工頻耐壓(ya)性實(shi)驗方(fang)法注意力(li)議題

1)測(ce)試工人應做到任務分(fen)配,明確化互不間步(bu)驟(zou)。并有特定人看護實地很(hen)安全及觀查試品感覺。

2)被(bei)試品需要先清掃垃圾不臟,并烘干,否則傷(shang)害被(bei)試品和(he)疲勞試驗(yan)帶給的(de)差值。

3)在中大型(xing)可(ke)靠性現(xian)場(chang)實(shi)驗(yan),常(chang)見都(dou)前先(xian)完成空(kong)升可(ke)靠性現(xian)場(chang)實(shi)驗(yan)。即不接(jie)試品時升壓至可(ke)靠性現(xian)場(chang)實(shi)驗(yan)相電壓,校對各樣表計,修(xiu)改球(qiu)氣隙。

4)升壓時(shi)速不會(hui)(hui)太快,并有必要以防就負壓。舉例調壓器(qi)未在(zai)零位時(shi)就重合閘。從來不會(hui)(hui)就切割供(gong)電,一樣應在(zai)調壓器(qi)下(xia)降零位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當線電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)值(zhi)值(zhi)上(shang)升到(dao)可靠性(xing)(xing)耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)線電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)值(zhi)值(zhi)時,剛開始(shi)記時,到(dao)1min后,快速發展(zhan)穩壓(ya)(ya)到(dao)1/3可靠性(xing)(xing)耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)線電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)值(zhi)值(zhi)這時,方可已(yi)經形成了電(dian)源開關。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)性應力測試時候中,如會出現 以下不(bu)當常(chang)(chang)條件時,應會減(jian)壓(ya),切割電(dian)源適配器。消(xiao)停應力測試并查(cha)清(qing)緣由(you):①電(dian)流(liu)值(zhi)表表針晃動挺大;②會出現 絕緣層(ceng)燒(shao)化或起煙;③被試品(pin)內有不(bu)當常(chang)(chang)的響聲。

7)耐(nai)沖擊檢測后應在(zai)線測量(liang)隔絕(jue)帶(dai)熱敏電(dian)阻,檢查報(bao)告隔絕(jue)帶(dai)具體情況(kuang)。

沖擊做(zuo)實驗的(de)時(shi)候(hou)變(bian)電器在做(zuo)被試品的(de)直流電擊穿電壓或暴露沖擊做(zuo)實驗的(de)時(shi)候(hou)時(shi)接(jie)線(xian)圖的(de)原理(li)圖如下圖所(suo)示6。

外露實驗(yan)(yan)報告(gao)中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)功率R1選澤(ze)在額(e)定的(de)打印(yin)(yin)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)值(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)值(zhi)(zhi)時,打印(yin)(yin)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)值(zhi)(zhi)端擊穿工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不(bu)已經(jing)超(chao)過直流(liu)(liu)高(gao)壓硅堆的(de)大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)值(zhi)(zhi)硅堆的(de)大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時適用60kV的(de)實驗(yan)(yan)報告(gao)系(xi)統(tong)設(she)計中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)功率按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選澤(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)功率還應(ying)包括(kuo)充(chong)足的(de)的(de)數(shu)量和沿面蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池放電(dian)(dian)(dian)差距。

高電壓濾波(bo)濾波(bo)電容(rong)(電容(rong)器)C1一(yi)樣(yang)的選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的濾波(bo)電容(rong)(電容(rong)器)量(liang)一(yi)定(ding)時,C1可省略不(bu)使(shi)用。

丟失耐壓的實操及關注須知

1)沖(chong)擊耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)需要先(xian)查被(bei)試(shi)品什么情況(kuang)(kuang)下停(ting)機,接(jie)地裝置(zhi)發出電,任何事(shi)物地方政府連線(xian)什么情況(kuang)(kuang)下擦水(shui)凈。要謹防將沖(chong)擊耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)交(jiao)流電壓加到夢見過(guo)世的人事(shi)情的內臟器官(guan)進去。

2)接(jie)好經過多次實(shi)驗(yan)發現(xian)系統的(de)接(jie)線(xian)方(fang)法后,應(ying)復查(cha)工(gong)(gong)作相符后才需(xu)加壓。應(ying)十(shi)分要(yao)注(zhu)意查(cha)驗(yan)各類高(gao)壓系統及(ji)引線(xian)與地、與工(gong)(gong)作工(gong)(gong)作人員的(de)平安差距,被試品的(de)機殼是否有穩定一定接(jie)地,要(yao)按平安規章程序中其中規定的(de)內(nei)容使用經過多次實(shi)驗(yan)發現(xian)。

