做(zuo)(zuo)耐沖擊(ji)(ji)做(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)(shi)驗的(de)時(shi)(shi)候(hou)做(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)(shi)驗的(de)時(shi)(shi)候(hou)時(shi)(shi),掌握的(de)部分、變電(dian)器(qi)的(de)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)與(yu)地(di)面端(duan)及(ji)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)尾不(bu)得不(bu)可以信賴維(wei)(wei)護(hu)與(yu)地(di)面。一條件的(de)原因下,制作(zuo)頻耐沖擊(ji)(ji)做(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)(shi)驗的(de)時(shi)(shi)候(hou)做(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)(shi)驗的(de)時(shi)(shi)候(hou)請(qing)加限額(e)流(liu)(liu)(liu)阻值(zhi)值(zhi)、規范直流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)分壓器(qi)、球隙維(wei)(wei)護(hu)阻值(zhi)值(zhi)及(ji)維(wei)(wei)護(hu)球隙,長為3。
做直流電電壓(ya)擊穿電壓(ya)實(shi)驗設計請其余換成微安(an)表(biao),微安(an)表(biao)需接在硅堆(dui)(dui)和(he)被試(shi)器間,油(you)變或氣變一般來說擰(ning)在高(gao)電壓(ya)頭頂的(de)那一刻面(mian)(規范要求擰(ning)出短(duan)路故障桿),干(gan)變擰(ning)出外置(zhi)硅堆(dui)(dui)前(qian)面(mian);以便更準(zhun)確性體現高(gao)電壓(ya)直流電電壓(ya)外泄瞬時(shi)電流,請將分壓(ya)器的(de)高(gao)電壓(ya)實(shi)線接在微安(an)表(biao)和(he)硅堆(dui)(dui)間,(油(you)變、氣變)如(ru)下(xia)圖4,(干(gan)變)如(ru)下(xia)圖5。
耐壓試驗中限流電阻R1應根據試驗變壓器的額定容量來選擇。如高壓側額定輸出電流在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電壓);高壓側額定輸出電流為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗電壓)。常用水電阻作為限流電阻,管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠的熱容量(水阻液配制方法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配制成各種不同的阻值)。
球間(jian)距及確保電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻功率(lv)值(zhi)(zhi):當額(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓已經超過(guo)球間(jian)距整定(ding)(ding)(ding)值(zhi)(zhi)時(常見取應力(li)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)額(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)距擊穿(chuan),對被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)達到確保角色。球間(jian)距確保電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻功率(lv)值(zhi)(zhi)可按1Ω/V(應力(li)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)額(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)難以確定(ding)(ding)(ding)。

六、LYYDZ智能耐壓試驗裝置操作要點
1、沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)臺(tai)前,應(ying)認知被試(shi)品(pin)的沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)臺(tai)電阻(zu)值,同一認知被試(shi)品(pin)的任何沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)臺(tai)產品(pin)及(ji)原來的沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)臺(tai)效果。若被試(shi)品(pin)有(you)缺(que)陷(xian)或越來越,應(ying)在除去后再做好耐壓(ya)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)臺(tai)。
2、應(ying)(ying)力(li)測試現(xian)場應(ying)(ying)圍好遮(zhe)攔或圍繩,掛好標注牌,并派(pai)人員看(kan)護。
3、疲(pi)勞試(shi)驗前,被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品(pin)從表面應沖洗不臟,將(jiang)被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的外層和非被(bei)(bei)試(shi)繞(rao)阻可信度(du)保護接地。被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品(pin)為新沖油(you)(you)產品(pin)時,應按(an)《規范(fan)》規范(fan)使油(you)(you)靜置必(bi)須時候(hou)再(zai)升壓,對110kV及(ji)有(you)以(yi)下(xia)的充(chong)油(you)(you)魅力設(she)備,在注滿油(you)(you)后(hou)靜置準確(que)時間應不小(xiao)于24小(xiao)時候(hou),對220kV及(ji)330kV的充(chong)油(you)(you)電力能(neng)源主設(she)備,靜置期限(xian)應不大于48小(xiao)時。
4、接(jie)好試(shi)驗報告接(jie)線頭(tou)后,應(ying)由(you)有(you)生(sheng)產(chan)經(jing)驗的(de)人群檢修,判(pan)定正確性右后方可升壓(ya)。
5、升壓前,關鍵在于檢修調壓器是否需要在零位(wei)。調壓器在零位(wei)面(mian)可以(yi)升壓。
6、升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)過程中(zhong)不(bu)(bu)只(zhi)是要阻止相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)值(zhi)(zhi)的(de)轉(zhuan)變(bian)(bian) ,還應(ying)阻止直流相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)的(de)轉(zhuan)變(bian)(bian) ,或者被(bei)試品流出(chu)直流相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)的(de)轉(zhuan)變(bian)(bian) 。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)時要不(bu)(bu)均升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya),不(bu)(bu)可能太快。降(jiang)為(wei)規定耐壓(ya)(ya)相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)值(zhi)(zhi)時,準備記(ji)時,時期到后,慢慢的(de)不(bu)(bu)均落下相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)值(zhi)(zhi)。從(cong)不(bu)(bu)充許不(bu)(bu)減壓(ya)(ya)就先跳開電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)面板開關。
7、做實驗的時(shi)候(hou)中看到(dao)被試品(pin)有異(yi)常(chang)的異(yi)聲、冒火(huo)等應及(ji)時(shi)落下(xia)電(dian)流電(dian)壓(ya),往(wang)上拉電(dian),在高壓(ya)電(dian)側掛上接地保(bao)護線后(hou),再(zai)查證(zheng)問題。擊(ji)穿電(dian)壓(ya)做實驗的時(shi)候(hou)內外(wai)均應量測被試品(pin)的耐壓(ya)功率電(dian)阻。
七、LYYDZ智能耐壓試驗裝置面板功能說明
打印機:打印機是熱敏打印機,當試驗完成后按鍵盤上的“打印”按鈕打印試驗結果。
RS232:RS232是與計算機相連的串口通信接口,是用戶選配接口,本裝置沒有配置這個接口。
LCD對比度:因為液晶顯示屏在溫度和光線有所不同時稍有些變化,可以通過LCD對比度調節背光到適合亮度。
液晶: 320X240像素點陣白色背光液晶,在強光和陰暗環境下都十分清楚。
指示燈:由啟動燈、零位燈、報警燈三個燈組成,啟動燈和報警燈是高亮七彩燈。
操作提示:有一些簡短的提示語句和安裝接線圖。
緊急開關:在緊急情況下按此開關,即可以切斷變壓器電源,也可以切斷工作電源。(箱式安裝在面板上,臺式安裝在柜體上)
鍵盤:由上、下、左、右、設置、打印、確定、取消8個鍵組成,是用戶和設備交互的終端。
電源開關:工作電源,帶通電指示燈。
八、LYYDZ智能耐壓試驗裝置軟件使用說明
按試驗要求將控制部分、試驗變壓器、被試品正確接好線,必須可靠接地,請參考圖1、圖2、圖3、圖4、圖5。

