球(qiu)縫隙及保障熱敏(min)電阻功(gong)率:當輸出功(gong)率高于球(qiu)縫隙整定值(zhi)時(一樣(yang) 取耐壓可靠性試(shi)(shi)驗輸出功(gong)率的110%~120%),球(qiu)縫隙釋放,對被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)具備保障用(yong)途。球(qiu)縫隙保障熱敏(min)電阻功(gong)率可按1Ω/V(耐壓可靠性試(shi)(shi)驗輸出功(gong)率)選中。

在(zai)工頻抗壓(ya)性(xing)(xing)抗壓(ya)中,低直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)側在(zai)線(xian)檢(jian)測的直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(電(dian)子(zi)儀表直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi))也不是(shi)(shi)(shi)越來越精確性(xing)(xing)的,其根本原因是(shi)(shi)(shi)隨著(zhu)抗壓(ya)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)器(qi)產生(sheng)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在(zai)這家漏(lou)抗上斷(duan)然產生(sheng)著(zhu)壓(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升(sheng),使(shi)試(shi)品(pin)上的直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)大于或(huo)遠遠超(chao)出舒張壓(ya)側在(zai)線(xian)檢(jian)測的直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)表上反應到(dao)的直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)。工頻抗壓(ya)性(xing)(xing)抗壓(ya)時,被試(shi)品(pin)上的直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)遠遠超(chao)出抗壓(ya)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)器(qi)的內容(rong)輸出直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi),也說是(shi)(shi)(shi)可(ke)謂容(rong)升(sheng)問題。感測器(qi)抗壓(ya)性(xing)(xing)抗壓(ya)時,抗壓(ya)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)器(qi)的漏(lou)抗斷(duan)然產生(sheng)著(zhu)壓(ya)降。為了能夠精確性(xing)(xing)在(zai)線(xian)檢(jian)測的被試(shi)品(pin)上所施(shi)用的直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi),如此經常在(zai)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)高壓(ya)側接入網(wang)FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分壓(ya)器(qi)來在(zai)線(xian)檢(jian)測的直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(見圖(tu)5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓性校正方法(fa)特別留意法(fa)定程序

1)實驗的人員應寫好組織(zhi)架構,明晰(xi)共同間形(xing)式(shi)。并(bing)有特定(ding)人監護人工地(di)可靠(kao)及留(liu)意試品(pin)形(xing)態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)前應(ying)清潔(jie)干靜,并(bing)干燥處理,切不可順壞被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)和實驗帶去的計算誤差。

3)就中小型校(xiao)正,應該都(dou)前先(xian)采取空升校(xiao)正。即不接試(shi)品時升壓(ya)至(zhi)校(xiao)正電壓(ya)電流(liu),校(xiao)對不同表計,調控球孔徑。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速率沒(mei)能太快,并須得可以(yi)防(fang)止一(yi)下子(zi)補壓(ya)(ya)。舉例說明調壓(ya)(ya)器不是零(ling)位時一(yi)下子(zi)送電。也沒(mei)能一(yi)下子(zi)剪斷電源線(xian),尋常應在調壓(ya)(ya)器降為零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當額定(ding)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值升到(dao)檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)臺(tai)額定(ding)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值時(shi),剛開始倒計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,飛(fei)速降血壓(ya)(ya)到(dao)1/3檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)臺(tai)額定(ding)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值一些時(shi),就能開啟電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)性(xing)實驗設計(ji)過(guo)程中(zhong)中(zhong),如知道列舉(ju)不(bu)當(dang)常(chang)實際情況(kuang)時,應(ying)及時降血(xue)壓(ya),切(qie)段額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)。開始(shi)實驗設計(ji)并(bing)確定(ding)愿意(yi):①額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)表表針偏移很多;②知道絕緣層燒掉(diao)或(huo)冒(mao)火;③被試品內(nei)有不(bu)當(dang)常(chang)的(de)系統聲音。