3)這對大(da)電阻量(liang)裝置應慢慢升壓,解決辦法被試品的充電器瞬時電流(liu)損壞微安表(biao)。有需要應該把冷卻水分(fen)(fen)級(ji)制度后加壓,分(fen)(fen)別是(shi)讀(du)取數(shu)據派出機(ji)關相電壓下微安表(biao)的穩定性讀(du)數(shu)。

4)測試安(an)全裝(zhuang)置階段中,應融洽竊(qie)聽被試品、測試安(an)全裝(zhuang)置安(an)全裝(zhuang)置、微(wei)安(an)表,己經引發擊穿電壓(ya)、忽明(ming)忽暗(an)等(deng)發現異常情況應請(qing)馬上減(jian)壓(ya),鋸斷電源模塊,并查(cha)證誘因,詳細的(de)記(ji)錄時間(jian)。

5)經(jing)過多次實驗(yan)發現正在,降血壓,立即切斷主機電(dian)源后應將被試品及經(jing)過多次實驗(yan)發現系(xi)統設計(ji)本身就是有力釋放。

四、要注意情況說明

1、明(ming)確您所來的(de)(de)疲(pi)勞(lao)耐(nai)壓(ya)可信性試驗(yan)接好工(gong)作的(de)(de)路線。疲(pi)勞(lao)耐(nai)壓(ya)可信性試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)硬殼還(huan)有運行程序的(de)(de)硬殼一(yi)定(ding)要穩定(ding)與地(di)面。疲(pi)勞(lao)耐(nai)壓(ya)可信性試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)器高壓(ya)低(di)壓(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)器電(dian)(dian)機定(ding)子(zi)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)低(di)壓(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)器尾)還(huan)有衡量電(dian)(dian)機定(ding)子(zi)的(de)(de)F端(duan)一(yi)定(ding)要穩定(ding)與地(di)面。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)檢測時,最后點級(ji)、再次級(ji)檢測電(dian)(dian)壓器(qi)的血壓低(di)壓高電(dian)(dian)機(ji)繞線(xian)的X端(duan),測定(ding)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)繞線(xian)的F端(duan)與低(di)壓電(dian)(dian)機(ji)繞線(xian)的X端(duan)(低(di)壓尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)檢測電(dian)(dian)壓器(qi)的外層。最后點級(ji)、再次級(ji)檢測電(dian)(dian)壓器(qi)的外層必定(ding)根據絕緣(yuan)性(xing)電(dian)(dian)氣支架與地面(mian)。

3、撥打電(dian)話電(dian)壓(ya)前,操控系統的(de)調壓(ya)器必須要(yao)調到零位正(zheng)后方可(ke)撥打電(dian)話電(dian)壓(ya),送電(dian),慢慢升壓(ya)。

5、實驗再次后,應(ying)在數秒內(nei)平均速(su)度的將調壓(ya)器返回了至零(ling)位,其次割斷主機電源(yuan)。

6、本車輛應當超越額定容量(liang)參(can)數表選擇。除檢驗就(jiu)必須外,絕不支(zhi)(zhi)持(chi)支(zhi)(zhi)持(chi)全電(dian)流電(dian)壓(ya)通電(dian)或沒電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)(ya)或耐沖擊耐壓(ya)(ya)流程中,如出現(xian) 以內一高一低常現(xian)狀時,應盡快減壓(ya)(ya),剪斷供電,停止工(gong)作耐壓(ya)(ya)并確定理由(you)。

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)各種(zhong)壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang)閥(fa)及(ji)各種(zhong)壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang)表,為太久封睡眠(mian)狀態。每6個月時間(jian)開閥(fa)次(ci),以(yi)檢測SF6各種(zhong)壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang),應不值為0.2MPa(檢測各種(zhong)壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang)后(hou)立刻封電動閥(fa)門),不高于0.2MPa前應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)味(wei),以(yi)添加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣電阻。

9、擊(ji)穿電壓實驗英文內外應預(yu)估被(bei)試生(sheng)產設(she)備(bei)的(de)電絕(jue)緣性內阻,排查電絕(jue)緣性癥(zheng)狀。

