球(qiu)摩(mo)擦及(ji)確(que)保的(de)內(nei)阻:當電容值高達球(qiu)摩(mo)擦整(zheng)定值時(一般的(de)取可靠(kao)性(xing)經過多次(ci)實驗發現(xian)電容值的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)摩(mo)擦電流,對被(bei)試品產生(sheng)確(que)保的(de)功能。球(qiu)摩(mo)擦確(que)保的(de)內(nei)阻可按1Ω/V(可靠(kao)性(xing)經過多次(ci)實驗發現(xian)電容值)查找。

工頻耐沖擊應力測試運營關注要點(dian)

1)測(ce)試(shi)職(zhi)工應寫好要(yao)明確分工,要(yao)明確完美間技術(shu)。并有正(zheng)規(gui)人監護(hu)人現廠安(an)全的及仔細觀察試(shi)品感覺。

2)被試品前應清掃工清潔,并干澀,免得損毀被試品和應力(li)測試創造的(de)差值。

3)針對于專業(ye)校正(zheng),基本(ben)都應從(cong)去空升校正(zheng)。即不接試品時(shi)升壓至(zhi)校正(zheng)的(de)電壓,校對所有表計,調(diao)節球(qiu)孔徑(jing)。

4)升壓車速無法太快,并需避免沒(mei)預(yu)兆(zhao)加壓力(li)。列(lie)如 調(diao)壓器(qi)不是在(zai)零位(wei)時(shi)沒(mei)預(yu)兆(zhao)送電。也無法沒(mei)預(yu)兆(zhao)掐(qia)斷(duan)開(kai)關電源,一樣 應在(zai)調(diao)壓器(qi)降低(di)零位(wei)時(shi)拉(la)閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)升(sheng)為實驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)時,逐漸開始倒計時,到1min后,飛速降(jiang)(jiang)血壓(ya)到1/3實驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)接下(xia)來(lai)時,就能夠保持(chi)開關電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升壓或(huo)耐沖擊(ji)實驗歷程中,如感覺(jue)下(xia)面(mian)不(bu)(bu)對常實際情況時,應會穩壓,關閉(bi)交流電(dian)源。立即停止實驗并查證原因:①的電(dian)壓表指南搖動很多;②感覺(jue)接地燒化或(huo)冒氣;③被試品內(nei)有不(bu)(bu)對常的生音(yin)。

7)耐沖擊試驗報告(gao)前后的應(ying)衡量絕(jue)緣(yuan)性(xing)層內阻,審核(he)絕(jue)緣(yuan)性(xing)層的情況。

應力(li)測試電(dian)抗器在做(zuo)被試品的直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)源(yuan)抗壓或(huo)泄(xie)密應力(li)測試時接線頭原(yuan)理圖(tu)圖(tu)如(ru)同6。

油(you)田濾波(bo)電(dian)阻C1基(ji)本考(kao)慮(lv)在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品(pin)的(de)電(dian)阻量非常大的(de)時,C1可省略還要(yao)。

透露(lu)疲(pi)勞試驗的操作(zuo)流程及(ji)要留意事宜(yi)

1)實驗前應(ying)該先撿查(cha)被(bei)試品什么(me)情況(kuang)下停(ting)工,保(bao)護接地擊穿,所有(you)的多對外謊稱(cheng)連(lian)線(xian)什么(me)情況(kuang)下洗凈(jing)凈(jing)。要(yao)謹(jin)防將實驗相電壓(ya)加到有(you)人會做工作的臟(zang)器上(shang)。

2)接好疲勞做(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)驗的(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)候控制系(xi)統的(de)接線方(fang)(fang)法(fa)后,應(ying)復(fu)檢情況屬實(shi)后才要加壓(ya)(ya)。應(ying)尤其是主要審核髙壓(ya)(ya)設施設備(bei)(bei)及引線與地(di)、與操作(zuo)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)者的(de)很(hen)安全衛生離,被試品的(de)設備(bei)(bei)殼會不可(ke)信(xin)接地(di)線,要按(an)很(hen)安全衛生工程時(shi)(shi)(shi)所法(fa)律法(fa)規的(de)方(fang)(fang)面使用疲勞做(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)驗的(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)候。

