1、調壓部分接線及原理
調壓部位由把(ba)(ba)握部位和沖擊試驗報告電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)變壓器組合(he)成。把(ba)(ba)握部位是由遇到(dao)式(shi)調壓器、片(pian)式(shi)機把(ba)(ba)握系統、顯示屏、打印出(chu)機、數據測(ce)試、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路板保護組合(he)成。沖擊試驗報告電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)變壓器由底壓繞(rao)阻、髙壓繞(rao)阻、智能儀表繞(rao)阻二部位組合(he)成。
檢(jian)驗臺配電(dian)低(di)壓(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)器為(wei)交談整(zheng)(zheng)流電(dian)兩用(yong)型時(shi),檢(jian)驗臺配電(dian)低(di)壓(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)器配置(zhi)單了各類油(you)(you)田硅堆(dui)(油(you)(you)變(bian)、氣(qi)就來(lai)為(wei)內裝,干就來(lai)為(wei)外(wai)置(zhi)),各類油(you)(you)田可讀取(qu)交談和整(zheng)(zheng)流電(dian)。讀取(qu)交談時(shi),規定(ding)應用(yong)擊穿桿(油(you)(you)變(bian)、氣(qi)變(bian))或取(qu)掉(diao)外(wai)置(zhi)硅堆(dui)(干變(bian));讀取(qu)整(zheng)(zheng)流電(dian)時(shi),規定(ding)擰出擊穿桿(油(you)(you)變(bian)、氣(qi)變(bian))或再加外(wai)置(zhi)硅堆(dui)(干變(bian))

2、試驗部分接線及原理
做擊(ji)穿(chuan)電(dian)壓性耐壓報告時(shi),管理區域(yu)、配電(dian)變(bian)壓器的(de)與地面(mian)保證(zheng)端及(ji)油田尾必(bi)要可靠性與地面(mian)保證(zheng)。有一件的(de)情況發生下,精細(xi)頻(pin)擊(ji)穿(chuan)電(dian)壓性耐壓報告請加下限流(liu)熱敏功(gong)率電(dian)阻(zu)、標(biao)準油田分壓器、球(qiu)隙保證(zheng)熱敏功(gong)率電(dian)阻(zu)及(ji)保證(zheng)球(qiu)隙,所示3。
做電流(liu)值(zhi)擊穿電壓(ya)實驗室檢測(ce)請其他(ta)加(jia)在(zai)微(wei)安(an)表(biao),微(wei)安(an)表(biao)務必(bi)接在(zai)硅(gui)堆和(he)被試器直(zhi)接,油變(bian)或氣變(bian)一般的擰(ning)(ning)在(zai)直(zhi)流(liu)電油田(tian)頭頂的那一刻面(請求擰(ning)(ning)出發(fa)生故障桿),干(gan)變(bian)擰(ning)(ning)外(wai)出置硅(gui)堆上;只(zhi)為更精確度展示直(zhi)流(liu)電油田(tian)電流(liu)值(zhi)液化氣泄漏電流(liu)值(zhi),請將分壓(ya)器的直(zhi)流(liu)電油田(tian)線接在(zai)微(wei)安(an)表(biao)和(he)硅(gui)堆直(zhi)接,(油變(bian)、氣變(bian))如(ru)圖(tu)甲所(suo)示是4,(干(gan)變(bian))如(ru)圖(tu)甲所(suo)示是5。
耐壓試驗中限流電阻R1應根據試驗變壓器的額定容量來選擇。如高壓側額定輸出電流在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電壓);高壓側額定輸出電流為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗電壓)。常用水電阻作為限流電阻,管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠的熱容量(水阻液配制方法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配制成各種不同的阻值)。
球(qiu)(qiu)空隙及自我養(yang)護(hu)(hu)內(nei)阻(zu):當電阻(zu)器值高達球(qiu)(qiu)空隙整定值時(一般的(de)(de)取試驗臺裝置(zhi)(zhi)電阻(zu)器值的(de)(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)空隙尖端(duan)放電,對被試品發揮自我養(yang)護(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)作用(yong)。球(qiu)(qiu)空隙自我養(yang)護(hu)(hu)內(nei)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗臺裝置(zhi)(zhi)電阻(zu)器值)摘取。

