2、試驗部分接線及原理

耐壓試驗中限流電阻R1應根據試驗變壓器的額定容量來選擇。如高壓側額定輸出電流在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電壓);高壓側額定輸出電流為1A以上時,可取1&Omega;/V(試驗電壓)。常用水電阻作為限流電阻,管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠的熱容量(水阻液配制方法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配制成各種不同的阻值)。

3、檢(jian)驗前(qian),被試(shi)品(pin)界面應(ying)(ying)擦試(shi)潔凈,將(jiang)被試(shi)品(pin)的塑料外殼(ke)和非被試(shi)電(dian)機(ji)繞線牢靠(kao)跨接。被試(shi)品(pin)為(wei)新(xin)沖(chong)油專用設(she)備時(shi),應(ying)(ying)按《技術(shu)規程(cheng)》約定使油停止一段(duan)(duan)時(shi)段(duan)(duan)再升(sheng)壓,對110kV及下(xia)例(li)的充油電(dian)力能(neng)(neng)源設(she)施,在(zai)注滿油后靜置時(shi)間間隔應(ying)(ying)不(bu)(bu)短(duan)于(yu)24一小時(shi),對220kV及330kV的充油電(dian)能(neng)(neng)系統(tong),靜置耗時(shi)應(ying)(ying)不(bu)(bu)不(bu)(bu)大于(yu)48h。

4、接好測試(shi)接電(dian)源后,應(ying)由(you)有經驗豐(feng)富的(de)考生常規檢查,判斷準確(que)前方可升壓。

5、升(sheng)壓(ya)前(qian),最先查檢調(diao)壓(ya)器要不(bu)要在零位(wei)。調(diao)壓(ya)器在零位(wei)達(da)到升(sheng)壓(ya)。

6、升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)全過程中不只是要(yao)竊(qie)聽(ting)電流(liu)值(zhi)的變(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua),還應(ying)竊(qie)聽(ting)直流(liu)電流(liu)的變(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua),并且 被試品滲漏直流(liu)電流(liu)的變(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)時要(yao)勻升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya),未(wei)能太快(kuai)。降為規(gui)則試驗報告電流(liu)值(zhi)時,逐漸開(kai)始手表,日期到后(hou),速度慢勻降落(luo)電流(liu)值(zhi)。堅決不能不穩壓(ya)就先跳開(kai)電源適配器電源開(kai)關(guan)。

7、現場實驗(yan)裝置中發掘被試品有錯誤動靜、冒火等(deng)應立刻(ke)落下(xia)(xia)去輸出功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv),收攏電源(yuan)適配器,在各類高(gao)壓側掛上(shang)接地系統線后,再確認問題。耐(nai)沖(chong)擊現場實驗(yan)裝置上(shang)下(xia)(xia)均應估測被試品的絕緣功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)電阻(zu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)電阻(zu)。

七、LYYDZ智能耐壓試驗裝置面板功能說明

打印機:打印機是熱敏打印機,當試驗完成后按鍵盤上的“打印”按鈕打印試驗結果。

RS232:RS232是與計算機相連的串口通信接口,是用戶選配接口,本裝置沒有配置這個接口。

LCD對比度:因為液晶顯示屏在溫度和光線有所不同時稍有些變化,可以通過LCD對比度調節背光到適合亮度。

液晶: 320X240像素點陣白色背光液晶,在強光和陰暗環境下都十分清楚。

指示燈:由啟動燈、零位燈、報警燈三個燈組成,啟動燈和報警燈是高亮七彩燈。

操作提示:有一些簡短的提示語句和安裝接線圖。

緊急開關:在緊急情況下按此開關,即可以切斷變壓器電源,也可以切斷工作電源。(箱式安裝在面板上,臺式安裝在柜體上)

鍵盤:由上、下、左、右、設置、打印、確定、取消8個鍵組成,是用戶和設備交互的終端。

電源開關:工作電源,帶通電指示燈。

 

八、LYYDZ智能耐壓試驗裝置軟件使用說明

按試驗要求將控制部分、試驗變壓器、被試品正確接好線,必須可靠接地,請參考圖1、圖2、圖3、圖4、圖5。

3、自功疲勞(lao)試(shi)驗

零位檢查—當選中&ldquo;試驗”后,按確定就進入提示試驗狀態。如果調壓器不在零位,將提示“試驗前請先回零”,退出試驗并且切換到回零命令。

試驗過程—回零確認后,可以進行試驗。選中“試驗”后按確定,接觸器合閘,這時輸出電壓幾乎為0,如圖12:

4、自(zi)動(dong)式實驗設(she)計

自動化耐壓和(he)手動式耐壓的(de)耐壓具體步驟累(lei)似,前提也開展回零(ling)定期檢查,核實后進入以(yi)下(xia)幾點畫質,長(chang)為13:

七、產品(pin)設備維修保養

4、本(ben)調控箱(臺(tai))均有(you)過功(gong)(gong)率保養,原機(ji)已(yi)更改為額(e)定功(gong)(gong)率的50%。用在小電動機(ji)扭矩時,應基于(yu)被試品的額(e)定電容量功(gong)(gong)率完后設計;

5、在使用重新后,應關好(hao)調整箱(臺)門蓋,以保持著內外干(gan)凈(jing)。