3)來說大電阻量(liang)設施應(ying)很快升(sheng)壓(ya),處理被試品的快速充電工作(zuo)電流短路微(wei)安(an)表。必要條件該分(fen)級(ji)制度高層供水,分(fen)開讀(du)各個(ge)電流下(xia)微(wei)安(an)表的平衡讀(du)數。

4)做實(shi)驗的時(shi)候(hou)過程中 中,應相(xiang)互之間(jian)優化(hua)跟蹤被試品、做實(shi)驗的時(shi)候(hou)平衡裝置、微安表,只要突發損壞、一(yi)閃一(yi)閃等無效(xiao)癥狀(zhuang)應當即穩(wen)壓,鋸斷主機電源,并查(cha)清原故(gu),詳(xiang)細說明登記(ji)。

5)檢驗立即,穩壓(ya),斷掉外接電源(yuan)后應將被試品及檢驗平衡裝置任何積極(ji)電池充電。

四、注意力須知

1、都按(an)照(zhao)您所(suo)完成的(de)實驗(yan)(yan)(yan)設(she)計(ji)接(jie)好的(de)工作(zuo)火(huo)車線路。實驗(yan)(yan)(yan)設(she)計(ji)低壓低壓變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)塑料設(she)備(bei)殼(ke)和進行操作(zuo)軟件的(de)塑料設(she)備(bei)殼(ke)需(xu)求是(shi)真的(de)嗎的(de)接(jie)地(di)(di)系統。實驗(yan)(yan)(yan)設(she)計(ji)低壓低壓變(bian)壓器(qi)直(zhi)流電(dian)繞阻(zu)的(de)X端(直(zhi)流電(dian)尾)和量(liang)測繞阻(zu)的(de)F端需(xu)求是(shi)真的(de)嗎的(de)接(jie)地(di)(di)系統。

2、做串級實(shi)驗(yan)時,再者級、再者級實(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)器的壓(ya)(ya)差大電(dian)(dian)機定子的X端,測定電(dian)(dian)機定子的F端及(ji)其高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)力配電(dian)(dian)變壓(ya)(ya)器低壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)機定子的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)力配電(dian)(dian)變壓(ya)(ya)器低壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級實(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)器的機殼(ke)。再者級、再者級實(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)器的機殼(ke)必(bi)需進(jin)行絕緣帶角架一定接地。

3、撥出去供電前,基本硬件的的調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器須要調(diao)到(dao)零位側后(hou)方可(ke)撥出去供電,送電,準(zhun)備升壓(ya)(ya)。

5、實(shi)驗結束后后,應在數秒(miao)內(nei)平均速度的將調壓器載入至零位(wei),然后呢切斷所有設備(bei)的主機(ji)電源主機(ji)電源。

6、本設備不(bu)能達到額定負載性能用。除做(zuo)實驗的時候須要(yao)外,毫不(bu)支持全輸出功率通電或關(guan)機。

7、再升壓(ya)或(huo)耐沖(chong)擊耐壓(ya)耐壓(ya)試驗方式中,如出現 以內一(yi)高一(yi)低常前提時,應之(zhi)后降血壓(ya),截斷24v電(dian)源,退出耐壓(ya)耐壓(ya)試驗并追(zhui)查現象。

8、圖1中第9項系阻(zu)力(li)閥(fa)及阻(zu)力(li)表,為(wei)經常性停用(yong)壯態。每(mei)6個月時(shi)間(jian)開閥(fa)連續,以檢驗(yan)SF6阻(zu)力(li),應不不大于0.2MPa(檢驗(yan)阻(zu)力(li)后直(zhi)接停用(yong)調(diao)節閥(fa) ),超過0.2MPa中應加SF6空(kong)氣,以加大氣絕緣性。

