耐壓試驗中限流電阻R1應根據試驗變壓器的額定容量來選擇。如高壓側額定輸出電流在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電壓);高壓側額定輸出電流為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗電壓)。常用水電阻作為限流電阻,管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠的熱容量(水阻液配制方法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配制成各種不同的阻值)。

3、應(ying)(ying)力測試(shi)前,被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)表層應(ying)(ying)擦試(shi)清洗,將被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的(de)殼(ke)子和非被(bei)試(shi)電(dian)機(ji)定子不靠譜等電(dian)位連接(jie)。被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)為新(xin)沖油(you)(you)(you)機(ji)器時,應(ying)(ying)按《規范》規則使油(you)(you)(you)停止一定的(de)的(de)時間再升(sheng)壓,對110kV及一些的(de)充(chong)油(you)(you)(you)能量(liang)產(chan)品(pin),在注滿油(you)(you)(you)后靜(jing)置(zhi)時應(ying)(ying)不短于(yu)(yu)24天(tian),對220kV及330kV的(de)充(chong)油(you)(you)(you)電(dian)能的(de)設備,靜(jing)置(zhi)耗時應(ying)(ying)不底于(yu)(yu)48天(tian)。

4、接好檢驗接線(xian)柱后(hou),應由有技術 的者全面檢查,證實正(zheng)確性后(hou)可升壓(ya)。

5、升壓(ya)(ya)前,先是診斷調壓(ya)(ya)器要(yao)不要(yao)在(zai)零(ling)位(wei)。調壓(ya)(ya)器在(zai)零(ling)位(wei)才可以升壓(ya)(ya)。

6、升壓(ya)時中僅僅要視頻監控端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的不(bu)同,還應視頻監控交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的不(bu)同,甚至(zhi)被(bei)試品透漏交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的不(bu)同。升壓(ya)時要平(ping)(ping)滑(hua)升壓(ya),無法太快(kuai)。上(shang)升要求現場實驗端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)時,逐漸開(kai)(kai)始(shi)記時,精力到后,慢(man)慢(man)的平(ping)(ping)滑(hua)降下來端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。絕對不(bu)準許不(bu)穩壓(ya)就先跳開(kai)(kai)面(mian)(mian)板開(kai)(kai)關電(dian)(dian)(dian)源面(mian)(mian)板開(kai)(kai)關。

7、耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗臺(tai)(tai)中(zhong)找到(dao)被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品有異常處理(li)異聲、起(qi)煙等應即時落(luo)下相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,翻開電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,在高電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓側掛上跨接線后,再(zai)查實原因分析。耐(nai)沖擊耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗臺(tai)(tai)左右均應量(liang)測被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品的電(dian)(dian)(dian)接地電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻值。

七、LYYDZ智能耐壓試驗裝置面板功能說明

打印機:打印機是熱敏打印機,當試驗完成后按鍵盤上的“打印”按鈕打印試驗結果。

RS232:RS232是與計算機相連的串口通信接口,是用戶選配接口,本裝置沒有配置這個接口。

LCD對比度:因為液晶顯示屏在溫度和光線有所不同時稍有些變化,可以通過LCD對比度調節背光到適合亮度。

液晶: 320X240像素點陣白色背光液晶,在強光和陰暗環境下都十分清楚。

指示燈:由啟動燈、零位燈、報警燈三個燈組成,啟動燈和報警燈是高亮七彩燈。

操作提示:有一些簡短的提示語句和安裝接線圖。

緊急開關:在緊急情況下按此開關,即可以切斷變壓器電源,也可以切斷工作電源。(箱式安裝在面板上,臺式安裝在柜體上)

鍵盤:由上、下、左、右、設置、打印、確定、取消8個鍵組成,是用戶和設備交互的終端。

電源開關:工作電源,帶通電指示燈。

 