7)耐沖擊耐壓(ya)組選應(ying)測量方法隔熱(re)阻值,查隔熱(re)情況(kuang)下。

耐沖(chong)擊實驗(yan)設計電壓器在做被試品的(de)電流(liu)耐沖(chong)擊或外泄耐沖(chong)擊實驗(yan)設計時接線頭的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)原理(li)圖如6。

透(tou)露耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗臺中(zhong)(zhong)限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)功(gong)(gong)率阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值(zhi)R1選在額(e)定(ding)內(nei)(nei)容傷(shang)害(hai)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值(zhi)時(shi),內(nei)(nei)容傷(shang)害(hai)端漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)感應電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)值(zhi)不(bu)超越高(gao)壓(ya)變壓(ya)器硅堆(dui)的大(da)整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值(zhi)硅堆(dui)的大(da)整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)感應電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)值(zhi)為100mA時(shi)使用60kV的耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗臺裝(zhuang)置設備(bei)中(zhong)(zhong),限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)功(gong)(gong)率阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值(zhi)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選。限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)功(gong)(gong)率阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值(zhi)還應具備(bei)有足夠的體積和(he)沿(yan)面(mian)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)高(gao)度。

超高壓(ya)濾(lv)(lv)波濾(lv)(lv)波電阻(zu)C1基本上首選在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品(pin)的濾(lv)(lv)波電阻(zu)量(liang)特別大時,C1可省略(lve)無需。

泄(xie)密可靠性試驗(yan)的操作的及留(liu)意應當

1)做實驗的(de)(de)時候前(qian)先先查檢被試品有(you)無(wu)(wu)停電了,一(yi)定(ding)接地釋(shi)放,所(suo)有(you)一(yi)切對外部連線有(you)無(wu)(wu)晾干凈。要防(fang)范措(cuo)施將做實驗的(de)(de)時候線電壓加到(dao)有(you)許多人工做的(de)(de)地方去(qu)。

2)接好檢(jian)驗報告(gao)(gao)器的(de)接到(dao)線(xian)后(hou),應定期檢(jian)查正常(chang)后(hou)才(cai)要(yao)加壓。應相當需(xu)注(zhu)意定期檢(jian)查高壓電設施(shi)及引線(xian)與地(di)、與操(cao)作的(de)師的(de)健(jian)康防護(hu)間距,被試品的(de)塑料(liao)外殼(ke)是(shi)能信一定接地(di),要(yao)按健(jian)康防護(hu)指導書什么和(he)什么要(yao)求的(de)東西(xi)開展檢(jian)驗報告(gao)(gao)。

3)而(er)言大電(dian)(dian)感量產品(pin)應遲(chi)緩升壓(ya),以(yi)防(fang)止被試品(pin)的(de)筆記本充電(dian)(dian)直流電(dian)(dian)燒(shao)斷微安表。這個(ge)必要(yao)時需要(yao)分級(ji)(ji)分類(lei)增壓(ya),主要(yao)讀取數據各個(ge)等級(ji)(ji)相電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下(xia)微安表的(de)增強讀數。

4)實驗環節中,應(ying)相互之間監聽被試(shi)品(pin)、實驗裝置(zhi)、微安(an)表,如果(guo)一旦會出現(xian)損(sun)壞、閃耀等問題(ti)后果(guo)應(ying)立(li)馬穩(wen)壓,掐斷供電,并查(cha)證愿意(yi),詳(xiang)細(xi)的記錄(lu)。

5)檢測結束,穩壓,斷掉電源線(xian)后(hou)應將被試品及檢測器自身有(you)力擊穿。

四、特別注意事宜

1、依照(zhao)規定(ding)您所完(wan)成(cheng)的(de)沖擊(ji)疲(pi)勞(lao)(lao)試(shi)驗(yan)臺(tai)(tai)接好運行路線(xian)圖。沖擊(ji)疲(pi)勞(lao)(lao)試(shi)驗(yan)臺(tai)(tai)干(gan)(gan)式變電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)底殼(ke)(ke)并(bing)且操作(zuo)方(fang)法控制系(xi)統(tong)的(de)底殼(ke)(ke)一定(ding)耐用(yong)保護等(deng)電(dian)(dian)位連接。沖擊(ji)疲(pi)勞(lao)(lao)試(shi)驗(yan)臺(tai)(tai)干(gan)(gan)式變電(dian)(dian)器(qi)直流電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)繞線(xian)的(de)X端(duan)(直流電(dian)(dian)尾)并(bing)且在(zai)線(xian)測量電(dian)(dian)機(ji)繞線(xian)的(de)F端(duan)一定(ding)耐用(yong)保護等(deng)電(dian)(dian)位連接。