9、耐壓試驗(yan)(yan)實驗(yan)(yan)上下應(ying)量測被試系統的電耐壓功率電阻,檢查電耐壓情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗臺電壓器長久的不用時,應移動到于通(tong)風系統、潮濕、無太陽光陽光照射的特(te)點。

11、該的(de)產品不能(neng)接受在高(gao)出(chu)45℃的(de)的(de)溫度下(xia)長期(qi)的(de)停放(fang)、實(shi)用、放(fang)氣。

12、及運輸裝卸路(lu)上(shang)不(bu)宜(yi)摩擦力沖(chong)洗。

13、商品牢固(gu)件及(ji)阻(zu)力閥、阻(zu)力表不可隨意松脫。

14、便用本車輛做直流壓(ya)力應力測試時,出熟(shu)絡本原(yuan)因分析書外,還(huan)必須要(yao)堅持原(yuan)則連接中(zhong)國想關細則和工(gong)作(zuo)工(gong)程。可符合GB311-83《直流壓(ya)力輸變機的絕緣帶結合,直流壓(ya)力應力測試工(gong)藝》;《電器機改善性應力測試工(gong)程》等(deng)。

五、儲存量確定

標稱經過多次實驗發現電壓(ya)器數量Pn那就是定計算方(fang)式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱(cheng)實(shi)驗設計(ji)箱式(shi)變壓器數量(kVA)

Vn——試驗裝置(zhi)干式變壓(ya)器的額定(ding)值輸入(ru)髙壓(ya)的可行(xing)值(kV)

k ——平安彈性系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓電(dian)流(liu)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓電(dian)流(liu)較低時(shi),k值可用高一部分(fen)。

Ct——被試品(pin)的(de)電容器量(pF)

ω——角速度(du),ω=2πf,&nbsp;f——校正電源適配器的速度(du)

被試機器的(de)電感量Ct可由(you)交換電橋測(ce)出。Ct的(de)變化規律一定,

可由裝置的款式(shi)而定。

一、產品概況

變壓器和互感器的感應耐壓試驗是保證變壓器質量符合國家標準的一項重要試驗。變壓器繞組的匝間、層間、段間及相間絕緣的縱絕緣感應耐壓試驗,則是變壓器絕緣試驗中的重要項目。基于縱絕緣試驗中的特殊性,需要通過施加倍頻電源裝置,以提高繞組間絕緣的試驗電壓,從而達到耐壓試驗的目的。
是為滿足上述要求而設計制造,經過廣大用戶使用證明:其操作簡單、性能可靠、能較好地滿足變壓器、互感器感應耐壓試驗的需要。

四、SFQ使用方法

按以(yi)下幾點過程對(dui)其進(jin)行使用:

1、接通電源,合上空氣開關,則控制裝置綠色指示燈亮。
2、將調壓器回零,啟動紅色按鈕,則三倍頻發生器通電運行,調壓器等待升壓。
3、將調壓器調壓至試驗所需電壓值且嚴密監視控制裝置中的電流和電壓值,并作好詳細記錄。

4、假如耐(nai)(nai)壓耐(nai)(nai)壓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時候中(zhong),被試(shi)品現身匝間(jian)、層間(jian)或段間(jian)、兩(liang)色相(xiang)間(jian)接地穿透后(hou)果(guo),則保(bao)持電路開關中(zhong)耐(nai)(nai)壓耐(nai)(nai)壓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)交(jiao)流電增(zeng)高,按鈕開關設備可實(shi)時沒電,沒電。

5、疲勞試驗結(jie)束后,將(jiang)調壓器追(zhui)回(hui)零(ling)位。

五、外接補償問題:
對容性負載如高壓試驗變壓器、電容式電壓互感器可不外接補償,或外接感性補償。對感性負載,一般外接容性補償,其補償值為感性負載容量的50%。

本設備請置于通風干燥處保存。本產品免費保修壹年。
