1)檢測成員應開展職責分工,確立(li)充分間技巧。并有正規人撫養(yang)現場(chang)安全可靠(kao)及(ji)分析(xi)試品的狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應當先(xian)環境衛生整(zheng)治乾凈,并太干,盡量損傷被試(shi)品和疲(pi)勞試(shi)驗(yan)分享的測量誤差。

3)來說大中(zhong)型做實驗(yan)的時候,大部分都時先對其進行空升(sheng)做實驗(yan)的時候。即(ji)不接試品時升(sheng)壓(ya)至做實驗(yan)的時候電阻值,校對很多(duo)表計,進行調節球齒隙。

4)升壓進程未(wei)能太快,并有必要預防猛(meng)然(ran)間(jian)施壓。舉(ju)例調壓器(qi)沒有在(zai)(zai)零位時(shi)猛(meng)然(ran)間(jian)送電(dian)。也未(wei)能猛(meng)然(ran)間(jian)切段電(dian)壓,似的應在(zai)(zai)調壓器(qi)下降零位時(shi)拉(la)閘。

5)當的電壓降(jiang)降(jiang)上升測試(shi)(shi)的電壓降(jiang)降(jiang)時,著(zhu)手倒(dao)計時鐘,到1min后(hou),更快穩(wen)壓到1/3測試(shi)(shi)的電壓降(jiang)降(jiang)下述(shu)時,就能已經拉開電壓。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)擊穿(chuan)端電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)疲勞檢驗階段(duan)中(zhong),如表(biao)(biao)明(ming)下面不(bu)穩(wen)常情況(kuang)時,應即刻(ke)降(jiang)血壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)割24v電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。終止(zhi)疲勞檢驗并查實主觀原因:①端電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)(biao)指示針擺動旋轉很(hen)大的(de)(de);②表(biao)(biao)明(ming)絕緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)燒(shao)(shao)糊或(huo)燒(shao)(shao)焦;③被試品內(nei)有不(bu)穩(wen)常的(de)(de)的(de)(de)聲音(yin)。

7)耐沖(chong)擊檢驗左右側應量測絕(jue)緣帶(dai)層阻(zu)值,檢查報(bao)告絕(jue)緣帶(dai)層的情況。

校正電抗器在做被試品的直流電耐沖(chong)擊或竊取校正時布線(xian)關鍵技術(shu)圖(tu)如圖(tu)是6。

丟失經過多(duo)次實(shi)(shi)驗發現中(zhong)限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻器(qi)(qi)值(zhi)(zhi)值(zhi)(zhi)R1選定在功率傳(chuan)(chuan)輸感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)時,傳(chuan)(chuan)輸端不導通(tong)直流感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)不大(da)于壓(ya)力硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)大(da)整流。如感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)大(da)整流直流感(gan)(gan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為100mA時應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)于60kV的(de)經過多(duo)次實(shi)(shi)驗發現器(qi)(qi)中(zhong),限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻器(qi)(qi)值(zhi)(zhi)值(zhi)(zhi)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選定。限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻器(qi)(qi)值(zhi)(zhi)值(zhi)(zhi)還(huan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)含有非常的(de)存儲(chu)容量(liang)和(he)沿(yan)面自放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)高度(du)。

直流電濾波電阻(zu)C1一樣會選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電阻(zu)量挺大時,C1可省略(lve)只用。

暴露(lu)應力測試(shi)的作業及(ji)特別留意要點

1)疲勞耐(nai)壓前(qian)該先診斷被試品要(yao)不要(yao)能(neng)夠停氣,接地裝(zhuang)置(zhi)蓄(xu)電(dian)池充電(dian),不顧一切外商連(lian)線(xian)要(yao)不要(yao)能(neng)夠擦拭凈。要(yao)預防將疲勞耐(nai)壓端電(dian)壓加到(dao)一些人(ren)運作的部位零件不上。

2)接(jie)好實驗設計裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)插頭接(jie)線(xian)處后,應再查(cha)(cha)沒有錯(cuo)誤后后才(cai)需加壓(ya)。應專門(men)留(liu)意查(cha)(cha)看高壓(ya)低壓(ya)裝(zhuang)備及(ji)引線(xian)與地、與運作成員的(de)(de)人(ren)身安(an)全防護(hu)時間,被試品的(de)(de)外層是否能(neng)夠穩定地線(xian),要按(an)人(ren)身安(an)全防護(hu)技(ji)術標(biao)準相應標(biao)準的(de)(de)介紹(shao)展開(kai)實驗設計。

3)對(dui)于那些大電(dian)阻量機械(xie)設備應比(bi)較慢升(sheng)壓,避(bi)免被試(shi)品的(de)(de)能充電(dian)交流電(dian)短(duan)路微(wei)安表。這個(ge)必要的(de)(de)時(shi)候要分類施(shi)壓,分別(bie)為讀各項電(dian)流電(dian)壓下微(wei)安表的(de)(de)平(ping)衡讀數(shu)。

4)實(shi)驗設計過(guo)程中中,應緊密(mi)聯(lian)系(xi)(xi)阻(zu)止被試品、實(shi)驗設計系(xi)(xi)統設計、微安(an)表,若果產生熱擊穿、忽明忽暗等錯誤現狀(zhuang)應立馬(ma)降血壓,斷開主機電源,并確(que)認(ren)愿意,詳細介紹記下。

5)校正(zheng)終(zhong)止(zhi),穩壓,斷(duan)開(kai)電后應將被試品及校正(zheng)配(pei)置自身(shen)充(chong)沛(pei)電池充(chong)電。

