YDQ系(xi)列作品氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)校正箱式變壓(ya)器采取(qu)單框(kuang)芯式鐵(tie)芯框(kuang)架(jia),初級社電機(ji)定子(zi)繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯上(shang),氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)電機(ji)定子(zi)出外,此類(lei)同軸布設抑制了(le)漏磁通,因為增很大電機(ji)定子(zi)間的交叉耦(ou)合。廠品的設備殼為圓錐形(xing)灌式儲槽(cao)框(kuang)架(jia),耐溫受0.8MPa及以上(shang)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)。其框(kuang)架(jia)見圖1:

工(gong)頻耐沖擊耐壓試驗實際(ji)操作(zuo)關注(zhu)法定程序

1)實驗(yan)室(shi)檢(jian)測師應(ying)做安(an)排,知道間(jian)接間(jian)方案(an)。并(bing)有正規(gui)人(ren)監護人(ren)工(gong)地很安(an)全及關察試(shi)品方式。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應該來清理清潔,并干燥的(de),一(yi)旦弄壞被試(shi)品(pin)和經過多次實(shi)驗發(fa)現引發(fa)的(de)誤差度。

3)而言大測(ce)試,通常情況下都時(shi)先來空(kong)升測(ce)試。即不接試品時(shi)升壓至測(ce)試電流值,校對各(ge)方(fang)面表計(ji),變(bian)動球孔徑。

4)升壓速度快不(bu)(bu)(bu)會太(tai)(tai)快,并一定要嚴防(fang)太(tai)(tai)過時(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)時(shi)(shi)補(bu)壓。隨后(hou)調壓器(qi)在零(ling)位時(shi)(shi)太(tai)(tai)過時(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)時(shi)(shi)分閘(zha)。就不(bu)(bu)(bu)會太(tai)(tai)過時(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)時(shi)(shi)斷掉24v電源,通常應在調壓器(qi)調至零(ling)位時(shi)(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)流(liu)的相(xiang)電(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)到可(ke)靠性(xing)實驗設計(ji)電(dian)流(liu)的相(xiang)電(dian)壓(ya)時,開端記錄時間,到1min后,發展減(jian)壓(ya)到1/3可(ke)靠性(xing)實驗設計(ji)電(dian)流(liu)的相(xiang)電(dian)壓(ya)如(ru)下時,也能收攏電(dian)源模塊(kuai)。

直(zhi)流電濾波電阻(zu)C1通(tong)常選在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電阻(zu)量特別大時,C1可省略(lve)不使(shi)用。

丟失實驗的進(jin)行操作及重視相關事宜

1)耐壓(ya)前要先排查被試(shi)品有(you)(you)無(wu)限電,等電位連(lian)接自放(fang)電,任(ren)何(he)針對連(lian)線有(you)(you)無(wu)擦拭干(gan)凈(jing)凈(jing)。要堅決杜絕將耐壓(ya)作業電壓(ya)加到(dao)有(you)(you)作業的關鍵部位起來。

2)接好實驗(yan)安(an)裝的(de)接線兩(liang)端后(hou),應復(fu)檢沒(mei)問題后(hou)才需加壓。應尤(you)其需注意檢杳高壓變壓器設施及(ji)引線與地(di)、與實操(cao)相關人員的(de)安(an)全可(ke)靠(kao)保障(zhang)離,被試品的(de)的(de)外殼能否準確接地(di)線,要(yao)按(an)安(an)全可(ke)靠(kao)保障(zhang)導則(ze)什(shen)么(me)和什(shen)么(me)中規(gui)定的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)內(nei)容(rong)確定實驗(yan)。

3)對于那些(xie)大濾波電(dian)容量產品(pin)應比較(jiao)慢升壓(ya),阻止被試品(pin)的快充工作電(dian)流(liu)燒毀微(wei)安(an)表。一定要中應級別劃分充壓(ya),各讀入各級政府相電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安(an)表的穩固讀數(shu)。

4)檢(jian)測保護裝置(zhi)方式中,應緊密聯系優化跟蹤被試品(pin)、檢(jian)測保護裝置(zhi)保護裝置(zhi)、微安表,一(yi)旦(dan)發現(xian)造成穿透(tou)、一(yi)閃一(yi)閃等(deng)異常處(chu)理現(xian)象(xiang)應即刻減壓,斷掉電原(yuan),并查出(chu)緣由(you),具(ju)體紀要。

5)疲勞試(shi)驗(yan)檢測(ce)已完成,降血壓,掐斷(duan)電壓后(hou)應將(jiang)被試(shi)品及疲勞試(shi)驗(yan)檢測(ce)設(she)備本質充足尖端放電。

