二、YDQSF6氣體絕緣高壓試驗變壓器?服務空間結構

YDQ系列的髙壓(ya)經過多次實(shi)驗(yan)發(fa)現電力(li)變(bian)壓(ya)器采(cai)取單框(kuang)芯式(shi)鐵芯框(kuang)架設計(ji),高級繞阻繞在鐵芯上,髙壓(ya)繞阻外出,這(zhe)類同軸布置房間下降了漏(lou)磁通,因為增大(da)繞阻間的解耦。成品的塑料(liao)殼為圓錐形灌(guan)式(shi)容器等框(kuang)架設計(ji),本事受0.8MPa以上的有壓(ya)力(li)。其框(kuang)架設計(ji)見圖1:

1)測試人群應加強職責(ze),很明確雙方間步驟。并有(you)專門的(de)人監(jian)管車間安全性高及探究(jiu)試品環境。

2)被試品時要大(da)掃除(chu)清潔,并(bing)變(bian)干,否則損害(hai)被試品和應(ying)力測試引(yin)致的誤(wu)差率。

3)來說超(chao)大(da)型做實(shi)驗(yan)的時(shi)(shi)候裝置(zhi),一(yi)般的都先要(yao)做空升做實(shi)驗(yan)的時(shi)(shi)候裝置(zhi)。即不接(jie)試品(pin)時(shi)(shi)升壓(ya)(ya)至做實(shi)驗(yan)的時(shi)(shi)候裝置(zhi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)流,校對(dui)各(ge)(ge)種各(ge)(ge)樣(yang)表計,調正球腐蝕痕跡(ji)。

4)升壓加(jia)速度(du)沒有太快,并(bing)需以防無(wu)(wu)緣無(wu)(wu)故負(fu)壓。列(lie)舉調(diao)壓器(qi)找不到(dao)零位時無(wu)(wu)緣無(wu)(wu)故送電。也沒有無(wu)(wu)緣無(wu)(wu)故中(zhong)斷交流電源,平常(chang)應在調(diao)壓器(qi)降到(dao)零位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)值(zhi)增至耐壓(ya)實驗設計電(dian)流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)值(zhi)時(shi),已經開(kai)始倒計時(shi)鐘,到(dao)1min后,及時(shi)穩(wen)壓(ya)到(dao)1/3耐壓(ya)實驗設計電(dian)流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)值(zhi)接下來時(shi),就要拉大外接電(dian)源。

7)耐(nai)壓性現(xian)場實驗左(zuo)右側應精確測(ce)量絕緣電(dian)阻(zu)電(dian)容(rong)電(dian)容(rong),查(cha)驗絕緣電(dian)阻(zu)電(dian)容(rong)情形。

測試(shi)(shi)電抗器在(zai)做被試(shi)(shi)品的直流電源耐沖擊或外泄測試(shi)(shi)時布線作用圖(tu)如圖(tu)所示6。

透漏測試安(an)(an)裝中(zhong)限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)R1選澤在額定儲(chu)存量(liang)(liang)輸入精度線(xian)額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸入精度端過壓工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流量(liang)(liang)不(bu)超過了高額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅(gui)(gui)堆的(de)大(da)(da)整(zheng)流。如線(xian)額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅(gui)(gui)堆的(de)大(da)(da)整(zheng)流工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流量(liang)(liang)為100mA時(shi)應(ying)用(yong)于(yu)60kV的(de)測試安(an)(an)裝安(an)(an)裝中(zhong),限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選澤。限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)還應(ying)更(geng)具足夠的(de)的(de)儲(chu)存量(liang)(liang)和沿面蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)長距離(li)。

進行高壓濾(lv)波電解(jie)電容(rong)(rong)器C1常見挑(tiao)選在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電解(jie)電容(rong)(rong)器量較大(da)時,C1可(ke)省略(lve)不同。

暴露試驗檢測的控制及注意力作(zuo)用

1)檢驗前須(xu)先檢修被試品是(shi)否能(neng)夠(gou)能(neng)夠(gou)停機,一定接地發出電,任何對(dui)內連(lian)線是(shi)否能(neng)夠(gou)能(neng)夠(gou)洗(xi)凈(jing)(jing)凈(jing)(jing)。要防控將檢驗輸出功率(lv)加到有許(xu)多人運行(xing)的身體部位提升(sheng)。

2)接好試驗(yan)臺臺傳動裝置的(de)插頭(tou)接線(xian)處后,應復查工作沒有錯(cuo)誤后才需加壓。應專門主要檢測壓力裝置及引線(xian)與(yu)地、與(yu)操(cao)作方(fang)法(fa)者的(de)健(jian)(jian)康性(xing)(xing)高的(de)距離,被試品的(de)的(de)外殼是(shi)健(jian)(jian)康等電位連接,要按健(jian)(jian)康性(xing)(xing)高技術標準中其(qi)法(fa)律法(fa)規的(de)方(fang)面進行試驗(yan)臺臺。

3)對待大電容(rong)器量系統應較慢(man)升(sheng)壓,以防被試(shi)品的(de)手(shou)機充電感應電流燒(shao)毀微安(an)表。不必要時該等級劃分增壓,分別識別各個額定電壓下微安(an)表的(de)穩定性(xing)讀數(shu)。

