luo)栓件及各種壓(ya)力(li)差(cha)閥、各種壓(ya)力(li)差(cha)表不能私自松脫。

五、電容量選用

標稱檢測電力變壓器體積Pn或許定計數公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

Pn——標(biao)稱測試箱(xiang)式變壓器出水量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——經過(guo)多次實驗發現電力變壓器(qi)的(de)載荷(he)系數模擬輸出髙壓的(de)管用值(zhi)(kV)

一(yi)、企業產品闡述

變壓器和互感器的感應耐壓試驗是保證變壓器質量符合國家標準的一項重要試驗。變壓器繞組的匝間、層間、段間及相間絕緣的縱絕緣感應耐壓試驗,則是變壓器絕緣試驗中的重要項目。基于縱絕緣試驗中的特殊性,需要通過施加倍頻電源裝置,以提高繞組間絕緣的試驗電壓,從而達到耐壓試驗的目的。
是為滿足上述要求而設計制造,經過廣大用戶使用證明:其操作簡單、性能可靠、能較好地滿足變壓器、互感器感應耐壓試驗的需要。

二、辦公道理

由三臺單相變壓組成,其工作原理如圖一

按詳細具(ju)體步驟對其進(jin)行操作使用:

1、接通電源,合上空氣開關,則控制裝置綠色指示燈亮。
2、將調壓器回零,啟動紅色按鈕,則三倍頻發生器通電運行,調壓器等待升壓。
3、將調壓器調壓至試驗所需電壓值且嚴密監視控制裝置中的電流和電壓值,并作好詳細記錄。

4、假(jia)如實(shi)(shi)驗方式中,被試(shi)品出顯匝間(jian)、層間(jian)或段間(jian)、紅(hong)黃絕(jue)緣性(xing)擊穿電壓現狀,則(ze)控(kong)制雙回路(lu)中實(shi)(shi)驗功率(lv)增(zeng)加,繼電可完(wan)畢跳(tiao)閘推不上(shang)去,關(guan)閉電源(yuan)。

5、實驗室檢測(ce)完成后,將調壓器取(qu)消訂單零(ling)位。

五、外接補償問題:
對容性負載如高壓試驗變壓器、電容式電壓互感器可不外接補償,或外接感性補償。對感性負載,一般外接容性補償,其補償值為感性負載容量的50%。

六、維修及保養:
本設備請置于通風干燥處保存。本產品免費保修壹年。