選住(zhu)沖擊試驗手段后(hou),按(an)選擇應該(gai)走(zou)進主操作界面,如圖已(yi)知10:
動態顯示區:一直處于采集信號,并顯示高壓電壓、高壓電流、低壓電壓、低壓電流。
結果顯示區:如果試驗沒有被擊穿時,顯示平均高壓電壓,平均高壓電流,平均低壓電壓,平均低壓電流,絕緣電阻;否之,顯示峰值電壓,峰值電流,低壓電壓,低壓電流。

2、設(she)計(ji)主要參數
在(zai)主工(gong)具欄上,全(quan)選(xuan)“設(she)立”,并且(qie)按決(jue)定后進入設(she)立工(gong)具欄,如(ru)下圖11:

按(an)左←,右→時(shi)就能(neng)光(guang)(guang)(guang)標(biao)可(ke)移動所在(zai)座(zuo)位(wei),按(an)上↑、下↓時(shi)就要變更光(guang)(guang)(guang)標(biao)所在(zai)座(zuo)位(wei)數(shu)據(ju)文(wen)件的(de)(de)值(zhi)。光(guang)(guang)(guang)標(biao)所在(zai)座(zuo)位(wei)和(he)布置的(de)(de)目標(biao)值(zhi)全不就能(neng)夠(gou)重新循環法,前且在(zai)實用時(shi)有默許的(de)(de)的(de)(de)標(biao)準值(zhi)。假設很多的(de)(de)數(shu)據(ju)都(dou)布置結(jie)束,按(an)撤消(xiao)退場(chang)布置變回(hui)主介面逐漸情形。
3、手動操作時測試
零位檢查—當選中“試驗”后,按確定就進入提示試驗狀態。如果調壓器不在零位,將提示“試驗前請先回零”,退出試驗并且切換到回零命令。
試驗過程—回零確認后,可以進行試驗。選中“試驗”后按確定,接觸器合閘,這時輸出電壓幾乎為0,如圖12:
按(an)上↑,直流電工作電壓(ya)將一直升壓(ya),松完就(jiu)終止升壓(ya),如(ru)果(guo)到累計就(jiu)表示(shi)滿分度值(zhi);

按倒手(shou)(shou)表(biao)器(qi)(qi)←,倒手(shou)(shou)表(biao)器(qi)(qi)開端工作任務,到耐壓性(xing)耗時倒手(shou)(shou)表(biao)器(qi)(qi)完畢完成(cheng)任務檢測;

七、設備定期維護
1、拆箱報(bao)驗時,應查檢(jian)芯片組控制回路接(jie)到線有(you)沒(mei)松脫,調壓器電刷有(you)沒(mei)接(jie)觸(chu)性(xing)很好。
2.、常年不要(yao)時,適用時需用500V兆歐表估測(ce)隔熱電阻(zu)器,其(qi)阻(zu)值不大于0.5MΩ。

4、本管(guan)理箱(臺)有過工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)電流(liu)大小(xiao)量保證,出廠檢驗報告已校準(zhun)為特殊體(ti)積工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)電流(liu)大小(xiao)量的(de)50%。采用(yong)小(xiao)載荷時,應會按照(zhao)被(bei)試品(pin)的(de)特殊體(ti)積體(ti)積工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)電流(liu)大小(xiao)量再一次設計(ji);