4)耐(nai)壓的過程 中,應(ying)頻繁(fan)監聽被試品(pin)、耐(nai)壓安全裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、微安表,萬一引發電壓擊穿、忽(hu)明忽(hu)暗等(deng)越(yue)來越(yue)問題應(ying)會降血壓,割斷電原,并查(cha)實問題,簡(jian)要(yao)紀錄(lu)。

5)沖擊(ji)實驗(yan)完了,減壓(ya),關閉(bi)供電后應將(jiang)被試(shi)品及沖擊(ji)實驗(yan)配(pei)置自己徹(che)底的(de)蓄電池充電。

四、注重重大事項

1、遵循您(nin)所通過的實(shi)驗設(she)計接好工(gong)作(zuo)中層(ceng)面。實(shi)驗設(she)計低壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)力變(bian)(bian)壓器的設(she)備(bei)殼并且 的操作(zuo)的設(she)備(bei)殼不(bu)(bu)得(de)不(bu)(bu)安全地(di)線(xian)系統。實(shi)驗設(she)計低壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)力變(bian)(bian)壓器髙壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)繞線(xian)的X端(髙壓尾)并且 衡量電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)繞線(xian)的F端不(bu)(bu)得(de)不(bu)(bu)安全地(di)線(xian)系統。

2、做串級(ji)現(xian)場(chang)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,第(di)五(wu)級(ji)、3、級(ji)現(xian)場(chang)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)箱(xiang)式(shi)干(gan)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)力變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)機定子(zi)的(de)X端,量測電(dian)(dian)機定子(zi)的(de)F端已經(jing)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)機定子(zi)的(de)X端(高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓尾)均接本(ben)級(ji)現(xian)場(chang)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)箱(xiang)式(shi)干(gan)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)力變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)塑料殼(ke)子(zi)。第(di)五(wu)級(ji)、3、級(ji)現(xian)場(chang)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)箱(xiang)式(shi)干(gan)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)力變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)塑料殼(ke)子(zi)需要(yao)依據(ju)等電(dian)(dian)位連接固定支架(jia)等電(dian)(dian)位連接。

6、本(ben)服務禁止(zhi)超額(e)定(ding)容(rong)量規格(ge)施用。除實驗設計必定(ding)外,絕不支持支持全(quan)電流通電或(huo)斷掉電源。

7、再升壓(ya)(ya)或擊穿電壓(ya)(ya)實驗設計(ji)步驟中,如出現 一些不當常狀況時(shi),應(ying)即時(shi)減壓(ya)(ya),截斷供電,已(yi)停實驗設計(ji)并確(que)認情況。

8、圖1中第(di)9項系工作壓(ya)為(wei)(wei)差(cha)閥及工作壓(ya)為(wei)(wei)差(cha)表,為(wei)(wei)短期封的情形。每6八個月開(kai)閥多次(ci),以檢(jian)驗SF6工作壓(ya)為(wei)(wei)差(cha),應不不超過0.2MPa(檢(jian)驗工作壓(ya)為(wei)(wei)差(cha)后完畢封止回閥),超過0.2MPa時該加SF6氣態,以增強氣耐(nai)壓(ya)。

12、配送貨物運輸半路上不許引力沖刺。

一、產(chan)品介紹

變壓器和互感器的感應耐壓試驗是保證變壓器質量符合國家標準的一項重要試驗。變壓器繞組的匝間、層間、段間及相間絕緣的縱絕緣感應耐壓試驗,則是變壓器絕緣試驗中的重要項目。基于縱絕緣試驗中的特殊性,需要通過施加倍頻電源裝置,以提高繞組間絕緣的試驗電壓,從而達到耐壓試驗的目的。
是為滿足上述要求而設計制造,經過廣大用戶使用證明:其操作簡單、性能可靠、能較好地滿足變壓器、互感器感應耐壓試驗的需要。

二、操作的原理

由三臺單相變壓組成,其工作原理如圖一

按(an)一下步驟確定操作(zuo)流程:

1、接通電源,合上空氣開關,則控制裝置綠色指示燈亮。
2、將調壓器回零,啟動紅色按鈕,則三倍頻發生器通電運行,調壓器等待升壓。
3、將調壓器調壓至試驗所需電壓值且嚴密監視控制裝置中的電流和電壓值,并作好詳細記錄。

4、就(jiu)比如(ru)實(shi)驗(yan)設(she)(she)計階段中,被試品誕生匝間、層間或段間、紅(hong)黃(huang)絕(jue)緣性損(sun)壞原(yuan)因,則調控(kong)電(dian)(dian)路開關中實(shi)驗(yan)設(she)(she)計瞬時電(dian)(dian)流(liu)大,繼家(jia)電(dian)(dian)可(ke)即時跳閘的原(yuan)因,無(wu)電(dian)(dian)可(ke)用(yong)。

5、校正完成,將調壓器(qi)取消訂(ding)單(dan)零(ling)位。

五、外接補償問題:
對容性負載如高壓試驗變壓器、電容式電壓互感器可不外接補償,或外接感性補償。對感性負載,一般外接容性補償,其補償值為感性負載容量的50%。

六、維修及保養:
本設備請置于通風干燥處保存。本產品免費保修壹年。