四、要留意情況說明

1、依據您所通過(guo)的(de)應(ying)力(li)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)裝置接好辦公火(huo)車線路。應(ying)力(li)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)裝置電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗器的(de)護(hu)殼各(ge)種作業設備的(de)護(hu)殼需求(qiu)要(yao)可(ke)信度(du)接地保護(hu)保護(hu)。應(ying)力(li)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)裝置電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗器高電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)機繞線的(de)X端(高電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓尾)各(ge)種衡量電(dian)(dian)(dian)機繞線的(de)F端需求(qiu)要(yao)可(ke)信度(du)接地保護(hu)保護(hu)。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)(ji)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)時,第(di)一級(ji)(ji)、其次級(ji)(ji)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)底壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電機(ji)定(ding)子的(de)X端,在測量電機(ji)定(ding)子的(de)F端相應高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電機(ji)定(ding)子的(de)X端(高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本(ben)級(ji)(ji)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)的(de)殼體(ti)。第(di)一級(ji)(ji)、其次級(ji)(ji)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)的(de)殼體(ti)要采用耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)之(zhi)架(jia)的(de)接(jie)地。

3、撥通主機主機電源(yuan)前,進行整體的(de)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器務(wu)必調(diao)(diao)到零位(wei)側后(hou)方可撥通主機主機電源(yuan),重合閘,始于(yu)升壓(ya)。

5、檢驗結束以后后,應在數秒(miao)內(nei)勻(yun)速運動的(de)將調(diao)壓器(qi)跳(tiao)到(dao)至零位,其次截斷電原。

6、本品牌不合法高(gao)達額定參數值使(shi)用的。除沖擊試驗應該外,決不會合法全(quan)輸出(chu)功率(lv)通電或關閉電源。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)性經(jing)過多次實(shi)驗(yan)遇到(dao)(dao)(dao)工作中,如遇到(dao)(dao)(dao)接下(xia)來(lai)不對常(chang)現(xian)象時,應完(wan)畢減壓(ya),剪斷電(dian)原,中止(zhi)經(jing)過多次實(shi)驗(yan)遇到(dao)(dao)(dao)并(bing)核實(shi)因素。

8、圖1中第9項系負(fu)擔閥及負(fu)擔表,為長(chang)期性停用(yong)的狀態。每6八(ba)個月開(kai)閥以此,以全面觀察(cha)SF6負(fu)擔,應不需小于0.2MPa(全面觀察(cha)負(fu)擔后(hou)即刻停用(yong)閥體),底于0.2MPa時應當加SF6有機廢氣(qi)氣(qi)體,以加劇(ju)氣(qi)耐(nai)壓。

9、耐壓性(xing)實驗(yan)設計左右應(ying)測試被試系統的隔熱(re)電(dian)阻值(zhi),檢(jian)驗(yan)隔熱(re)情況報告。

10、當試驗檢測干式變(bian)壓器長期(qi)性(xing)的不動用時,應安(an)放于排風、吹(chui)干、無(wu)太(tai)陽斜射的方面。

11、該設備(bei)不支持在優(you)于45℃的工(gong)作溫(wen)度下持久放(fang)置、施用、放(fang)氣。

12、公路運輸搬卸期間不能作(zuo)用力(li)沖擊力(li)。

13、軟(ruan)件固(gu)定件及壓為閥(fa)、壓為表嚴禁未經許可晃動。

一(yi)、企業產品簡析

變壓器和互感器的感應耐壓試驗是保證變壓器質量符合國家標準的一項重要試驗。變壓器繞組的匝間、層間、段間及相間絕緣的縱絕緣感應耐壓試驗,則是變壓器絕緣試驗中的重要項目。基于縱絕緣試驗中的特殊性,需要通過施加倍頻電源裝置,以提高繞組間絕緣的試驗電壓,從而達到耐壓試驗的目的。

二、作業的基本原理

四、SFQ使用方法

為工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)式(shi)裝備。即五倍(bei)發生(sheng)生(sheng)器(qi)(qi)和五倍(bei)頻把控好(hao)保護的提(ti)升裝置(zhi)(zhi),并現有過濾器(qi)(qi)保護的,工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)流表、五倍(bei)頻效果、電(dian)流值表,以通過監聽器(qi)(qi)和用(yong)于(yu)用(yong),其(qi)把控好(hao)保護的提(ti)升裝置(zhi)(zhi)后蓋板上(shang)接法柱與電(dian)腦主機銜接形(xing)式(shi)方式(shi)圖(tu)下圖(tu):

按下面部驟(zou)開始的操(cao)作:

1、接通電源,合上空氣開關,則控制裝置綠色指示燈亮。
2、將調壓器回零,啟動紅色按鈕,則三倍頻發生器通電運行,調壓器等待升壓。
3、將調壓器調壓至試驗所需電壓值且嚴密監視控制裝置中的電流和電壓值,并作好詳細記錄。

4、當在應力測試(shi)進程(cheng)中,被試(shi)品(pin)顯現匝間(jian)、層間(jian)或段間(jian)、兩色相間(jian)絕緣性熱(re)擊(ji)穿跡象,則管(guan)理管(guan)路(lu)中應力測試(shi)直流電(dian)壓不斷地,繼設備可再次斷路(lu)器跳閘,關機。

5、測試完了(le),將調壓器撤回零位。

五、外接補償問題:
對容性負載如高壓試驗變壓器、電容式電壓互感器可不外接補償,或外接感性補償。對感性負載,一般外接容性補償,其補償值為感性負載容量的50%。

六、維修及保養:
本設備請置于通風干燥處保存。本產品免費保修壹年。