四、注重重大事項

1、通過您(nin)所完成的(de)實驗(yan)接好事(shi)業配電(dian)線(xian)路。實驗(yan)干式(shi)電(dian)力(li)變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)殼體并且操作流(liu)程系(xi)統的(de)的(de)殼體須要是真(zhen)的(de)嗎的(de)接地極(ji)裝(zhuang)置。實驗(yan)干式(shi)電(dian)力(li)變(bian)壓器(qi)壓力(li)電(dian)繞(rao)(rao)阻的(de)X端(壓力(li)電(dian)尾)并且測量(liang)方(fang)法(fa)繞(rao)(rao)阻的(de)F端須要是真(zhen)的(de)嗎的(de)接地極(ji)裝(zhuang)置。

5、實驗(yan)設(she)計成功后,應在數秒內平(ping)均(jun)速度的將(jiang)調(diao)壓器載入至零位(wei),進而(er)斷掉電壓。

6、本(ben)產品(pin)的不(bu)許不(bu)超額(e)定負(fu)載指(zhi)標的使用(yong)。除做(zuo)實(shi)驗的時候就必須外,決不(bu)會容許全線電(dian)(dian)壓通電(dian)(dian)或關閉電(dian)(dian)源。

7、再升壓或抗壓耐(nai)壓的(de)過程 中(zhong),如出現下面(mian)的(de)不好常狀(zhuang)況時,應(ying)當即降血壓,中(zhong)斷電源適配器,停(ting)止工(gong)作(zuo)耐(nai)壓并查清現象。

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)的有阻力(li)值(zhi)閥及的有阻力(li)值(zhi)表,為(wei)持(chi)久關了形(xing)態。每6個(ge)月左(zuo)右(you)開閥單(dan)次,以定期(qi)撿查(cha)SF6的有阻力(li)值(zhi),應不高于0.2MPa(定期(qi)撿查(cha)的有阻力(li)值(zhi)后會(hui)關了伐門(men)),大(da)于0.2MPa時,要加SF6廢氣,以延(yan)長氣絕緣電阻。

9、耐壓試驗進行(xing)實(shi)驗后(hou)應(ying)側量被試主設備的(de)隔(ge)(ge)絕內阻,審核隔(ge)(ge)絕的(de)情況(kuang)。

10、當沖擊試(shi)驗低壓(ya)變壓(ya)器(qi)持續不操作時(shi),應搭建(jian)于進風(feng)、干熱、無(wu)日(ri)曬(shai)爆(bao)曬(shai)的部位。

11、該(gai)的產品不(bu)限制(zhi)在優于45℃的溫(wen)濕度下不(bu)斷是儲存、安(an)全(quan)使用、放氣。

12、車(che)輛運(yun)輸(shu)幫運(yun)期間不可重(zhong)量影響。

變壓器和互感器的感應耐壓試驗是保證變壓器質量符合國家標準的一項重要試驗。變壓器繞組的匝間、層間、段間及相間絕緣的縱絕緣感應耐壓試驗,則是變壓器絕緣試驗中的重要項目。基于縱絕緣試驗中的特殊性,需要通過施加倍頻電源裝置,以提高繞組間絕緣的試驗電壓,從而達到耐壓試驗的目的。

四、SFQ使用方法

為分體式(shi)式(shi)主設(she)備(bei)。即兩(liang)倍時有發生(sheng)生(sheng)器和(he)兩(liang)倍頻(pin)(pin)的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),并設(she)在篩(shai)選確保,端(duan)電(dian)壓電(dian)流(liu)表、兩(liang)倍頻(pin)(pin)轉換、端(duan)電(dian)壓表,以來監控(kong)和(he)以便的(de)使(shi)用,其的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)開關上接(jie)法柱與電(dian)腦主機連接(jie)方案(an)(an)方案(an)(an)下列圖提示:

按下面環節展開使用:

1、接通電源,合上空氣開關,則控制裝置綠色指示燈亮。
2、將調壓器回零,啟動紅色按鈕,則三倍頻發生器通電運行,調壓器等待升壓。
3、將調壓器調壓至試驗所需電壓值且嚴密監視控制裝置中的電流和電壓值,并作好詳細記錄。

4、因(yin)在耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗檢(jian)測(ce)具體步(bu)驟中(zhong),被試(shi)品(pin)發生匝間(jian)(jian)、層(ceng)間(jian)(jian)或段間(jian)(jian)、紅黃隔熱電壓擊穿(chuan)物(wu)理現象,則(ze)設定漏電開關中(zhong)耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗檢(jian)測(ce)電流大(da)小增高,繼家電可即時(shi)跳(tiao)閘的原因(yin),關閉電源。

5、試(shi)驗(yan)報告完成后,將調壓器回退零位(wei)。

五、外接補償問題:
對容性負載如高壓試驗變壓器、電容式電壓互感器可不外接補償,或外接感性補償。對感性負載,一般外接容性補償,其補償值為感性負載容量的50%。

六、維修及保養:
本設備請置于通風干燥處保存。本產品免費保修壹年。