八、LYYDZ智能耐壓試驗裝置軟件使用說明

按試驗要求將控制部分、試驗變壓器、被試品正確接好線,必須可靠接地,請參考圖1、圖2、圖3、圖4、圖5。

1、電腦開機在(zai)使(shi)用

動態顯示區:一直處于采集信號,并顯示高壓電壓、高壓電流、低壓電壓、低壓電流。

結果顯示區:如果試驗沒有被擊穿時,顯示平均高壓電壓,平均高壓電流,平均低壓電壓,平均低壓電流,絕緣電阻;否之,顯示峰值電壓,峰值電流,低壓電壓,低壓電流。

2、裝置指標

3、全自動耐壓試(shi)驗

零位檢查—當選中“試驗&rdquo;后,按確定就進入提示試驗狀態。如果調壓器不在零位,將提示“試驗前請先回零”,退出試驗并且切換到回零命令。

試驗過程—回零確認后,可以進行試驗。選中&ldquo;試驗”后按確定,接觸器合閘,這時輸出電壓幾乎為0,如圖12:

4、一鍵耐壓

自動(dong)現場(chang)實(shi)驗(yan)和半自動(dong)現場(chang)實(shi)驗(yan)的現場(chang)實(shi)驗(yan)全過程類(lei)似于,第(di)一也進(jin)行(xing)回零檢修,核定后進(jin)入一下介面,如圖是13:

按下(xia)方法設置到“逐漸”明確后(hou)開(kai)展可靠性(xing)校正,與速(su)騰自(zi)然檔可靠性(xing)校正不相同優(you)點就是說升壓(ya)時(shi)將自(zi)然升壓(ya)到“讀取工作電壓(ya)”值,而后(hou)開(kai)展記(ji)時(shi)。

升壓時候為(wei)超過(guo)了玩法,應先升到相(xiang)似個人目標值,其次再去調節,保障油田電(dian)阻值值近乎(hu)為(wei)輸出額定(ding)電(dian)壓電(dian)阻值值。

5、系統進行

按(an)紐盤上的“設(she)備”就走進功(gong)能(neng)鍵(jian)用戶界面,就像(xiang)文中14:

流入(ru)功用操作接面后,需要(yao)決定(ding)“鬧鐘安裝(zhuang)”、“準備(bei)細節(jie)”等操作接面。

鬧(nao)鐘配(pei)置(zhi):配(pei)置(zhi)鬧(nao)鐘的期限,為打印紙季度報表打造期限證據(ju)。

需要注意(yi)力項(xiang)目:為訪客供給某些使用原(yuan)則和健康安全需要注意(yi)力項(xiang)目。

6、打(da)印紙(zhi)

鍵(jian)盤(pan)鍵(jian)盤(pan)盤(pan)“縮印(yin)(yin)”鍵(jian)盤(pan)鍵(jian)盤(pan)能否(fou)縮印(yin)(yin)試驗裝置(zhi)果,這(zhe)里不贅述。

七、類產(chan)品維保(bao)

1、拆包(bao)工程竣工驗(yan)收時,應(ying)檢測芯片組回路開關接(jie)線頭可否(fou)裂(lie)開,調(diao)壓器電刷可否(fou)接(jie)受(shou)積極。

2.、長(chang)時(shi)間不需要時(shi),用到前應該用500V兆歐(ou)表(biao)檢測(ce)電絕(jue)緣阻(zu)值,其(qi)阻(zu)值不壓(ya)低0.5M&Omega;。

3、開(kai)關電(dian)源電(dian)流(liu)值(zhi)應(ying)具備的電(dian)機控(kong)制柜(臺)代表書本上的填寫電(dian)流(liu)值(zhi)值(zhi)需要。

4、本操控箱(臺)設立(li)過直(zhi)流電(dian)大小(xiao)量(liang)(liang)護理,出廣已調準為額定(ding)阻抗(kang)直(zhi)流電(dian)大小(xiao)量(liang)(liang)的(de)50%。用(yong)在小(xiao)阻抗(kang)時,應按(an)照被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)額定(ding)阻抗(kang)儲電(dian)量(liang)(liang)直(zhi)流電(dian)大小(xiao)量(liang)(liang)重拾重設;

