工頻(pin)擊穿電壓現場實驗運(yun)營(ying)小心情況說明

1)實(shi)驗(yan)人(ren)應了解(jie)分(fen)工負責,要明確(que)互(hu)為間方案。并有針對性人(ren)監護權施(shi)工現場健(jian)康及(ji)觀看試品的(de)情況。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)前(qian)應(ying)掃除干(gan)凈的,并常(chang)溫、干(gan)燥,以避免已損(sun)壞被試(shi)品(pin)和檢驗(yan)面臨的數(shu)據誤(wu)差。

3)相對于中(zhong)大型校正(zheng),一樣都先參與空升校正(zheng)。即不接(jie)試品時(shi)升壓至校正(zheng)電流值,校對各方面表計,設(she)定(ding)球氣隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)加速度不(bu)能夠(gou)太快,并肯(ken)定以(yi)防瞬間負壓(ya)。隨后調壓(ya)器找不(bu)到(dao)零(ling)位時瞬間送電(dian)。也沒有能夠(gou)瞬間立即切斷電(dian),通(tong)常應在(zai)調壓(ya)器降到(dao)零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當(dang)額定交流電(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)流上(shang)升實驗設計額定交流電(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)流時,已(yi)經手表,到1min后(hou),很(hen)快穩壓(ya)到1/3實驗設計額定交流電(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)流下例時,就能往(wang)上(shang)拉電(dian)壓(ya)。

6)在(zai)升(sheng)壓或耐壓現(xian)場實(shi)驗現(xian)場實(shi)驗方式中,如(ru)挖掘(jue)敘述不當常(chang)癥狀時,應可以降血壓,剪斷(duan)主機電(dian)(dian)源。停(ting)機現(xian)場實(shi)驗并查出緣(yuan)(yuan)故:①的電(dian)(dian)壓表指南甩動巨(ju)大;②挖掘(jue)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)阻烤焦(jiao)或冒(mao)火;③被(bei)試品(pin)內有不當常(chang)的嗓音(yin)。

7)耐壓(ya)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)前后的應側量隔絕(jue)電阻功率,檢(jian)查報告隔絕(jue)癥狀。

測試(shi)(shi)低壓(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)器在做被試(shi)(shi)品的電流(liu)抗壓(ya)(ya)或走漏測試(shi)(shi)時接線頭(tou)基本原理圖(tu)如下圖(tu)所示6。

透漏檢驗(yan)中(zhong)(zhong)限流(liu)(liu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)熱(re)敏電(dian)阻(zu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)R1選(xuan)定在功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)打印(yin)(yin)打印(yin)(yin)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)值降(jiang)時,打印(yin)(yin)打印(yin)(yin)輸出端發生(sheng)故障工作功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)不超越(yue)壓(ya)力硅(gui)堆的(de)大整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)壓(ya)值降(jiang)硅(gui)堆的(de)大整流(liu)(liu)工作功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)為(wei)100mA時廣泛用(yong)于60kV的(de)檢驗(yan)設備中(zhong)(zhong),限流(liu)(liu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)熱(re)敏電(dian)阻(zu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)定。限流(liu)(liu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)熱(re)敏電(dian)阻(zu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)還應具備有(you)充足的(de)存儲空間和沿面電(dian)流(liu)(liu)長距離。

油田濾波電(dian)解(jie)電(dian)容(電(dian)解(jie)電(dian)容器)C1通常(chang)選定 在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品(pin)的電(dian)解(jie)電(dian)容(電(dian)解(jie)電(dian)容器)量巨大(da)時,C1可省略(lve)都要。

走(zou)漏(lou)檢測的(de)的(de)操(cao)作及留意(yi)應當

1)實驗設計時需先觀(guan)察(cha)被試品可不(bu)可以(yi)停(ting)機,接(jie)地裝置(zhi)發出電,往(wang)往(wang)境內外連線可不(bu)可以(yi)晾(liang)干凈。要警惕(ti)將實驗設計交(jiao)流電壓加到還有人工作的(de)(de)的(de)(de)關鍵部位(wei)進去。

2)接好(hao)試(shi)驗裝置報(bao)告(gao)配置的接到線后,應(ying)常規(gui)復查正(zheng)確性后才需加壓。應(ying)尤其是(shi)目光(guang)排查各(ge)類高(gao)壓環保(bao)設備及(ji)引線與(yu)地、與(yu)來進行(xing)操作專業人員(yuan)的防護(hu)相(xiang)距,被試(shi)品的金(jin)屬外殼什么情(qing)況下可靠性的接地,要(yao)按防護(hu)導則相(xiang)應(ying)規(gui)范的網站內(nei)容來進行(xing)試(shi)驗裝置報(bao)告(gao)。

3)對(dui)大電(dian)(dian)阻量(liang)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)應過慢升壓,制止被試品(pin)(pin)的手機充電(dian)(dian)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)燒(shao)斷微安表(biao)。必要性時該(gai)分等(deng)級增(zeng)壓,依(yi)次讀(du)取硬盤派(pai)出機關電(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)流(liu)下微安表(biao)的穩固(gu)讀(du)數。

4)檢(jian)驗方(fang)式(shi)中(zhong),應相互之間(jian)監聽手機被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)、檢(jian)驗設施、微安表,萬(wan)一發生穿透、忽(hu)閃等無(wu)效物理(li)現象應當即降血(xue)壓,弄(nong)斷電(dian)源(yuan)適配器,并核(he)實其原因,簡略(lve)記錄(lu)時間(jian)。

5)實(shi)驗設(she)計完后,減壓(ya),打斷電壓(ya)后應(ying)將被試品及實(shi)驗設(she)計系(xi)統客觀事物徹底的(de)自放電。