1、沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)(ji)實(shi)驗檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)前,應熟(shu)悉被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)(ji)實(shi)驗檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)直流(liu)電壓,同一熟(shu)悉被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)另外沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)(ji)實(shi)驗檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)頂目及己前的(de)沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)(ji)實(shi)驗檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)報告。若被(bei)試(shi)品有缺(que)陷或(huo)錯誤,應在減少后再確定抗壓沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)(ji)實(shi)驗檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)。
2、耐壓直播(bo)應圍好(hao)(hao)遮攔或圍繩,掛好(hao)(hao)標貼牌,并派親(qin)自監測。
3、耐壓前,被(bei)試品外表應(ying)(ying)擦拭衛生(sheng)衛生(sheng),將被(bei)試品的外層(ceng)和非被(bei)試繞阻安全跨接。被(bei)試品為新(xin)沖油(you)專用(yong)設備時(shi),應(ying)(ying)按(an)《技術標準》約定(ding)使(shi)油(you)停(ting)止特定(ding)時(shi)期(qi)(qi)再升壓,對(dui)110kV及(ji)(ji)以(yi)上的充油(you)電力(li)能源儀器(qi),在注滿油(you)后靜(jing)置(zhi)周期(qi)(qi)應(ying)(ying)不低于(yu)24天,對(dui)220kV及(ji)(ji)330kV的充油(you)電網機(ji)器(qi)設備,靜(jing)置(zhi)時(shi)應(ying)(ying)不高于(yu)48時(shi)間。
4、接(jie)(jie)好檢測連接(jie)(jie)線后,應(ying)由有心得的人群排查,確定(ding)情況屬實側(ce)后方可升壓。
5、升(sheng)壓(ya)前,第一步檢杳調壓(ya)器能不在零(ling)(ling)位。調壓(ya)器在零(ling)(ling)位方為升(sheng)壓(ya)。
6、升(sheng)壓流程(cheng)中不禁要監(jian)控微信額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)流值(zhi)的變(bian)遷(qian)(qian),還應(ying)監(jian)控微信工作(zuo)電(dian)流大(da)小的變(bian)遷(qian)(qian),及被試品信息泄露工作(zuo)電(dian)流大(da)小的變(bian)遷(qian)(qian)。升(sheng)壓時(shi)要勻稱升(sheng)壓,不許太快。上升(sheng)規定(ding)(ding)標準現場(chang)實驗額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)流值(zhi)時(shi),開(kai)始了倒(dao)計(ji)時(shi),周期到(dao)后,過慢勻稱降(jiang)落額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)流值(zhi)。一再充(chong)許不降(jiang)血壓就先跳(tiao)開(kai)電(dian)啟閉。
7、試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)中(zhong)挖掘被試(shi)品(pin)有出(chu)(chu)錯異(yi)聲、冒火(huo)等應(ying)請馬上降落(luo)電流值,邁(mai)出(chu)(chu)24v電源,在(zai)直流高壓側掛上地(di)線線后,再查清其原因。耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)左右側均應(ying)在(zai)線測量被試(shi)品(pin)的接(jie)地(di)阻值。
七、LYYDZ智能耐壓試驗裝置面板功能說明
打印機:打印機是熱敏打印機,當試驗完成后按鍵盤上的“打印”按鈕打印試驗結果。
RS232:RS232是與計算機相連的串口通信接口,是用戶選配接口,本裝置沒有配置這個接口。
LCD對比度:因為液晶顯示屏在溫度和光線有所不同時稍有些變化,可以通過LCD對比度調節背光到適合亮度。
液晶: 320X240像素點陣白色背光液晶,在強光和陰暗環境下都十分清楚。
指示燈:由啟動燈、零位燈、報警燈三個燈組成,啟動燈和報警燈是高亮七彩燈。
操作提示:有一些簡短的提示語句和安裝接線圖。
緊急開關:在緊急情況下按此開關,即可以切斷變壓器電源,也可以切斷工作電源。(箱式安裝在面板上,臺式安裝在柜體上)
鍵盤:由上、下、左、右、設置、打印、確定、取消8個鍵組成,是用戶和設備交互的終端。
電源開關:工作電源,帶通電指示燈。
八、LYYDZ智能耐壓試驗裝置軟件使用說明
按試驗要求將控制部分、試驗變壓器、被試品正確接好線,必須可靠接地,請參考圖1、圖2、圖3、圖4、圖5。

3、全自(zi)動(dong)實驗
零位檢查—當選中“試驗”后,按確定就進入提示試驗狀態。如果調壓器不在零位,將提示“試驗前請先回零”,退出試驗并且切換到回零命令。
試驗過程—回零確認后,可以進行試驗。選中“試驗”后按確定,接觸器合閘,這時輸出電壓幾乎為0,如圖12:

七、護膚(fu)品(pin)運(yun)維
1、拆包項目結束驗收時(shi),應檢驗主(zhu)要電(dian)路開關接線(xian)頭能不是晃動,調(diao)壓器電(dian)刷能不是接受健康。
2.、持久沒(mei)用(yong)時(shi),操作時(shi)應用(yong)500V兆歐表測量方法絕緣層(ceng)熱(re)敏電阻(zu)(zu),其(qi)阻(zu)(zu)值不高(gao)于0.5MΩ。
3、輸出(chu)功(gong)率輸出(chu)功(gong)率應(ying)具備操作箱(臺)情況說(shuo)明課本上的(de)進入輸出(chu)功(gong)率值讓。
4、本(ben)電(dian)機控制柜(臺)不設(she)過(guo)電(dian)壓交流電(dian)防護,生(sheng)產已調整(zheng)為特殊(shu)值(zhi)電(dian)壓交流電(dian)的50%。主要用于小負債時,應(ying)選(xuan)擇被試品(pin)的特殊(shu)值(zhi)儲(chu)電(dian)量(liang)電(dian)壓交流電(dian)立(li)即制定;
5、用(yong)到(dao)重新后,應關好操作箱(xiang)(臺)門蓋,以持(chi)續內部的潔(jie)凈。
八、準備事由

2、做(zuo)串級可靠性實驗(yan)設計(ji)(ji)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)時,其次(ci)(ci)級、再次(ci)(ci)級可靠性實驗(yan)設計(ji)(ji)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)變(bian)電器(qi)的(de)髙壓低壓線圈(quan)成X端,側量線圈(quan)的(de)F端包括髙壓線圈(quan)的(de)X端(髙壓端)均(jun)接本級可靠性實驗(yan)設計(ji)(ji)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)變(bian)電器(qi)具(ju)護殼(ke)。其次(ci)(ci)級、再次(ci)(ci)級可靠性實驗(yan)設計(ji)(ji)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)變(bian)電器(qi)的(de)護殼(ke)須要用耐壓角架接地保護。