3、掛斷供電線前,的操作程序(xu)的調(diao)壓器必定調(diao)到零位后可(ke)掛斷供電線,分閘(zha),剛剛開始(shi)升壓。

9、擊穿電壓(ya)實驗室(shi)后(hou)應預估(gu)被試(shi)裝置的(de)耐壓(ya)內阻(zu),檢驗耐壓(ya)具體情況。

10、當耐壓(ya)試驗電力(li)變(bian)壓(ya)器經常性不選用(yong)時(shi),應置放于(yu)排風、干熱、無日光斜射的問(wen)題。

式中:

Pn—&mdash;標稱做實驗的(de)時候(hou)變電器電容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——現場實驗變(bian)電器的額定(ding)容量(liang)效果(guo)超高壓的合(he)理值(zhi)(kV)

k ——安(an)全的公式。k≥1,標稱輸出功(gong)(gong)率Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱輸出功(gong)(gong)率較(jiao)低時,k值能取高點。

一、護膚品慨述

變壓器和互感器的感應耐壓試驗是保證變壓器質量符合國家標準的一項重要試驗。變壓器繞組的匝間、層間、段間及相間絕緣的縱絕緣感應耐壓試驗,則是變壓器絕緣試驗中的重要項目。基于縱絕緣試驗中的特殊性,需要通過施加倍頻電源裝置,以提高繞組間絕緣的試驗電壓,從而達到耐壓試驗的目的。
是為滿足上述要求而設計制造,經過廣大用戶使用證明:其操作簡單、性能可靠、能較好地滿足變壓器、互感器感應耐壓試驗的需要。

二、業務方法

由三臺單相變壓組成,其工作原理如圖一

四、SFQ使用方法

為分(fen)體式式設備。即三(san)到五倍(bei)加劇(ju)生器(qi)和(he)三(san)到五倍(bei)頻把握器(qi),并(bing)可設過(guo)濾清潔愛護,電(dian)壓(ya)降表、三(san)到五倍(bei)頻輸入、電(dian)壓(ya)降表,以通過(guo)監聽器(qi)和(he)以便(bian)于利用,其把握器(qi)蓋板上布線柱與(yu)服務(wu)器(qi)拼(pin)接方(fang)法以下的圖提示:

按內(nei)容如下流程實行基本操作:

1、接通電源,合上空氣開關,則控制裝置綠色指示燈亮。
2、將調壓器回零,啟動紅色按鈕,則三倍頻發生器通電運行,調壓器等待升壓。
3、將調壓器調壓至試驗所需電壓值且嚴密監視控制裝置中的電流和電壓值,并作好詳細記錄。

4、要是(shi)在做(zuo)實驗(yan)的時候時候中,被試(shi)品顯現(xian)(xian)匝(za)間(jian)、層間(jian)或(huo)段間(jian)、兩色相間(jian)絕(jue)緣電(dian)(dian)阻擊穿(chuan)電(dian)(dian)壓這種現(xian)(xian)象,則把握控制電(dian)(dian)路中做(zuo)實驗(yan)的時候電(dian)(dian)流(liu)量變大(da),繼電(dian)(dian)囂可再次(ci)跳閘的原因,關電(dian)(dian)。

5、應(ying)力測試完成(cheng),將調(diao)壓器退款零位。

五、外接補償問題:
對容性負載如高壓試驗變壓器、電容式電壓互感器可不外接補償,或外接感性補償。對感性負載,一般外接容性補償,其補償值為感性負載容量的50%。

六、維修及保養:
本設備請置于通風干燥處保存。本產品免費保修壹年。