四(si)、需(xu)要注意法定程序

1、以您(nin)所通過的(de)實驗裝置(zhi)接好業務(wu)層面。實驗裝置(zhi)配(pei)電變(bian)電器(qi)的(de)塑料(liao)殼或運行設計(ji)的(de)塑料(liao)殼須要靠(kao)得住跨(kua)接。實驗裝置(zhi)配(pei)電變(bian)電器(qi)直流直流高壓(ya)電機繞線的(de)X端(直流直流高壓(ya)尾)或估測電機繞線的(de)F端須要靠(kao)得住跨(kua)接。

2、做串級(ji)經(jing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)多次(ci)(ci)實(shi)驗發現時,第一(yi)(yi)個(ge)級(ji)、三(san)、級(ji)經(jing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)多次(ci)(ci)實(shi)驗發現變(bian)電器的(de)(de)底(di)壓電機(ji)繞線(xian)的(de)(de)X端,測定電機(ji)繞線(xian)的(de)(de)F端并且 高(gao)電壓電機(ji)繞線(xian)的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)電壓尾)均接本級(ji)經(jing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)多次(ci)(ci)實(shi)驗發現變(bian)電器的(de)(de)底(di)殼(ke)。第一(yi)(yi)個(ge)級(ji)、三(san)、級(ji)經(jing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)多次(ci)(ci)實(shi)驗發現變(bian)電器的(de)(de)底(di)殼(ke)可以經(jing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)隔(ge)熱支撐桿地線(xian)。

3、接(jie)聽(ting)外接(jie)電(dian)源開關(guan)前(qian),運行設(she)計的(de)調壓器(qi)都要調到零位后面可連聽(ting)外接(jie)電(dian)源開關(guan),分閘,始于升壓。

5、檢測(ce)結(jie)束(shu)后后,應在數(shu)秒內平均速度的將調(diao)壓器(qi)退回(hui)至零位,并且(qie)割(ge)斷(duan)電原。

6、本物(wu)料不恰超越固定(ding)技術參數(shu)動用。除試驗裝置應該(gai)外(wai),絕不容許全(quan)電流值通電或跳閘。

7、再(zai)升(sheng)壓或擊(ji)穿電壓做(zuo)實驗(yan)的時候(hou)(hou)方式中(zhong),如知道以內不當常現狀時,應之后(hou)穩(wen)壓,鋸斷主機電源,退出做(zuo)實驗(yan)的時候(hou)(hou)并查證原因。

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系心(xin)理(li)學習壓(ya)閥(fa)及心(xin)理(li)學習電(dian)接點壓(ya)表(biao),為長久(jiu)的關畢(bi)動態。每6月(yue)開閥(fa)有(you)一次,以查驗(yan)SF6心(xin)理(li)學習壓(ya),應(ying)不少于0.2MPa(查驗(yan)心(xin)理(li)學習壓(ya)后即時關畢(bi)電(dian)動閥(fa)門(men)),壓(ya)低0.2MPa應(ying)該(gai)加SF6氣休(xiu),以增長氣耐壓(ya)。

9、抗(kang)壓科學試(shi)驗(yan)左右應在測(ce)量被試(shi)機 的接地電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)測(ce)試(shi)器電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)器,檢查接地電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)測(ce)試(shi)器狀況。

10、當(dang)試驗報(bao)告配電變壓器暫時不安(an)全使用時,應安(an)裝于透氣、非常干(gan)燥、無開朗直曬的點(dian)。

11、該車輛(liang)不可以在(zai)大于45℃的攝(she)氏度(du)下長(chang)期性的停放、便用、放氣。

12、運(yun)載搬動(dong)意外不許重(zhong)能力的沖擊。

13、的產品鎖緊(jin)件及負(fu)荷閥、負(fu)荷表不可以強行松(song)脫。

一、貨品慨述

變壓器和互感器的感應耐壓試驗是保證變壓器質量符合國家標準的一項重要試驗。變壓器繞組的匝間、層間、段間及相間絕緣的縱絕緣感應耐壓試驗,則是變壓器絕緣試驗中的重要項目。基于縱絕緣試驗中的特殊性,需要通過施加倍頻電源裝置,以提高繞組間絕緣的試驗電壓,從而達到耐壓試驗的目的。
是為滿足上述要求而設計制造,經過廣大用戶使用證明:其操作簡單、性能可靠、能較好地滿足變壓器、互感器感應耐壓試驗的需要。

二(er)、工(gong)作任(ren)務的(de)基本工(gong)作原理

由三臺單相變壓組成,其工作原理如圖一

四、SFQ使用方法

按如下所示步數完成(cheng)進行操(cao)作:

1、接通電源,合上空氣開關,則控制裝置綠色指示燈亮。
2、將調壓器回零,啟動紅色按鈕,則三倍頻發生器通電運行,調壓器等待升壓。
3、將調壓器調壓至試驗所需電壓值且嚴密監視控制裝置中的電流和電壓值,并作好詳細記錄。

4、比如應(ying)力(li)測試(shi)(shi)進程(cheng)中(zhong),被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)出來匝間(jian)、層(ceng)間(jian)或段間(jian)、紅黃(huang)絕緣帶損(sun)壞的現象,則的控制二次(ci)回(hui)路中(zhong)應(ying)力(li)測試(shi)(shi)交流電加大,繼電氣可盡(jin)快(kuai)斷路器跳閘,關(guan)閉電源。

5、校正結束,將調壓器退款零位(wei)。

五、外接補償問題:
對容性負載如高壓試驗變壓器、電容式電壓互感器可不外接補償,或外接感性補償。對感性負載,一般外接容性補償,其補償值為感性負載容量的50%。

六、維修及保養:
本設備請置于通風干燥處保存。本產品免費保修壹年。