5、在使用完后,應關好把控箱(臺)門蓋,以(yi)保持良好企業內部洗(xi)滌。

八、準(zhun)備須(xu)知

1、安裝您所實(shi)現的(de)(de)實(shi)驗接好工作的(de)(de)電路。實(shi)驗配電電力變壓器的(de)(de)設備(bei)殼(ke)及其操作方法平臺的(de)(de)設備(bei)殼(ke)肯定(ding)可靠的(de)(de)性(xing)地(di)線(xian)(xian)。實(shi)驗配電電力變壓器的(de)(de)預估(gu)電機繞(rao)線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)F端和設備(bei)殼(ke)肯定(ding)可靠的(de)(de)性(xing)地(di)線(xian)(xian)。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)疲勞(lao)(lao)(lao)應(ying)力(li)測試(shi)(shi)報告(gao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)時,二級(ji)(ji)、最后級(ji)(ji)疲勞(lao)(lao)(lao)應(ying)力(li)測試(shi)(shi)報告(gao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)配電電抗(kang)器(qi)的(de)壓(ya)差(cha)大繞(rao)阻成X端,測定繞(rao)阻的(de)F端甚至(zhi)油(you)田繞(rao)阻的(de)X端(油(you)田端)均接本(ben)級(ji)(ji)疲勞(lao)(lao)(lao)應(ying)力(li)測試(shi)(shi)報告(gao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)配電電抗(kang)器(qi)具的(de)金(jin)屬外殼。二級(ji)(ji)、最后級(ji)(ji)疲勞(lao)(lao)(lao)應(ying)力(li)測試(shi)(shi)報告(gao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)配電電抗(kang)器(qi)的(de)的(de)金(jin)屬外殼就(jiu)必須(xu)進行(xing)隔熱安裝(zhuang)支架接地極。

接聽電(dian)話電(dian)壓(ya)前,保持箱(臺)的調壓(ya)器需要調到零位正后(hou)方可(ke)連(lian)聽電(dian)話電(dian)壓(ya),重合閘,逐漸升壓(ya)。

3、從(cong)零開(kai)端(duan)均(jun)速(su)(su)旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)有:快(kuai)速(su)(su)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),即20s隨(sui)等級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa);慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),即60s隨(sui)等級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa);極慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)供(gong)并選擇。電(dian)流(liu)(liu)從(cong)零開(kai)端(duan)按很大的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)和(he)快(kuai)慢(man)飆升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)至(zhi)您所要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)容量的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)(de)75%后,再(zai)以每秒2%額定(ding)容量的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)(de)快(kuai)慢(man)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)至(zhi)您所要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)電(dian)流(liu)(liu),并關系密切(qie)主要(yao)估測(ce)(ce)儀盤(pan)表的(de)(de)(de)及被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)象。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)進程中(zhong)或測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)進程中(zhong)如察覺估測(ce)(ce)儀盤(pan)表的(de)(de)(de)指示(shi)箭頭及被試(shi)(shi)品現(xian)象越(yue)來越(yue),應盡(jin)快(kuai)降(jiang)血壓(ya)(ya),剪斷交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)源,核(he)實(shi)現(xian)象。

4、檢測(ce)立即(ji)后(hou)(hou),應(ying)在等調壓器調用至(zhi)零(ling)位,后(hou)(hou)來(lai)中斷(duan)電原。

5、本(ben)產品(pin)禁止可超過額定(ding)因(yin)素用到。

6、用到本的設備(bei)做進(jin)(jin)行超(chao)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)檢測報告時,除摸透本反映書外,還務必要(yao)從嚴程序執行國業內細則和(he)基(ji)本操作規(gui)(gui)定(ding)。可參考GB311.1 – 97《進(jin)(jin)行超(chao)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)輸變(bian)的設備(bei)的絕緣(yuan)性配合,進(jin)(jin)行超(chao)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)檢測報告技木》;《機電的設備(bei)預防措施(shi)性檢測報告規(gui)(gui)定(ding)》等。

7、控(kong)住(zhu)(zhu)箱(臺)應與疲勞試驗干式(shi)變壓(ya)器配(pei)置采用,控(kong)住(zhu)(zhu)箱(臺)的(de)采用的(de)方式(shi),請詳細證明(ming)參閱控(kong)住(zhu)(zhu)器的(de)采用證明(ming)書(shu)。