10、當疲勞試驗電抗(kang)器長期性不(bu)便用時,應防(fang)止于通(tong)風工作、干躁、無(wu)日光日曬(shai)的城市。

11、該護膚(fu)品不(bu)支持在低于45℃的(de)高溫下長期性的(de)貯存、運行、放氣。

12、運輸物(wu)流運送過程中不準摩擦(ca)力打擊。

13、新產品鎖緊螺(luo)栓件及(ji)工(gong)(gong)作負荷(he)閥、工(gong)(gong)作負荷(he)表(biao)不恰擅自改變摔松。

五、功率首選

Vn——檢測變電器的功率工作輸出各類高壓的有郊值(kV)

k ——安(an)全衛生比(bi)率。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電流Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電流較低時,k值可用高有一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的電容器量(pF)

一、物品發展(zhan)歷程

變壓器和互感器的感應耐壓試驗是保證變壓器質量符合國家標準的一項重要試驗。變壓器繞組的匝間、層間、段間及相間絕緣的縱絕緣感應耐壓試驗,則是變壓器絕緣試驗中的重要項目。基于縱絕緣試驗中的特殊性,需要通過施加倍頻電源裝置,以提高繞組間絕緣的試驗電壓,從而達到耐壓試驗的目的。
是為滿足上述要求而設計制造,經過廣大用戶使用證明:其操作簡單、性能可靠、能較好地滿足變壓器、互感器感應耐壓試驗的需要。

二、事情目的

由三臺單相變壓組成,其工作原理如圖一

三(san)臺(tai)(tai)220V電(dian)箱式(shi)低壓(ya)干(gan)式(shi)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的次(ci)性繞(rao)(rao)(rao)阻(zu)接成(cheng)星形,首次(ci)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)阻(zu)接成(cheng)說話半圓形,這是因(yin)為加在次(ci)性繞(rao)(rao)(rao)阻(zu)上(shang)的額(e)定(ding)線(xian)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓(ya)較高,鐵(tie)芯是處于飽和狀態,三(san)臺(tai)(tai)220V電(dian)箱式(shi)低壓(ya)干(gan)式(shi)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)磁通里(li)都有基頻(pin)(pin)(pin)信(xin)噪(zao)比(bi)和幾倍(bei)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)信(xin)噪(zao)比(bi),三(san)臺(tai)(tai)220V電(dian)箱式(shi)低壓(ya)干(gan)式(shi)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)首次(ci)說話半圓形拼接使基頻(pin)(pin)(pin)信(xin)噪(zao)比(bi)相抵(di)沖,所(suo)以采用說話半圓的倍(bei)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)額(e)定(ding)線(xian)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓(ya)傷(shang)害(hai),并能夠繞(rao)(rao)(rao)阻(zu)外接220V電(dian)調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),可以了進行幾倍(bei)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)額(e)定(ding)線(xian)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓(ya)的可以調節。

四、SFQ使用方法

為工作式(shi)產品。即3倍突(tu)發性生器(qi)(qi)和3倍頻保持儀器(qi)(qi),并還擁(yong)有油煙凈(jing)化器(qi)(qi)保護(hu)好(hao),相電壓(ya)電流表、3倍頻導出、相電壓(ya)表,以(yi)做監聽器(qi)(qi)和方便(bian)于(yu)采(cai)用,其(qi)保持儀器(qi)(qi)蓋(gai)板(ban)上(shang)接線圖(tu)柱與主機電源(yuan)接連辦法如(ru)下圖(tu)示圖(tu)圖(tu)示:

按詳細過程確(que)定實操:

1、接通電源,合上空氣開關,則控制裝置綠色指示燈亮。
2、將調壓器回零,啟動紅色按鈕,則三倍頻發生器通電運行,調壓器等待升壓。
3、將調壓器調壓至試驗所需電壓值且嚴密監視控制裝置中的電流和電壓值,并作好詳細記錄。

4、比(bi)如在(zai)應力(li)測試方(fang)式中,被試品冒(mao)出匝(za)間(jian)、層間(jian)或段間(jian)、兩色相間(jian)耐壓(ya)穿透(tou)表(biao)現,則管理電(dian)路(lu)開關中應力(li)測試功率(lv)過大,繼電(dian)熱器可立(li)馬脫扣,關電(dian)。

5、校正完了,將調(diao)壓器退掉零位。

五、外接補償問題:
對容性負載如高壓試驗變壓器、電容式電壓互感器可不外接補償,或外接感性補償。對感性負載,一般外接容性補償,其補償值為感性負載容量的50%。

六、維修及保養:
本設備請置于通風干燥處保存。本產品免費保修壹年。
